Went to A1 Body and Glass through my insurance company, Taylor was very helpful and called me literarily everyday for an update on my vehicle which i greatly appreciated. Whenever I called to ask a question either Taylor or Oscar was always able to answer my questions, the only negative comment I would have to mention is that it took my vehicle allot longer than I thought it would (2 Weeks). Overall they did a great job on my car door, and the pictures can speak for themselves.

Not only did they fix up my vehicle in a very timely and incredibly professional manner, they also have the MOST exceptional consumer service skills. Specifically, Keith and Melissa were two stand out associates who knocked it out of the park in terms of going above and beyond normal call of duty. 6/5 stars, will definitely return to these folks if I ever need any additional services in the future.

Feel they could be more attentive to things but corrected their mistakes so I'll be fair maybe wash the cars before returning them to blend the work a little better and actually read the repairs that are required before calling someone and telling them their car is ready when it clearly isn't. The guy in the office is very professional I gave him a earful and he handled it very understandable given it was their mistake

I went here about a week ago for an estimate. I ve used them in the past but won t use them again. When I arrived in the lobby the lady at the front desk was on the phone for 25-30 mins talking about a eye surgery she had/was going to have. How unprofessional to have a lady on the clock dealing with personal issues right in front of me. I was never acknowledged and thought someone else would take care of me. I left this establishment after waiting 30 minutes with no one attending to me. I won t return. Their work is solid but their customer service has gone way downhill!

Great Customer Service! Got my car complete in a timely matter and they kept in contact with me every step of the way. Even went above and beyond and detailed my car. When I had questions or concerns Sam and Taylor was always welling to investigate, help, and correct any issues. I would highly recommend them for any body and glass repair.

First issue with them was that they refused to fix just one issue I had with the car unless they fix everything for liability purposes. Regardless I dropped off my car over a month ago. I only went with them because they told me it would take 2-3 weeks at most For my car to be finished. We are almost 6 weeks in now and nothing.Other issue I had was that they lied to me those first 3-4 weeks telling me their just waiting on parts that were already ordered. After almost a month, she then told me that they actually haven t ordered anything, that they re waiting on the insurance to approve their estimate. This is after she also convinced me to make a claim through my insurance instead of paying out of pocket because it ll take the same amount of time.Now we re going on to 6 weeks and the car is not finished and they keep telling me a date that it will be finished. And not coming through with that day. Very deceiving company. First and last time going through them

When I walked it to set an appointment I was really impresses with the modern and vert clean Office.Dante was very professional. I didn t wait long for service. Especially cause it was Monday morning.He gave me a fair and timely estimate for the work. Two days later the part they ordered was in. The did all the work installing the new bumper in one day as I requested. The body work was excellent. The customer service was fantastic. A few weeks ago, my car was T-Boned. Not only was I stressed about what is going on now, but now I had become overwhelmed when my car was hit. As soon as walked in the door, Melissa was so kind. She explained the whole process to me, and she introduced me to the mechanic who would give the estimate (Kevin). I was actually going to take my car to the Dealership Repair. But after the experience I had, I decided to trust my car with them. A week later, I got the call. They took such great care of my car that I decided to have them work on a couple of other things. The best part is that prices were very reasonable. If I had to go to a body shop again (hopefully I won't), it would be here. Thank you Melissa and Kevin! You guys are the best!

This place was such a hassle. I booked a appointment for my car to have a simple estimate done. I waited almost 2 hours for some guy to come out and saying Minka wasn't going to be in for another 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Like if you have a job to be at you should show up on time and not have ppl waiting for you guy's.

First let me say, I have never left a review on Google. Nor have I ever had to go to a body shop for a damaged vehicle before this. I initially called another company who could not perform the work on my vehicle and I asked if they would recommend a shop to me. They directed me to A-1 Body and told me to ask for Taylor. I am so glad they did! From the moment I picked up the phone and called, I received absolute turn key service. Taylor did EVERYTHING for me. She made the calls to the insurance company and the rental car office. She handled EVERYTHING and called me just to keep me updated on the progress. That was before I even saw the work that was performed by their techs. It looks brand spanking new. I also received a lifetime guarantee of their work for as long as I own the vehicle. On top of that... I showed up after closing on a Friday afternoon to get my vehicle and left the rental car there. Taylor was waiting for me AND returned the rental car for me. Taylor is very personable and a very hard worker who made it sooo easy for me as the consumer but on top of that, the guys in the shop really delivered! Top notch service from A to Z and my car looks AMAZING!

