This location has really degraded over the years it used to be both fun and efficient. I'm a long-term customer and have seen its demise. There are many pictures of large shelves with serve yourself parts with a huge parts area .. now nothing. I need to remove my pictures . . everything is gone except the bays.The worst thing was today. I called to have new valve stems installed and tires checked . . possibly new tires. I made an appointment, came in and was told .. sorry, we can't take you today. The guy did not show. This was a half hour drive no less. Louis, the guy in charge said he didn't call as he didn't have my number. I told him I've been a customer for years, and I'm in the system. The dude looked and said "oh, there you are" with a really confused look on his face . . was he just lazy or unmanaged? I asked if he could get me an appointment at another location .. he said I'd have to do that. Talk about terrible customer service. I told him I was very unhappy with this and will be calling corporate .. such lack of service is not what they want. Louis said "go ahead" as if no one would care. Many bays .. one guy working and empty shelves, is something going on there. They really need a new area manager to help with training .. even just looking up phone numbers that are in their system. Do not waste your time here .. I've recommended PEP boys in the past .. but no longer this location.

Two days ago I scheduled a 9 am appointment for today. To replace the washer fluid pump. Two out of three technicians walked off the job while my car was on lifts. The counter guy and the remaining tech had no idea what to do with my car. I had to leave half way through inspection not knowing if my existing parts were put back in place.

I drive a company van and whenever I take it there I feel like I want to fall asleep the amount of time I wait for them. I told myself it would take them 3 hours to get it done I was wrong by an hour, took them 4 . No productivity or efficiency whatsoever

Kevin was professional and very knowledgeable. Awesome alignment and great warranty. Had my car back sooner than expected. I appreciate him placing the new tire in the rear so that it wouldn t effect the alignment.Kemco did 3 horrible alignments and did not balance my front right tire after having to change it out twice. I did have to pay for the tire each time because they changed their mind last minute about using the warranty even though it was their bad alignment that caused one tire to separate.

I pre booked and prepaid (4 tires and alignment) on line prior to my appointment, with the assumption the check in would be quick.My mistake, unfortunately my ride had to wait for 40 minutes and we were both late for work.

I did my wheel balancing there, made an appointment at 12:30, They told me It would be one hour and 30 minutes. But It really took the 2hour 30 minutes to call me. They did a good job though. If they could manage their time better would be a 5 star.

These are evil criminals who will burn in Hell for the way they take advantage their fellow human beings at their most vulnerable moments.I'm a disabled veteran, and the van I live in wouldn't start. No local mechanics could get me in for a week, so I ended up at this snake pit.They told me I needed $1200 worth of we work that was basically just routine maintenance. The cost just about wiped me out, but I need my home to start and move, so what could I do?After I left there, that $1200 bought me exactly 4 starts before the van stalled out at a busy intersection and began the exact starting issues it had before.I had to push that beast a half mile to the nearest shop and throw myself on their mercy. Luckily, they took pity on me and fit me into their busy schedule. They quickly diagnosed the real problem and performed the real repair.The shop owner said that I should go back to Pep Boys and get a refund. That all Pep Boys had done was a glorified tune up, and the technician named on the service order is notorious for running up bills with unnecessary work.I went back to Pep Boys and was promptly and unceremoniously dismissed. Dead eyes on that manager. The kind of soulless monster who kicks puppies.So, the real repair from to be good people cost another $620, on top of the $1200 Pep Boys cheated a disabled American veteran out of means I'll suffer a bit through the rest of November. I won't eat as much or as often, and I'll forgo the occasional game of pool.But in a few months, I'll be back to normal.Long story short....don't go to Pep Boys.

Shop is understaffed. Had to reschedule appointment 3 times, twice because they were too busy and once because they didn t have the proper parts for the job, which was discovered after already rescheduling once. None of this was discovered in advance with a courtesy call but after I had already driven to the shop. Waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change and couldn t get a receipt of services done. Disgusting restroom full of flies. Absolutely pathetic.

Beware and stay clear of this business. They will create more problems intentionally so that you will be ender up spending more $$$. During a simple oil change - they intentionally damaged vehicle's oil pressure sensor and manipulated other things around- when "low oil pressure" light showed up and oil started leaking around the engine they asked me more $$$ for repairs. I refused paying extra money for fixing - then they simply took the car out from the shop and asked me to leave. At that point I told them that I am going to an attorney for legal help- a manger happened to be there at the shop and replaced the sensor without charging extra. Oils are still leaking around the gaskets till today.

Made a 10 o clock appointment and I arrive and they say they are two and half hours behind and it will take over an hour to look at a tire that keeps loosing air.I asked y make an appointment.Response u have to wait for a doctor in the waiting room. The appointment is just for us to have a n idea .Also asked if I could leave the car and I said that that should of been asked before I drove all the way here.

Replaced my tire sensors as requested, good job. Irecommend that you call for appointment, rather than using website as do the employees. Only one alignment rack even though website allows several alignments to be booked per hour. Did not have alignment done as prior job was a lengthy process, but got tire sensors installed instead.

Appointments mean nothing!! I paid for life time alignments and had an appointment and they still didn t work on my car after 2 hours. I won t pay for lifetime again because you can t get service. Lesson learned.

