I don t know why this place has only 3.9 stars. THEY DESERVE 5 STARS!!! This place is AMAZING!! DJ & George were absolute life savers. I m new to the area and I panicked when my car said it needed coolant. I had no idea what I was doing. These guys were soooooo knowledgeable & helpful. I can t thank them enough. Thank you guys . It s employees like DJ & George who create new loyal customers like me

Quick fast and in a hurry the people at this Advanced Auto part took great care of me . I was having a little battery issues with my Lexus and the dealership was asking a bit to much for my budget so called around and I came across this !!!!!! The attendant check the battery and then installed a new in the matter of minutes!!!!!! Fast simple and my receipt is on file just in case there s any problems. Thank you so much for your help. If you are having battery issues don t waste your time at the dealer head over to advance auto part and tell them thatThe GlamBoss sent to you

Great experience today, I wanted to thank the young man who helped me with my Nissan. I believe his name is Jatron (if I misspelled it, my apologies). He went over and beyond in looking for the exact part that I needed in the store and helped me with making sure it was installed and fit perfectly!

This place is horrible, the people who work here are inept. I bought a part for my truck here and it was not the correct one and when I returned it instead of refunding my money what they did was charge me again for this part. the place is a nightmare

I have being dealing with Advance Auto parts since 2006. I had a situation were this store was put on the spot for no providing good customer service by mistake, and Juan, the manager call me personally to make sure I, as a customer, was taking care fairly. Hes true concern of doing the right customer service and his action of calling me, put this store in a position were they truly care about the customer. Kudos to this store.

I went in today because my battery was about to die. I had bought my battery from this location a few years ago and when we tried looking up my phone number in the system, there was an error in the system. Michael was helping me throughout the entire time I was there and was able to replace my battery. Talk about great customer service. Very kind and personable employee. I hope you guys give him a raise!

Came here after my engine light came on. Juan diagnosed what the light meant (it was an oxygen sensor detecting my catalytic converter starting to go bad). They gave me some numbers to call to go about fixing it from there. Very good, quick, and honest customer service here.

Went there to have my battery checked. A nice young man named Eduardo tested my battery and told me the battery was fine and that I needed a new alternator and that you should drive slow Didn t think that was correct (and I m not a car part expert at all) Went to a different place, they tested the battery and turns out the battery was the problem. I got it fixed elsewhere and saved a bunch of money and aggregation !

My car's 12 volt battery died this morning, called Geico Road Assist and I received a jump. I drove directly to Advanced Auto Parts, as suggested by the road assist tech. They had my battery in stock and it was installed within 20 minutes. Received great customer service from Juan who helped from start to finish. Thanks !

They told me they don't price match SEA 5W 30 to Wal-Mart online they need a physical receipt. I showed them a screen shot and even Wal-Mart website, still no. I drove two blocks to Wal-Mart and got it for $17.47 Exactly as it was on the Walmart website. I can understand that every buddies has different policies but this particular location is advertising an exceptional service every job every day and that's not really the case. I used to always go to Advance Auto in Gainesville Florida and they priced matched Walmart online without any problems. I guess this location just lost a customer. P.S. here is your physical receipt.

Pulled in today 04/04/23 to get my car battery checked due to a weak startup in my car. I was immediately helped by brandon and then JC, within minutes they realized I needed a new one and got me started. After walking in we realized my battery was still under warranty from them and they installed and sent me on my way. Check these guys out if you need honest advice and quick but solid customer service.

Thank you for going the extra mile for me tonight! I have a AAA membership and they couldn t help me today with a battery that I really needed. Ended up coming here at 8:30 pm and not only purchased my battery but they put it for me even though it was after their normal hours for that sort of thing! Francisco is awesome!

Very Helpful Advance Auto Parts people (a staff associate named Eric comes to mind). I've been here multiple times for different cars and have been assisted with battery testing, have been informed about product uses and pointed in the right direction for repairs (that I can do myself or if I need to take to a mechanic). I just want to let people know my good experiences here at this specific Advance Auto Parts on Southern and 441 :-)

Shocking. Yet another Advanced Auto Parts store that will hire ANYONE with zero knowledge of what they are selling. Went in asking for a battery hydrometer. The guy behind the counter asked me what I was talking about. I said a battery acid tester. He said oh yeah right there on isle 6 right hand side. After looking for a moment he says from the counter it's right there I can see it from here. I told him I don't see it. He came over and handed me a multi meter!!!!! Another worthless visit to this chain! Its depressing.

This is my go-to spot for anything I need. They always give me pointers to keep my car in top condition. They give free code readings, and a very pleasant young lady named Cristy even taught me how to change my windshield wipers! I recommend this spot to anyone who needs anything, and they have never let me down!

I had a slight problem with my car and I went in looking for a part to fix it. Mike asked if I needed any help and offered to check my car out. He looked at it for a couple seconds tightened up a screw and the problem was fixed I didn't have to buy anything. This place is a nice shop its clean and the people working there are very nice and helpful!

Came in needing a new battery and Francisco was extremely kind and receptive. He helped quickly to check the strength of the current battery, checked me out quickly and then installed my new battery in NO TIME. It s this kind of service that you wish you got everywhere.

I went to the store with a weak battery and the help in the store was amazing. They helped me right away as I was working that day. They checked my battery and said it was dead. They had a battery in stock and installed it right of way. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Did not miss any work. Thank you for all your help and please keep up the good work and helping other.