Wonderful experience at A1 Body and Glass. Took my vehicle in for a glass claim and, by the end of the day, it was ready and looked like new. Taylor and the crew were very courteous and professional. They even offered to pick me up when my car was done. I highly recommend their services. Thanks so much A1 and Body!

Got into an accident and was looking for a local body shop. Was turned down by European Paint & Body (due to it being covered by insurance; not sure what internal protocols deny free money, but that's not my problem).Called up A1 Body and Glass and they were more than happy to help. Sam is a great manager. Fixed my car in about a week (expected). Also gave me some tips in regards to cleaning leather/the outside of the car.~~~UPDATE~~~Went here again because i figured they were solid. Was told all 4 tires should be replaced soon. Why not. From 26 Dec to 6 Jan I was fed a bunch of different stories. Also the price wasn t what was discussed. Also they didn t save one of my old tires despite knowing my car does not have a spare. This place will NOT be seeing my business again.

Their work is horrendous. Paint has waves and they over sprayed the chrome on my car black. They left the inside a mess. Bondo and overspray is now on the inside of my car. Also, they never paid the bill with Enterprise, so I was overcharged over 200$. Stay away if you want quality and a place you can trust. Total crooks.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My family has used A1 body & Glass on3 other occasions. We have had a wonderful experience every time. The manager at the West Palm Beach location is absolutely wonderful. Taylor has great customer service skills! Loved getting the updates on progress made. Service was fast only taking a few days. The work looks good, however I was told a spot on the fender would be fixed since the whole fender was going to be repainted- it was not. They did give me extra paint for a few touch ups that were unrelated, that was nice. On the down side, somewhere along the way a pair of sunglasses went missing from my vehicle. Not a big deal, guess someone else needed them more than me! Just make sure to remove anything you want to keep, like they tell you!!

Sam (the manager), wound up helping me tremendously when I wanted to get a few things repaired on my car before I traded it in for a new one. Not only did he give me an amazing price, he squeezed me in that day to fix! Also, the front desk (Taylor) was super nice and helpful!

Went there today for appraisal to paint 2 small parts of my mirror. Was greeted with horrible customer service by Minka Bernardo. She acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a estimate. With that attitude I would not let them paint my toenail.

Taylor and David the production manager was AMAZING! I could not have asked for a more smooth transaction. My reason for being there was so stressful so their welcoming spirits really eased much of the burden for me. I hope that my car stays in tact so that I never have to go through this again but at least I know with them I'll be in good hands.

Excellent work. I could see that Minka, the manager clearly knew her stuff while she was doing my estimate, much moreso than other's I'd gotten estimates from nearby. My truck looks great and they even detailed it inside and out for me. I'll be using A1 for our entire fleet from now on.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I can not say enough about my experience at A1 Body & Glass in WPB but I must say as for Taylor at the front service to David the manager he must be because the dedication to customer service and explaining all details was absolutely amazing. I ve been in the business of insurance for 30+ years and never seen a body shop with such excellent service from day one to closing date. I will continue to highly recommend this body shop to all my clients and friends and family. Great job !!!!!!

The people at the body shop we're very nice. They tried to fix my car as fast possible but there was a lot of unseen damages that my insurance did not to their due diligence find in the first place. They we're quick to amend problems and try their hardest to deliver my car! Also they did a lot of extra things on the car for me.

The work they did was flawless.I could not tell that the car was hit. The paint matches the original. The staff was very professional. Most important and convenient was a rental was on site and they checked it in for me.

Terrible Geico affiliate. Never repaired our car correctly. Left us with a rattling exhaust from a loose heat shield. Let us drive away with blown out lights. We had to take our car to Toyota and make the repairs there and we paid out of pocket as well. The mechanic tried to convince us that the rattling was normal and they wouldn't look at it. We had to prove it was from the accident. Made no sense since the car was new. Don't recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle to A1 Body/Glass after it was involved in an accident, and the insurance company listed them as an authorized repair center. Due to circumstances beyond my control (Hurricane Irma) I was unable to immediately pickup my Kia. Taylor was a huge help and had one of their employees drop it off to my house and leave the keys in the mailbox -- after it had been sitting in their lot for over a MONTH (SORRY GUYS). Terrific service. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Great customer service, I loved how everyone that came across my path said hello and asked how I was, not many people do that now a days. Thank you Taylor, David, Troy, Nick and everyone working in the shop for doing such an amazing job on my car and getting it back to me so quickly.
