The service is a little slow, but what really is making me write this review is that they have now instituted a credit card fee. Really?! Are we supposed to pay for a $600 service in cash? This is absurd and should not be normalized as acceptable.

I bought me a used car over there at Arrigo Fiat West Palm Beach the salesman that sold me my vehicle's name is Alexander Turner and I think you did a great job he's very pleasant to work with if you had any questions you would help you out and I think he deserves more than 5 stars but unfortunately that's all I can put so thank you very much Alex I'm enjoying the truck

If I can give there service dept 0 stars I would. The car was not mine but a family members. It was towed in because it wouldn't start. They were told it was the alternator so it was replaced, well 3000.00 dollars later the car is still sitting at the Dealership because the car will not start and the issue was not fixed. At this point they basically when asked what to do next, They had nothing to say. I honestly I mean nothing, so we stated we had a car towed to your dealership and gave you $3,000 and now we have to have the car towed back out. That is the whole reason we took it in was because it would not start. Spent $3,000 and now the car is sitting there. They didn't offer any information on what we should do from that point forward. We specifically asked what should we do now and again had to remind him. We took the car in because it wouldn't start and now it's still won't start. Finally he then FINALLY said we can spend another $250 to run diagnostics. I was a little confused because we were never offered that in the first place. We was told it was the alternator . We were never told there were any other issues with the car. So now we are frustrated out of $3,000 and are waiting for AAA to come out and jump the car for us. They didn't even offer to do that. It makes no sense and the whole time there was no emotion. No. Can we do something else for you or this is what you could do unless of course we asked. Let me give you some advice. He just sat there and looked at us like we were bothering him. It was the most unreal experience . Decided to take the car somewhere else. Never was offered. Can we at least jump your car for you? We had to call AAA just unbelievably one of the worst experiences ever.So today is February 28th. My sister called last week because she just could not let it go. Spoke to a couple guys there. Finally the service manager said to have the car towed in. He would look at it and take care of the problem. So to be fair I mean we did have to call them a couple times. Took them about 4 days to get back to us but we'll see what happens from there and I will let everyone know if they keep their word and fix it and take care of the problem.

They advertised a car as non smoking but in reality someone had smoked very badly in it. They also didn t perform routine maintenance on the car when they received it because there is a huge gap in the car fax. Then they claimed they would take care of the smell for free and fully detail the car but added it as a $2000 fee to the Out the door price and then said that the fee was non negotiable (even though they said they would clean the car regardless since they can t sell a smokers car) The tag price was not the tag price, they added over 6000 in fees so the used car would have been the same price as a brand new one with no smoke smell and working brakes. We decided to leave. Our salesperson Paulo however was very nice and pleasant to speak to.

I had to come back for service purposes, no words could explain how great the customer service is! I had a few questions about my vehicle, and Daniel, as always gave me good recommendation and was a big help. if you're looking to purchase go with Daniel, he is very courteous, attentive, honest, and knowledgeable. Thank you again for making my experience the best at your dealership!

Friendly, Professional Service - My first time at Arrigo. Bill was very customer service oriented and accommodating when I called about bringing in my Spider. Claudio was super friendly and helpful. Kristoff who actually handled my car is a gem - friendly, courteous, efficient, so professional! His smile will bring me back to Arrigo.

Great service. Purchased a car from another state and they made the process as straight forward possible. Hollando, Chris and especially Alex Turner. Alex went out of his way to show me the car virtually, showed patience, kept in touch at every key point and made me comfortable with making purchase remotely. Otherwise I will have hesitated more. Thanks.

Just leased a 2020 Giulia for my Son. The rep (Daniel) was very knowledgeable about Alfa Romeo and passionate about the brand (helps that he's from Europe). Made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.no pressure. The store manager (can't remember his name) was also very nice and friendly. seamless process. To be honest, as nice as these folks are, the Cars almost sell themselves!

Larry was wonderful in assisting delivery of our used car. Total satisfaction and perfection for delivery of car. Arrigo guy s out did themselves. The General Manager also checked on our car to make sure we were happy. Kudo s to him too.

Outrageously poor experience at Fiat in West Palm.I used to drive an hour to come to this dealership in particular. Needless to say, I no longer will and encourage anyone who cares about integrity or quality work to also find somewhere else to buy or service your vehicle needs.<rant portion>I was told that it would take an extra 15 minutes for them to wash my car. After over an hour of waiting with still no car I asked if someone could check on its status for me. I was informed that because they were doing extra detailing that it would take another 20 minutes. Also, despite an empty waiting area and wandering employees that they were highly backed up and busy. Finally, once I receive my car it was very obviously unwashed. I requested workers to verify that my car was unwashed and they confirmed. However, they gave an excuse that new staff needs to do a better job. No one took accountability aside from ensuring me that they will talk to their staff. I did my best not to overreact but here I am writing a review about it so maybe this information could save someone else the stress.

