I recently had my car in for repairs and am so very pleased with how Al Packer Ford handled this. From start to finish, courteous, quick and very detailed. I received my car back in great condition exactly when they said I would and the written details of what was done and what still needs to be done were great. thanks to all and especially the fabulous mechanic that made this happen.

The staff was very nice and they fixed a transmission issue I had that was under ford warranty. It took just over a week, which I was told due to a lack of employment of transmission specialist, although when the car was returned to me the problem was corrected.

Not so bad, not so good. Right in between so far. I had some bad experience before but the new staff make a difference
