Robert was a huge help with us when we went in to buy a truck. They didn t have the color we wanted but he made it work and we ended up leaving that same day with a 2024 High Country Silverado in black. He was patient and answered every question we had, would definitely recommend you come in for your next vehicle. Happy to be apart of the Schumacher Family!

I appreciate that I could ask for an appointment although there is a disconnect between the actual service schedule and the appointment setters who are in a different location. Appointment time 1:30 but car wasn't taken back until about 3:00. I am not complaining I knew I would be waiting so I brought things to do. My service advisor Victor was top notch! He was honest about the reason why my wait time was longer than necessary. He is very definitely an asset to your organization.

Their service department is enormous, always crazy busy, but they treat you like you're the most important person there every time. The waiting area is pleasant and has desks and fast wifi. Had a great experience yesterday with service rep Al Zimmerman. I was done 90 minutes ahead of estimated time and I am so grateful! Highly recommend.

Yousef was top notch! He is definitely an asset to the dealership. He made sure I got the most for my trade in and best price for our new Yukon XL. BEWARE!! If you value customer service DO NOT use this dealership! This review is only about the Schumacher Service department. We brought our Buick encore in for an engine light issue they did not resolve in three consecutive attempts. In fact we picked up the vehicle on the 3rd time and it had an issue that it did not have when we dropped it off. So we had a concern with the service advisor and we called the service manager twice to hopefully discuss the concern. It has now been more than 72 hours and He has never returned our call . We also sent e-mails to the service advisor , the customer service advisor, and the supervisors above them. Still no response . Again more than 72hours and no response to our request for a discussion regarding our concerns about our vehicle. We ultimately went somewhere else and had the vehicle fixed in 30 minutes. I believe that the Buick is a fine car, but the Schumacher service department on nortrhlake does not care at all about customer service . I understand that it may be a challenge to find out what is happening with the car but the no call back and no response to e-mails is unacceptable! I have never in 58 years have had a worse experience for customer service. For that reason no one in my family will ever purchase another vehicle from any Schumacher dealership. This is definitely not my dads Buick service department! BEWARE!!!

I don t leave my service rep what s upfront with me about the details of my car repair he told me that I needed a new engine or should I say he recommended a new engine which, after the fact I agreed, however a quick glance at his computer screen showed that I received a refurbished engine, not a brand new engine as I was told it cost me a total of $17,000 engine was about 8000 and then another 8000 I believe at work on the engine and about $1000 in taxes and never received any paperwork other than receipt that I paid the bill. In fact something should happen to my vehicle all I needed to do was take it into a GMC dealer and they will see that the engine is under warranty .I know I was going to get a reworked engine I would ve went and purchased it myself for far or less, but I was told I was receiving a brand new engine without any paperwork. The only one that knows that the engine is brand new is myself and potentially the dealership I am for him that I only use the truck to drive to my home in South Carolina and back to Florida thus the mileage this kind of concerns me.I was also informed that there was a potential that I could finance the cost of my engine when I went there individual said $4500 again the engine cost $17,000. I want to pay for the check but I was told I needed a certified check so I had to go to my bank, which is located in Miami to get a certified check to pay a $17,000 bill.Although I m pleased that I have my vehicle back I m disappointed at the upfront discussion with the service wrap. Al Zimmerman was not as comprehensive as it should ve been if I was going to receive a engine that was refurbished then I probably again would ve decided otherwise to have the work done, but I was told the engine would be brand new, but the engine is not brand new. It s rebuilt a lot and what was told to me and how the process went, that was very disappointing

I came to the dealership at 9am and left at 2pm. It took 5 hours to change my oil, replace windshield wipers, find and patch a leak in my tire. After 2.5 hours, I inquired the status of my car since it usually only takes two hours at your service department. I was informed it now takes 3 hours in a rude tone, as if I should have known that. After 3.5 hours, I checked on the status of my car and was informed it took a "really" long time to find the leak in my tire. After 5 hours I checked back in to find my keys had just been handed over. I asked why did it take 1.5 hours to patch a small leak and was informed rudely it takes 45 minutes. I said, well it has been 1.5 hours not 45. As compensation I was not charged for the tire nor the oil in lieu of an apology or friendliness for the unusual wait time. I saw many people come and go during those 5 hours in the waiting room. I am not sure where the disconnect was with my car, but the quality of service I have experienced previously has deteriorated. I have referred many friends to your service department because it appeared customer service cared how I was treated personally and the timeliness of work performed. This no longer seems to be the case.

Tom Ford is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable. He also takes the time to make sure everything is thoroughly explained. He goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way. We continue to stay with Chevy and a lot of it has to do with Tom! The seamless experience is always a pleasure. Al, my service write up person was extremely courteous and helpful. My wife has dementia and I didn't have a way to leave my Corvette and get home, Al arranged for me to be driven back home and the Driver Dave picked me up the following day to retrieve my car. The people that I dealt with in the parts department and service department were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. The battery that I needed was not in stock on the Monday that I called and the parts department guy quoted me a price and transferred me to the service department to make an appointment for the next day (Tuesday) since he said it would be available the next day. I made a decision to be cautious about the expected delivery time so I made an appointment for Wednesday at 10:30 to allow an extra day for the part to show up. When I arrived for my appointment the service writer checked me in but when he contacted the parts department he was told that the battery had not yet arrived and would probably be there after a few hours. I elected not to sit around and wait and drove home and waited for the service department to call.I got the call at approximately 12:30 and returned. I also noticed that all my tires needed air and asked that they be brought up to correct pressure. I was told that they would be taken care of.The service was done in a timely manner and I checked out with the service writer. I settled the invoice payment with my GM points and was told that everything was taken care of. Since I had spent an extra hour on the road and had everything pushed back a few hours I hastily departed before thoroughly examining the paperwork. While driving home I checked the tire pressure readings and it was obvious that nothing had been done, they were unchanged. Too bad for me. Now I spent another 45 minutes finding a location to address that and doing it myself.When I reviewed my paperwork from the service department I also noticed that the amount charged for the battery was approximately $35 more than what I was quoted by the parts department for that exact model and part number. My fault for not checking sooner.So, what could have been a pleasant experience (after all my car ended up the way I wanted it) was tainted by some unfortunate details.Bottom line, I m not so sure that I d return there for service.