Lady's at the desk were great. Service technician took a unusually long time. I understand they have to check the oil change job but left my truck run the whole time they rotated my tires while truck was in the air. Service technician acted like he didn't want to rotate tires due to wear on tires. The manager and I inspected the tires and they had very little wear but not enough to justify not rotating them.

So I am writing this review 3 months after I received service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was having some AC issues. The AC was not blowing cool anymore, just hot air. . The diagnostic fee was apprx 75-85 dollars. Of course they go for the high ticket price item on the car to say is the problem. They say its the compressor of course. Of which the total came up to 1700 and they charged 1500 for a compressor in a toyota yaris 2007. After speaking to other people they said that replacing the AC compressor should not have cost that much. Well if you think that was bad , Here is the kicker. After they replaced the $1500 compressor They called me to tell me the AC still was not cooling down the car and that it must be another problem."They think its probably" the button in the car was not working and that needed to be changed. And catch the price on this...... $400 to replace the button. So I payed you a diagnostic fee to guess your way through and make me pay for a $1500 compressor I did not need. It doesn't matter to me if they said they ran a test or not. I wouldn't believe anything they had to say after that. They are salesmen first and foremost not mechanics and have unscrupulous business practices. How can you look at a hardworking person and take such advantage of them. I have been here twice and both times I was left disappointed. An Honest business would have said let me give you back your diagnostic fee but nope they were content to let me walk out knowing that the issue on my car was still not fixed and happily having took my money. I went to ALONZO AC REPAIR in West Palm Beach , Best place ever. Within 2 minutes the guy identified the problem and fixed it. Did not charge me a dime and changed my AC filter for free. He made a comment that I payed so much for a AC compressor and they left the dirty air filter in place. The man also said that I was definitely overcharged for a job like that. What pep boys fails to realize is there is a God above in heaven that watches and he will reward each according to his deeds. You cant expect to run a good business and take advantage of people like that and not think it will come back to you. Will never come back here and will be Reporting to Better Business Bureau

Made a same day appointment. I arrived 45 minutes early they began working on thr car immediately. Replaces battery I was surprised within 15 minutes I was leaving. Highly recommend A++++++++

The absolute WORST customer experience! Made an appt to patch a tire, mgr tells me short staffed and everyone at lunch. Really?? Bye, bye,, don t waste your time,, much better shops out there!

I came in very last minute because no other service center could replace my tires because they couldn t get my wheel lock off. My tires were separating and I was scared to drive with my child in the car. They were so patient with me and stayed late to replace all four tires since they had the means to get my wheel lock off. I m so grateful and appreciate of everyone who pitched in to get my car safe to drive again, despite having to stay an hour late to do so!

BEWARE BAD Service !!!!! Worst service ever. They messed up the electrical in truck .i was told to talk to the manager so i called th next morning and manager quit then i was told after a week of waiting for the two electrical machanics to come back from vacation , then i was told they quit to . Now im having to tow the truck somewhere else and pepboys won t take responsibility for their screw up and I ve had to rent a vehicle for the last week and now another week . I wouldn t even give them one star!

I have been a long time customer and this Pep Boys has gone downhill. I will never service a vehicle there again after 7 years of being a loyal customer. My dashboard lights were flashing so I brought the vehicle in 6 weeks ago for a diagnosis, they said I need an alignment and the suspension needs to change but that wasn't urgent. I got the alignment and the quote for the suspension and left. The vehicle was still veering off the road and the lights were still flashing. I called them to inform them that it is still not aligned. They said that it won't align until I get the suspension fixed. Then why did they align something that wouldn't work? The lights would flash some of the time but not always. This week the car completely died and I had it towed to Pep Boys, they said I need to get a diagnosis, now they told me there was an oil leak and I need a new motor. I decided the car isn't worth the money for suspension and motor. I ended up having the car towed to scrap. I asked if I could have a discounted rate for the diagnosis since I have been a long time customer and the car is shot. I believe that if the car was diagnosed 6 weeks prior, the would have picked up that something was wrong with the oil. they ended up offering a 5% veterans discount. Not only the stress of loosing a vehicle, this guy NICK should not be in customer service. He is rude.

We had an awesome experience at Pep Boys, thanks to Varma Mungal. We had trouble with our car, and Varma stayed until the job was done perfectly, and it was after hours. He was very good to us, and has earned our trust. Thank you, Varma, for a job well done.

I came in frantically after the battery in my car died, upon arrival Varma and Kevin greeted us and asked what was going on. I told them about my battery and Varma immediately checked to see if he had it in stock, to which he did! He even cleaned up the terminal for me. After being stressed due to other places not having my battery, Varma took a big weight off my shoulders and was so nice while doing so. I recommend coming here any day for your vehicle needs and especially don t forget to ask for Varma!

Varma was the best, nicest person to deal with as busy as they were. I was kept informed throughout the day. He even helped me charge my dying phone while I waited! I will bring my husband car to him this week for tires, too!

The Staff is great! good attitudes. Mechanics work hard to give you good service. I want to thank Alex for my appointment for my long trip ahead and also thanks to Kevin for honesty on the waiting period and also advising me by phone, the car is ready.
