Had such a great experience buying my first car with Ihab! I walked in knowing what I wanted, got super speedy service, and my dream car. He even took the time to explain the most important features before I drove it off the lot to ensure the most useful tools were explained with the car tech to make me feel more comfortable. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! They made the deal happen. Great customer service!! I went to multiple dealerships but this by far was the best one. Great teamwork involved to make it happen! Ender was an amazing sales rep! Sam and Simeon were great managers who helped as well! Even the coworkers were amazing! Aidan educated us about how our warranty will work on our used vehicle. Last but certainly not least Mike in finance was awesome! Everyone made us laugh and it was a great experience all around!! I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a car.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Kia with the recommendation of Daniel Gonzalez. One of the best decisions I ever made!My vehicle was due for its first service. Daniel, the Service Manager, made sure to greet me as soon as I pulled in. Due to my full schedule that day, he also reserved a loaner car prior to my arrival so that it was ready and waiting as soon as I arrived. Daniel was extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable about what all my vehicle needed. As well as making me aware of when my next service is and what to expect. My vehicle was serviced and washed in little over an hour.I highly recommend this Dealership, Service Department and thankful for Daniel, who made this experience super easy and painless!

I had an unpleasant experience with the sales dept when I was looking to purchase a vehicle & bought one in Delray. My car needed to be serviced and I was dreading bringing it in to this location for servicing. Due to my job this location was convenient for me. I m glad I did! My service experience exceeded my expectations. I was greeted with smiling faces and some of the best customer service I ve experienced . I want to thank Lonnie, Kathleen, and the service team for making my first service appointment easy & quick. I will definitely be back.

I was able to purchase the car I ve been hunting for! The process was smooth and seamless. The Associate (Wednesday) was knowledgeable and made my time enjoyable and answered all my questions ! Albert is THE SALES GUY!!! No sales pressure very calm, helpful and easy spoken. We walked in on Sunday in the pouring rain, test drove a Kia Soul which is what we wanted and told him our situation. We went back last night and bought it! In the meantime Diego, manager, called me on Monday night to see how our experience was. That s GREAT professional QI! Dikerson was very helpful today. When I initially came into the store, no one approached us and we walked out. We walked back in and he came to speak with us, which I appreciated. I came in looking for a vehicle for my son and ended up buying a car for both my son and daughter today. He was very efficient and answered all our questions. If I need another vehicle, we will come see him and Cody.

I took my car to Kia & it was diagnosed the battery was going bad. It's a Hybrid so it took approximately 8 months to get the battery because it was on backorder. My relationship with Nick & Rick was awesome. I was informed periodically of the status & placed in a paid rental until my car was ready. All of that was great then there was Giovanni. He took over & did not keep me informed as the others did. He called introduced himself & called again saying the car should be ready in a week. That never happened. He called a month later saying it was finally happening. I said ok but because my car has been sitting did you test & replenish fluids inside & I asked are all of the lights working. I was reassured by Giovanni yes everything has been taken care of. We picked up the car drove it home & checked it out. The trunk had been ripped completely apart & not put back. As we put the trunk back together we discovered some pieces were missing. We also discovered that some lights were out. I reached out to him & texted him with pictures. He responded with a vague answer. More non-shulat response. After calling, texting & finally going to see him. He came out took pictures & started telling my husband how to just popout this or that to replace the bulbs. I told him we spoke about this on the phone & I asked because it took awhile to get my car could the lights be fixed & Giovanni said yeah. Well, that never happened & my trunk pieces never made it back. He never called or texted again. Terrible service from him & not good about follow up plus he tells lies. Thanks Kia for the awful service. Nick & Rick are the only reason I didn't give a one star. Those guys rock!

A thousand words cannot describe how simply wonderful my purchase of a certified 2022 KIA Stinger GT-LINE in ascot green was today! Hailing from all the way up north in MA, my amazing tag team duo of Diego and Ender (Yes, that's his name, and YES you should REMEMBER THAT!!!!) helped me every step of the way, providing exceptional professional care for every one of my questions or concerns, from the silliest of text messages to phone calls immediately following the Thanksgiving holiday. Together, the two gentlemen worked hard to get me the best deal on what can only be described as the "easiest out of state vehicle purchase EVER!!!" I cannot say thank you enough gentlemen for your fantastic work, constant communication and excellence at ensuring I felt comfortable with my purchase all the way up to me driving the 20+ hrs down and giving me the keys! Again, this review cannot express fully my applause for these two gentlemen, Diego Hodgson and Ender Govea. Thank you for your assistance in this and I look forward to working with you both again in 3 years for my new one!