This place is amazing. Beautiful cars, building, showroom. I came on a Saturday and it was a bit busy. The receptionist is the first person you see and she is the sweetest college girl and knows how to take care of customers. The salespeople are all very nice and know how to help you. Will definitely come back and try to test drive, very interesting.

Can't say I really reccomend them. Went looking for a used vehicle on their lot. Most of the prices they have are fair but what they don't tell you is all the ridiculous fees they stack on to used cars that "aren't negotiable" when I got to finance it was nearly 6k in fees. Most if it is stupid stuff. Like nitrogen in the tires, vin etching, "premium car coatings" (which they don't disclose what it is if you ask), etc. Most of the salesman are a pleasure to talk to.

I have been servicing the car here ,and I will no longer do so. They changed a filter ( over $259 ) with diagnosis to be removed from price ,which it was not done, and the car continued to have issues. The service rep , Carlos, didn't return my calls and neither did their manager. On the second attempt they wanted to diagnose issues with the turbo and it made no sense on a 26,000 miles Fiat 500. I would have gladly listened, but when the service is so poor and the treatment is not responsive it forces you to go elsewhere.

Worst dealership ever, service is complete trash and disrespectful!! We bought our fiat on April 2016 and the experience was amazing. January and February 2017 we had a cracked rear reflector. The price for entire fix was $110 but we were charged $270 for unknown reasons. On top of that, they tried to scam us by incorrectly fixing the reflector, and when we returned to point it out the managers agreed and offered to fix for free. Well, I suppose a horse would know more about fixing cars than their technicians because they made it worse by burning the reflector and bumper trying to fix it instead of reinstalling a new reflector the correct way. Well, now we need to replace the entire rear bumper. Along with that, service is completely low, no one gets greeted when arriving, and there is no common sense between the staff. It looks like they are untrained, and incapable of providing standard customer and vehicle service. Worst dealership ever.

I always get all of the maintenance for my car done at this dealership. They re fast, very welcoming, the service is great. Bob is always very attentive and I know they have the best interest of the customers. Even if another place would charge less, I would still go to them.

Just want to say my experience with the sales men Daniel and the manager Chris was out of this world. They made my experience quick easy and pleasant. Would highly recommend anybody to go there to see them for a straight up quick and easy experience..

Great Service! I was impressed with the service provided to my Giulia, they even rotated the tires and washed the car. I didn t buy the car from Arrigo because they were not competitive with other dealers, but I cam say that they provide very good service.

Bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra on 10/7. The experience would have been much better if I didn't pick up the car the very next day with a completely empty gas tank, and now 5 days later the car would not start. Had to get a jump start just to go to a service department...come to find out I need a new battery. Very dishonest and distasteful to charge customers an additional fee (one of many) for supposed "service" done to the vehicle that was clearly not done.

Just had a great experience with the Service Department with Claudio Perez helping me as my Service Advisor. I needed to have my battery checked out and Claudio was outstanding in constantly keeping me informed every step of the way. I'm a new customer, and I will most certainly be using Arrigo for my future Fiat servicing. Thanks Claudio!

We tried to buy a 10 year old car for 11k which ended up being 15k with their fees added on top of it, you would think we were buying a mercedes.. Nonetheless, the salesman Larry sent very rude voicemails, called us telling us that we are rude, too and the price of the vehicle was in no way negotiable. I don't know what planet these people live on, but we will never be the fools to not negotiate a price, especially on a 10 year old off brand car. Don't work with Larry, he will push you with his tactics trying to make you believe everything is perfect and when you enter the car you wanted to see, it will be dirty, stained, have broken screens and stickiness all around after they claim to have done a 1200 dollar detail. They wanted us to pay 260 per month for 6 years! These people just want money, they are sharks. Look elsewhere, I promise you'll be happier

Con Artists!!! I was APPROVED with my Credit Union and Cap One. These thieves had the nerve to tell me I needed to put an additional $1690 in order for Cap One to approve me. After waiting for 3-4hrs I left upset and then called Cap One. The Rep I spoke with pulled up the transaction and stated that not only was I approved, but the amount they requested was INCORRECT and she had no idea why I didn't walk out of there with my new car!!!When the Cap One Mngr attempted to reach the Arrigo Sales/Service Rep, they would NOT take the call.BEWARE!!!!!!!

Literally the worst customer service I have every been unlucky enough to experience. If you want a taste of what is you can expect, try getting hold of one of their service people.They say they are looking for someone for you to talk to, put you on hold and after 2 minutes you get sent back to the main dealer automated message to start the process again.Do not buy from these guys. They do not care about customers.

Called asking for wholesale parts and was place on hold for 5 minutes and looped back to the main desk. Asked for wholesale parts again and then went on hold for another 4 minutes before retail parts put me on hold for an additional 6 minutes, only to be picked up by the main desk again. THEN after 10 minutes on hold AGAIN, Wholesale parts picks up, takes the info and hangs up on me. Dealership has definitely lost a wholesale account.

Roger the shop manager has issues. Very strange and not all there. Drug test plz! Scams to make your car repairs cost more! Hello better business bureau! Avoid this dealership unless you like being ripped off!