Alonso and Joel were amazing. I haven t purchased a vehicle in about 8-10 years but this by far was the best experience to date. In the past I ve spent whole days in a dealership. But this time, I called beforehand regarding the SUV, when I arrived he was ready for the test drive, the deal was worked, finance found the best rate for me and I was out the door with the car I wanted within 3 hours. No hassling no fluffing friendly straightforward and patient guys.

I went to several dealers to look for a new lease, I had a price in mind and I can't believe how all dealers were treating me bad like I was asking for a free car! It was super frustrating. I went to Schumacher Chevrolet of North Palm Beach and Ralph treated me really good and gave me really reasonable numbers. 2 days later I got back and Zachary showed me the cars and they treated me so well and all numbers were super clear that I closed the deal that day. Really educated and polite people.

Your mechanic hourly rate has gone insane. $275.00 an hour and then you charge me 2.5 hours to swap out a fuel pump control module. Everyone knows it s a plug and play box. Yes it has to be programmed for the truck. Hit the button and come back 15 minutes later. It s hard to spend that kind of money when you know you were taken advantage off. $687.00 for labor to swap out a plug and play piece is ridiculous. Congratulations, you got me and you got me good.

I walked into the dealership on a Sunday, intending to buy a vehicle for my wife. We were lucky to work with a salesman named Tyler Brewster, who was professional, down-to-earth, and not overly aggressive or pushy. It never felt like there was an agenda, and I enjoyed the experience so much that I traded in my other vehicle and purchased a truck from him that same day. Tyler kept us updated on the process and was realistic about the time it would take to complete it. He delivered the truck to our door at the end of what I can only imagine was a very long day later in the week. Most importantly, my wife got the vehicle she wanted an automatic 10/10. Our finance manager, Steven, was also flat-out phenomenal to work with. He made the worst part of the purchasing process a breeze, maybe even enjoyable?!? I'm looking forward to dealing with those gentlemen and that dealership again in the future. If you're in the market for a hassle and stress free vehicle buying experience, do yourself a favor and add this location (and Tyler Brewster) to your list!

Poor communication. My car needed a great deal of work. I had to call multi times to find out timeline of when parts were order and when delivered. No one called to let me know my technician was out for the following day after my parts arrived. My car was there for a week. In addition, upon picking up and payment. New charges were added without my knowledge? Extremely poor customer services, in regards, me telling them my quote over the phone vs new total at time of checkout.. seemed they were not interested in making a lifetime client. Sorry to say I Would not go back. Felt like I was taken advantage of.

I am not a fan of the first come first serve oil changes. There is no organization. When I pull up, I have to wonder aimlessly from booth or door to find someone to assist me, which is very frustrating. There should at least be someone there to guide customers upon arrival to help determine where to go. There really isn t a waiting lounge either. The service writer broke the plastic handle in my trunk and then acted like it was no big deal, never apologized or said he ll do the right thing and fix it. I had to tell him he needed to order me a new part. I now have to make another trip to the dealership, which is an hour drive for me, and wait who knows how long for something I did not break. I find this dealership very inconvenient.

I just leased a 2024 GMC Terrain from Sales Consultant Alvaro Solis. His product knowledge, patience and kindness was truly remarkable! Although it was a rainy evening, he didn t mind showing and explaining about the different cars I could get into within my budget. He listened and understood my needs. LITERALLY the BEST experience I ve ever had in dealing with a dealership. Alvaro was my salesman. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable throughout my recent purchase of a 2019 Used Jeep Wrangler. But, most importantly, he made sure the process was streamlined and easy especially considering that I had my 1 y/o daughter with me. Very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! 10 out of 5 stars!!Alex in finance also tremendously made this go as smoothly as possible. He listened to what I wanted and what I needed and guided me through making my selections regarding the extended warranty and financial availability. He was able to get me a great deal on the loan taken out to purchase my Jeep. He even gave me some great laughs throughout the process:) also 10/5 stars!I live in Melbourne and drove almost 2 hours specifically to this dealership because I trusted this dealership solely because of the amazing employees they have! I sincerely appreciate everything that they did not only to accomplish the task at hand but also made me feel like my business was appreciated not just another deposit in their paychecks.In the future, when another vehicle is needed, I will start with Schumacher regardless of where I am living. Yaris was amazing and so helpful. From the moment we called to the pictures and communication everything was fantastic. The price etc was all agreed upon before we came up to pick it up the truck . Yaris was even more helpful when we got there helping us set up everything and go through the truck to make sure we were 100% happy before we left. Which we were!! Thank you Yaris for everything !!

My Wife brought in our truck by appt. She did not see our normal go to person as we normally do. The appt was for an oil change ONLY. Any other services should be discussed and authorized by the owner prior to repair/replace. The air filters were replaced without ASKING. She did not realize this until AFTER signing the reciept. Followed by your Rep saying oh too late you already signed. We have been long time Customers as well as my Family. This is not ok. As we are unhappy with this visit.