Nothing pleases me more than when I have to take time out of my day to let an owner or boss know what an OUTSTANDING experience I have had at their business because of their truly dedicated employee/s.The Ft. Lauderdale KIA dealer that I originally bought my KIA from (and was also using for regular maintenance), kept ignoring my complaints about a growing and unusual area eroding from rust - on the top of my door frame, (pictured below). One month before my warranty was due to expire, I insisted they put in writing my concern on the maintenance report. I then called KIA directly to complain and they recommended I go to another dealer, which brings me to this review of Napleton's Northlake KIA dealer.From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Angela, who took the time to understand my issue, it was clear I was dealing with the right KIA dealership. She was nothing less than professional, knew EXACTLY how to deal with the issue, and most importantly, FOLLOWED UP at every step in the process, (which included having to have my door replaced).Angela then introduced me to their Collision Department. Again, TOP-NOTCH! The service manager walked me through the process, (not gonna lie, I was extremely apprehensive) and he and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND by buffing out a few marks and doing a few simple touch-ups - in a mere few days. They did such a fantastic job replacing my door that you cannot see any evidence of the door being 5 years newer and my car was returned to me just as clean as when I dropped it off. In addition, they also supplied a rental car. AMAZING!Thank you so much Napleton Northlake Kia!

I am on the fence with the dealership. When I purchased the car the warranty wasn t explained to me in detail. When I brought in my car to be serviced Lonnie explained to me in detail how my warranty worked. I wasn t told in detail that since I bought the car used that the warranty started the day the car was purchased. When I went to purchase the car I was just told that it was 2 year warranty or 60,000. When I asked if the warranty started the date I purchased it I was told yes. I was under the impression that it was my own warranty not a continuation. I would ve wanted to see another car if I knew that was the case. I ve been having minor problems with the car which I would ve looked at other options had it was explained to me more clearly. Although I will say they have been accommodating to some of the issues. Again the warranty of what is covered and what wasn t covered was not clearly explained. I don t know much about cars and feel like I was taking advantage of. It took me bringing in the car with issues to get to understand how my warranty worked. It is frustrating. Everyone has been helpful, but having to constantly come back to the dealership and learning more about what I purchased after the fact is annoying. Especially with how much I m paying. On top of that there were things that I thought would be covered under warranty such as the seal on my window coming apart it needing to be replaced. It is not. It was covered under the first owner. This was my first time buying a car and again I now feel as if I was taking advantage of. I wasn t explained about extended warranties that were possible. I feel like they just did the bare minimum just to sell a car. When brought aware all I got is a sorry about that. I called the number three times and left two voice messages and got no response.

We had the most Amazing experience buying. Cody, the sales manager was absolutely fantastic. He called me about The Hyundai palisade I was interested in. I explained to him that I had a trade/buyout/lease and wanted a certain amount for it. Not only was he able to honor that where other dealers said no, they went above and beyond for us due to lengthy injury. We did everything remotely. Aiden brought two vehicles to us to test drive and delivered the one we finally bought. Not to mention the great deal I got on the palisade. I highly recommend Cody, Aiden, and the sales team at Kia Northlake.Thanks again Cody and Aiden

