You may save your life by not using this company. After a regular maintenance of oil change and tire rotation my driver rear tire came off my vehicle while driving down the turnpike. Furthermore, as you can see in the video, multiple tires had loose lug nuts. This company will not own up to their mistake and is causing major distress on top of an already traumatic experience. You may save your life by not using this dealership.

Had a perfect service visit for my Dad GMC. I worked with Christian and Victor to get my oil change and tire rotation. He was able to get my car taken care of in just a few hours. He was helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him. I always use Schumacher on Northlake to get my car serviced and next time I ll be sure to ask for Christian and Victor. Had a perfect service visit for my Chevy. I worked with Rob Venero to get my oil change and tire rotation plus take care of a recall and computer system glitch. He was able to get my car taken care of in just a few hours. He was helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him. I know my criminal background is probably not suitable for the job here but they wouldn t even call me and from looking at the reviews on here, I m sure I would have been a better candidate for the service department. Seems careless over here. Working on someone s car is putting their lives in your hands. You have to take pride in your job.

You can t make an oil change appointment only appointments for other work, oil changes are first come first serve. The last three times I have come in I waited 3 to 4 hours for the oil change to be completed. The service advisor told me there is nothing he could do they are backed up. This is an idiotic customer service policy and needs to be changed. I have decided when I buy a new truck I will go to another dealer due to the service department issue.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob Venero after the dealership I purchased my vehicle and an extended warranty from said they didn't have the equipment to perform the covered repairs. Obsurd. Anyways I contacted Schumacher and Rob spent countless hours while doing his regular job to get all the work approved through the warranty company. I would say he went above and beyond and stayed in communication so I knew what was going on. Thank you. When the time comes for a new vehicle we'll go there. KIA next door is useless. Thank you Schumacher and Rob very much!

After picking up our vehicle from service a new problem was present. Service advisor Al Zimmerman and Service Manager Mike Kennedy acknowledged the situation and worked through a solution at no additional charge to us. I feel Mr. Kennedy truly put satisfaction first, owned the problem, and corrected it. He is truly an asset to the service department.

I was having a problem with my 1999 Silverado for about a year prior to stopping by Schumacher. I ve always been hesitant to bring my truck in due to the age, however Rob Venero was very professional, personal and full of general knowledge! In addition The greatest thing was that he treated me with much respect and complimented my truck. Rob kept me informed throughout the entire process and was extremely courteous throughout everything as well. Also important to add is the fact that I didn t initially stop by for my 1999 Silverado but was going to the parts department for my 1993 S10 truck, however and ironically my Silverado wouldn t start when I was done! Relative to its current problem it would always and typically start after waiting 10 minutes but that didn t work in this case. So now I was faced with it not running parked outside the service area. I was still very hesitant to leave it at Schumacher until I finally went in and met Rob!!! Rob s level of professionalism and overall customer respect changed my mind and therefore led me to leaving it in the hands of Rob!! In addition I would also like to recognize the technician Chris U. for his outstanding work relative to troubleshooting and Identifying the problem along with his level of knowledge related to this year truck. All of this allowed for a prompt and robust repair. So please make sure that you take care of Rob and Chris for their outstanding performance and overall customer satisfaction. These are the type of employees that every business would love to have so hopefully Schumacher understands and appreciates what they do for your dealership every single day and is able to give back to them for their superior contributions to Schumacher!!Very Satisfied Customer,Mike NackoulService: Auto engine diagnostic

I am from Charleston, SC and when I arrived in Palm Beach for my son's baseball tournament my transmission died. Took it to Schumacher on Sat 6/10 and Rob Venero was my service advisor. He was able to get the tech to diagnose the issue and dealt with the extended warranty company right away. New transmission was ordered and I was driving back home on Wed 6/14.Rob made a tough situation very easy and was a man of his word throughout. He called/texted with updates and kept me in the loop the entire time. This guy is an absolute ROCKSTAR as is the tech who fixed my truck.Service: Transmission replacement

The Schumacher tagline is come join the family. Based on my recent traumatic, near death experience, this is no family you want to join. For your safety and peace of mind, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. Schumacher does not care that my husband and I had a wheel come off while driving down the interstate after they serviced our Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. We sat in the middle of the turnpike between north bound and south bound traffic with our 2 German shepherds for 2 hours waiting for help and praying not to get hit by traffic. After numerous attempts to reconcile the issue, they still refuse to take ownership of their mistake. If you re looking for a dealership that truly cares about your safety and well-being, keep looking because this is not the place.

While being down in FL from NJ I ran into car troubles.Specifically, my car overheated. I brought my car in andwas immediately met with professionalism and servicein a timely manner. Jim the service director and Jessein service both worked quickly and efficiently to makesure my needs were met. I cannot recommend thisservice department enough! As if this wasn't enough,they even offer a shuttle to get you to/from where youneed to be. Had an issue with a new Tahoe that had to do with water drainage from the sunroof. Scott Schmidt in service handled the issue immediately and very professionally. One thing I appreciated was the constant contact he stayed in with me along the way and he turned a potential ordeal into the best service experience I've had at Schumacher. In yesterday, diagnosed yesterday, parts ordered (longer drain hoses) yesterday, and out the door early today. Great job!

My daughter's car was dropped off on Tuesday morning at 10:30 am for an issue and regular oil change and tire rotation. The advisor never communicated with us that they would not be able to look at the car until Wednesday. This is the worst experience I have ever had since she has had the car. Wednesday the female advisor never reached out to us to give us an update on the car. I had to actually reach out to her several times. Then she texted me a list of issues. Never had the time to call me and discuss them. My husband get there Thursday morning and he was given a long list of issues with a cost of $4k. The car was bought brand new and it has always been service on time. What a rip off! The worst part is the female advisor was RUDE!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I just want to say I had to recently bring my car in 2 times this past month. I dealt with Jesse and thank goodness! He is such a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and made everything as simple as possible especially since I had my toddler with me both times. I will definitely be back for all my service needs only if Jesse is my service advisor!

Went to Schumacher for my oil change today. Worked with Arthur Brown this morning, he had a great personality and a pleasure to work with. Everything was handled properly and in a timely manner. I recently had an appointment for routine maintenance at this location. I arrived 15 minutes early and there was a mix-up with my car a d subsequently I was never checked in, however thank Goodness for Ralph Faustin who quickly became my saving grace. I returned the following day and I was taken care of immediately!!! He and Wilson Lubertine went over and beyond to ensure my happiness. These gentlemen made an ugly situation a nice one. I went to the service center because I saw the liquid level on the radiator reservoir was very low. My car (Trax 2016) was around 36 000 miles so only the engine and transmission warranty remains. Mr. Solaris told me immediately there is a leak and we need to find what it is. Later he called saying it was two hoses under the turbo and because of the hard job to replace them it will cost near $ 900.00 and that it is not cover by warranty. I need the car so I agree to pay hoping I will have the car fast. But guess what, the liquid level is low again. I don't think they did some job. And even if it is now an issue covered by warranty they owen me $900.00. Chevrolet good bye.

They fixed my rear wheel bearing and so far it is good. The cost of the repair is a bit high but what you expect from a dealer service, which I was willing to pay for a reputable repair service

I was told by the service manager that nothing was wrong with my truck and it was the Chevy shake because they could not figure out why my truck shakes at 60/70mph. I have a video of my coffee and it looks like I m in a earthquake the whole center console vibrates uncontrollably.
