Long overdue review here, been using them for years. Mike is literally a Guru, gas or diesel, car or truck, they get the job done properly here, would definitely recommend.

Started using ATO because they are actually equipped to handle larger commercial vehicles. Had a few issues with a couple of my lawn trucks recently. Allie and Maryann in the office are rockstars. They were able to find parts for me quickly that were backordered and had my trucks repaired in a timely manner. They also communicated with me throughout the entire process. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

If you want the best, Mechanic go to ATO you will always be satisfied. Just ask for Mike. Make sure you ask for Mike.

I used to take all my company truck and cars here. But, alas, everything comes to an end. 3 repairs in 3 weeks for the same thing. Each time I got charged, but still broken. You be the judge, but we are done. How hard could it be to diagnose a Toyota Tacoma?

I had an emergency with my diesel truck and called ATO at around 1 PM. They made room for me that day and repaired my issue by 4:30 the same day. I called Ford and never heard a word and still haven't heard back from Ford in two weeks.I also took my truck back to have three more issues repaired, again since Ford could not help and another Ford in Ft Lauderdale wanted an astronomical amount of money.ATO is my new shop for my truck repairs. They are great on price, timing and honest.As for the staff...Maryanne and Mike are very very pleasant and other staff as well.Thank you ATO for all you did for me.Clayton

This must be one of the most untrustworthy shops around , besides stealing my tools from the back of my truck, they never finish the job they were overly paid for had to bring it somewhere else. If you value a working car in your money, you will look elsewhere and not deal with the shysters.

I will never bring any of my vehicles anywhere else to be fixed. I have a Ford F 250, they know it inside and out. from the estimate to getting the truck back it was seamless. they give you a price, it's fixed right the 1st time with no BS.The ladies in the office and knowledgeable and organized. the prices are reasonable.It's a pleasure to recommend ATO.

Incredible people: Mechanics are some of the most difficult companies to hire. Even knowing a little more than basic knowledge about cars, it s still hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. The team at ATO is some of the best. Everyone in the office all the way to the bay was helpful, kind and honest. I feel very good about having done business with them.

Want a fair and honest mechanic that knows that everyone works on different budgets. This place gives you options from compleat refurbishment of a vehicle to just what you need to get back on the road safely. Not a come and wait wile the work is being done place. They will tell you what you need and work with you on how you can make it happen.

I was recommended to this place by others. What I found was they may not be the cheapest in town but this is truly a place you get what you pay for. Top mechanics and personal attention to you and your needs. It's extremely hard to find a shop or people you can trust but here I can. Thanks to all the staff for their honesty and integrity.2022 updateOnce again the owner blows me away at how awesome this place is. I needed tires and he and his office staff treated me and my vehicle as if it was their own and I was a close family member. I said it before and I'll say it again, this is the place for all your vehicle needs. Even if you're out of state, they will do everything they can to help you get home. First hand experience!

Very good company. always friendly and professional. Prices are always fair and they have always stood behind their work. I have used them multiple times and they have always been helpful. When i had an issue after replacing my radiator mike and his crew were very quick to remedy it for me. I had to recently go in for a new terminal after another mechanic messed it up and maybe 30 minutes later they were done and all for a very cheap price. They are always fair and honest and a great reliable company to go with if you ever have an issue on your vehicle.

Brought my daughters car there as my father brings many vehicles on a regular there to get fixed from the company he works for. The owner worked on the car him self . Car came out perfect as it was her first care and it had some issues and we wanted it to be reliable . Couldn t be happier very fair pricing highly recommend .

My oil pan and plug were destroyed by a local Toyota dealership during a routine oil change. They then quoted me $750 to repair it. I was devastated until I called and spoke with Mike (referred by my neighborhood Facebook page), who very kindly sought out an oil pan sms charged my just over $400 to make the repair for me. He was very transparent in telling me how much he for the oil pan for and completed the repair in a very timely manner. Excellent service!

I will never go anywhere else. Mike is honest, trustworthy and very professional. He's done a few repairs on my car including alternator and most recently brakes. The last time I was there, the bill was actually lower than the quote. The work was done right and done on time. ATO is Awesome!Services: Engine repair, BrakesServices: Engine repair, Brakes

I've used ATO for several years now and have found them to be very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs or just a simple oil change! I trust my car with Michael and his crew and feel confident when I leave his shop,, my vehicle has been given the best care!

Our 1st time trying this place went so well that we will continue to use ATO, even above a well-known repair business that is in "our family." Ali up front and Mike out back are a great team. They are both honest, highly skilled, and very friendly. We need more local businesses like this. So glad we found them!

Always reliable and honest. As a woman I never feel like I was taken advantage of and that's important to me.Great quality work !Ask for Mike the owner he's great. Also Ali is fabulous at running the front office. Great customer service from her.

Let s start with Allie in the office she is fantastic to speak with thorough knowledgeable no beating around the bush. Mike tells you the way that it is and knows exactly what s wrong with the vehicle after diagnosing it. He performs all the repairs all at affordable pricing and he stands behind his work. I moved down here 6 years ago and was recommended to Mike at ATO Auto repair. He was real honest and does really great work. I would highly recommend going to Mike for ANY auto problems you might be having. When I first started going to him I would price him out and he was ALWAYS less expensive, explained why and did exactly what he said he was going to do and my trucks ran great. Very knowledgeable when it comes to all sorts of mechanical issues. My wife made the mistake of taking her car to another mechanic when I was away and he ripped her off and did a terrible job which Mike had to fix and took care of the problem. GREAT Mechanic!

Great team. Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. Not your typical machanic by any means. Mike took my bad situation and turned it around. Put a new motor in my truck and within a reasonable budget. Not sure why my friends post was removed after they visited another shop and found out the newly installed tire rods were installed backwards. The car grinded terribly when picked up. Brought it back and they wanted to charge 1600 more. Called the consumer names, and never acknowledged the mistake. Please stay away. Very very dishonest.

First time going to ATO. Was referred by Hubbs Tire. Had trouble with my Ford s 4x4 engaging. Owner Mike diagnosed issue quickly and had it done in a few hours. Honest and reputable shop. It s clear by the other reviews as well. Not a paid advertisement or even solicited.

I had high hopes for this place. Took my vehicle there the first time, they fixed the issue. It was expensive but I wasn t complaining. Took it there a second time and that s when things got hectic. They told me it was a big issue I was having and that it wasn t worth the repair. I then take it to another mechanic, turns out it was a small issue that was fixable. Not sure who they have working on cars here but they should hire more experienced people.Services: Electrical, Engine repair

Hands down the best mechanic shop I ve ever been to. Just brung my Chevy Traverse in this past Friday for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my ac fixed. He replaced my ac compressor at a very fair price. Now my ac is back blowing cold. I have two SUV s that I bring there for all my service needs. Mike and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and will fix your car right and for a very fair price. I recommend everyone to go there for your car repair needs

Called in to get a idea of what cost would be around ( not something set in stone ), as a prior service manager myself i understand price cannot be everyrhing over the phone, but to hang up on someone thats trying to get pricing information ,seems shady. If associate cant handle a phone conversation, how well can they be trusted to work on your vehicle.It says I was looking for something set in stone however I said I'm not looking for something set in stone I understand the business I'm looking for a rough estimate or rough idea without bringing the vehicle in and the sales associate hung up when asked more in depth questions about .... if the company didn't want to work on it all I had to say was this is not for us have a good day sir not hang up the phone in mid-conversation.