My name is Douglas Mayne. And I'm a military veteran a wounded warrior if you may. And I have recently found myself in the need of new transportation. When looking for a vehicle I usually go to this small dealerships that have things like buy here pay here because it's not that I have bad credit I just don't have a lot of credit I've never had the need for it because I can't afford anything that costs a lot of money. Especially when it comes to a vehicle they cost a lot of money the payments and interest rates are too high and they don't want to give you nothing for your trade it seems like all of the dealerships whether it's a small one but mostly the big ones that really take your for a lot they got to pay their employees they have this massive parking lot and they got to pay for the ownership of it as well as the lights the insurance you know the drill. Nevertheless I filled out a survey on social media and almost immediately a young gentleman by the name of Bronze contacted me his professionalism honesty sincerity and genuine concern for my needs made me want to give Napleton's a try he set me up with an appointment with the actual manager of the dealership whose name is Diego and off I went I was a little early for my appointment however I approached a young lady whose name is Ryan who immediately dropped everything she was doing to assist me. She went and spoke with the manager Diego I expressed the couple of vehicles I was interested in and went to look at them. Ryan grabbed the keys to the vehicles Diego came over and introduced himself and off we all went to go look at these vehicles I landed on one of them which was older 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee but it was in great shape and it was very inexpensive at least to me it was. We negotiated on the price and I mean everything the price of their vehicle the amount they were going to give me for my junk of a trade-in as well as what the monthly payment was going to come to. They didn't ask before for my driver's license my social security number my first born you know how it goes none of that they waited till we finally came to an agreement then I submitted my identification and all the information they needed to run my credit bureau. The manager Diego returned and said Doug your credit though not great it's okay to get financed however the bank doesn't want to finance that old jeep that you're looking at they're concerned for you if the Jeep breaks down how are you going to make your payment which made sense to me they were looking out for my best interests. However Diego went above and beyond my expectations as a manager he actually found a vehicle on the lot that the bank would approve already had me approved and it was a vehicle that I didn't think I would ever be able to afford. An absolutely beautiful 2017 Kia Sorento loaded to the hill with all the bells and whistles and possibly some things that I may never even use but it's nice knowing that if I need to I have them I'd rather have them and not need them then need them and not have them I got it all I felt blessed from above by God. The sales representative this amazing young lady named Ryan took me back outside to look at this new vehicle and I was speechless. I didn't even feel Worthy to own a vehicle of this class however Ryan said one thing to me and it really made me feel like I've never felt before she stated to me Doug you deserve it. I haven't heard those words in decades. Once again we went through the numbers agreed on the price of the vehicle the amount of money they were going to give me for my trade and the monthly payment I was amazed and Diego already had it approved. So if you find yourself in need of a vehicle go nowhere other than Napleton's Kia yes they sell key is there but they got some fine used vehicles any make or model that you want and I'm sure if you want to buy a brand new one they can make arrangements for you at their several other dealerships here locally in West Palm Napleton's Kia is second to none they genuinely care about your needs are ethical professional and sincere

Let s be honest the car buying experience isn t always the most enjoyable process to go through but this was by far one of the best experiences I ve had. Ryan Velarde was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were able to work out a great deal on my new 2024 KIA Sportage. From the management to the finance department everyone I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Northlake KIA for your next vehicle purchase and let me tell you these new KIAs are Sharp!!

I recently worked with Wednesday to purchase a new vehicle. I was impressed with his professionalism, and knowledge of the different makes and models. We originally called in for some quotes over the phone, after noticing how he approached this much differently than other dealerships and competitors, I felt comfortable working with him and him alone. I drove in the next day to meet with him, i got the car i wanted, and NONE of the numbers changed from what he originally quoted me the day before. If you need a car, give Wednesday a call, he will take care of you with 5 star service and ensure a quick purchase. That was the other plus, I was in and out within an hour of showing up!

From coming in to going out the salesman named Wednesday was a book of knowledge about the cars. When we were putting the price together he invited his manager Cody to join us and he was great at explaining pricing. When I bought the car Wednesday took through all the tech gadgets, settings and programed my phone. It was a great buying experience. Days later he called to insure I was happy. Try them they are user friendly!

I definitely wouldn't recommend going for any kind of shopping/selling. They'll just take your time for no reason. They will promise you they give better deals than any other dealers for your car. Then you drive one hour with traffic and spend your 40 minutes in store. And then they kill your cars value. (For real). They offer way lower than any other dealerships. If you're selling your car, probably your best option is Carmax or any other dealers around. Waste of time.("After making one star review, I figured that they put the person 'greets you' and 'actually helps' you under the fire and cut some fee from their paycheck or possible bonus. So, I changed my one star review. That also proofs that, this place is definitely not fair to their employees. Still would not recommend any business with them. But want to save that person's bonus as well.")
