Excellent customer service compared to other locations I have visited. Your order pick-up counter needs a person for pick-up orders. Most times it's easier to get into the regular queue. Overall, great customer service.

Didn't buy anything here but the lady working at the front counter said hello and gave me a nice smile. That goes a long way and she also said goodbye with that same big smile. Love it, I will be going there again. Customer service means alot

Advanced Auto Parts at 1203 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., WPB, FL 33401 provided very satisfying service today on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Service was provided by a lovely woman on the shift 6:22 PM. The location is very convenient and not very far from I-95. This location has always had great employees for the duration of the two years that I have been a resident. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts.

If you're looking for good service this isn't your place. I went to make a return for a $29 wrench set and CJ barely said 2 words to me. The staff isn't friendly at all. No one was rude but customer service definitely isn't a priority. I can see why the parking lot was completely empty when I arrived. I won't be back here again.

Definitely not the best service and area. There s always a bunch of people there just hanging out, they eyeball you from the time you pull in, to the time you leave the store. Definitely not a welcoming feeling. The staff, Carlson was very cool and helped me out but that s all I can positively say about my experience here. Never again.

Appalling service, rude and unhelpful. Needed assistance, ignored treated me like I was gonna steal something and tried to return an item I bought from them and they refused, Unused, they said it was in poor condition. Meaning they sold it to me like that. And that an item in that condition can t be sold.Do yourself a favor and go to any other advance and avoid this one like the plague.If you get Michelle, run. Should not be working with clients.

Great Service. When I rolled in with an R134 recharge issue that I'd been working on for days. One of the sales managers expertly solved my problem in minutes, yeah he's an HVAC certified technician!!! Auto Parts and Expert Advice.

They are extremely different from the other locations close by. They DO NOT like to help customers like the other Advance Auto Parts locations, I don't like going there but sadly they are the closest one to me in walking distance. Really like the other locations.

Had gone into the Store late Saturday. 20 minutes before closing. Needed a Headlamp- replaced. The Staff was on the job. Took care of me in no time. "Wayne" or Dewayne ? Installed it on the spot. And with a smile.i Located it with Google maps- and was able to access the parking lot without any issues

Staff here is a joke and spend more time playing outside than at the register. I got to the location the minute they opened the other day and they didn't open for another 10 mins. Even the guy who opened the door looked at me like I was bothering him, first thing he asked me "what do you want?"

Horrible service. They suggested we use the machine despite the fact that the part the machine "told" us to get wasn't the right one. The lady couldn't explain to me why she suggest one part over the one the machine suggested. After looking into the computerlIt turns out both machine and lady were wrong. The Male found the right part and got rowdy with me when I mentioned that they can install the wipers for free. Maybe if they know and do they're job, the sevice wouldn't be so bad. Avoid this auto part whenever possible.

Broke down about 2weeks ago and walked to the store just to price check a part the staff there was so helpful and supportive I wanted to cry and give them all a hug.. My part wasn't there so they had someone else come from another store to bring it and had the mechanic already there to service me now I am back on the road thanks to them. I have 2 auto parts by my house but this will be my go to store becasue that's how awesome the service was

Go to any auto parts store except for this one. I needed a part for my truck, and I didn t know the name. I asked the guy nicely if he would just come take a look so I could get that part, he told me and I quote no no I don t have to do that ... so I went and took a picture of the part, when I tried to show him the pic he never even looked, point to something that had NOTHING to do with what I needed and said this is all we have right here ... he made it obvious he didn t want to help me, but no worries I took my money else where. Advance auto parts was once where I got all my parts, but I m telling you, if you care about customer service like I & 90% of people do, do NOT go here! Save yourself the useless trip and find somewhere who will actually help!

I called to see if they had the part I needed, they did. When I arrived to pick it up, they had it set on one side for me. Then the guy noticed I had my wrist strapped up (bad sprain) and he offered to put the part on for me! GREAT!

i thought I knew what I was doing, but a kind gentlemen with a black mask on was of the most help! Got me $8 off and installed my windshield wipers. Great customer service

Absolutely horrible. The two guys working had no clue what they were talking about. One of them told me Mercedez don't have dip sticks. The second guy checked my oil grafter helping all of the oriole that came in after me. Then when I asked him to run a diagnostic he said I will but i got to help the people inside first. Even though there were two employees inside, the only nice employee, Kenisha and the guy who told me my car didn't have a dip stick and one customer. So I left and said never mind. Worst advanced auto I've ever been to

Always convenient, slow movement because staff tries to relate with every walk with numerous auto questions. Good quality service, very knowledgeable staff. Just be patient, they'll help!

The r so unprofessional this is the 3rd time i came to this store n only the one guy working. There's should be anothe4 female there but she os forever MIA n he had the nerve to tell me she was in the bathroom again

Was probably the worst at Advanced I have ever been at in the middle of cracktown basers all over asking for money and the staff looks like they probably join the bicycle crew out front when they get off work I guarantee if there was an audit done on the place there'd be a lot of missing merchandise just my opinion everybody has one thanks for letting me share.

Don't even waste your time by stepping in there im from the area and I drive out of my way just not to feel uncomfortable while I shop the most unhelpful staff u can ever meet 0 product knowledge lack of enthusiasm to take money from me so they really only get one star just so I can write this total waste of anyone's time

I CALLED LOOKING FOR A WARRANTY ON A STARTER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICEMEN THAT ANSWER THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE. FIRST OF ALL HE WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY. SECONDLY HE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE THE REFUSED TO ANSWER. I CALL FROM MY WORK PHONE , AS SOON AS HE HEAD MY VOICE HE BECAME AGGRESSIVE AND VERY RUDE, STATED " IM IN HERE ALL ALONE AND I HAVE 3 CUSTOMERS". THE UNIDENTIFIED MALE AGAIN HUNG UP ON ME. I HAVE SHOPPING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS FOR OVER 11 YRS. THIS SERVICE EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT BE USING ADVANCE AUTO ANY MORE. THIS IS YOUR WEST PALM BEACH STORE LOCATED ON PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD...

Walk in went to rear counter for parts no own around waited 15 min still no one walked out as an employee form anther store walked in to pick up parts ask for help he said I don, t work here just picking up parts
