Had tires put on yesterday same day service. Best price around I shoped 3 places . And saved 250 dollars at the tire center

I had to get 4 new tires for my Mercedes and the guys at Costco was awesome. Less that one hour I was on my way home. Great price and great service!

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I have an online order already paid and I haven't been able to schedule the tire installation, because they do not answer. Do not waste your time here. I would have rather paid more money at Pep Boys but I would already have my tires installed. This is ridiculous

Today 2/19/24 I got my tire fixed thanks to the northlake staff. Coming all the way from RPB, where I was told over the phone that the only Cotsco tire center with walk-in service was this one . For my surprise, I was notified by the staff that all tire centers are able to take walk-in appt. Very UPSETTING due to the long driving with terrible weather.

Slow, slow, slow. Took an hour and a half to check for a nail in the tyre and work out they could not repair it, then a week to get a new tire. Did not call to confirm receipt of the tyre as promised. Then an hour late to replace one tyre, despite numerous promises they were just finishing up. General employee (Sheldwn) attitude is extremely poor.

Came in with a nail in my tire and needed a patch an hour and a half before they were supposed to close. They turned me away because they claimed they "weren't taking any more walk ins for the day." Not sure how a tire service can turn you away for a patch that takes all of 10 minutes, but I'll never come here again.

Why do they bother making appointments? This is first time using their maintenance on my new tires recently installed by them and I can ultimately say I am unimpressed. Showed up for 5pm appointment for tire rotation and balance only to be told they are backed up and it's going to be 1.5 hours till they can get to my car. Clearly all future appointments need to be made at first open so that they can't get backed up.

Should have known the employee attitude would match the quality of work on new tire install. Thanks for leaving all 4 wheels covered in glue. Even got it on the face of the wheels on 2 of 4.

Super impressed with my most recent experience at the Costco tire center. Alex was very helpful from start to finish. A great location to get tires at a decent price and good service. Pro tip: you can get your tires rotated for free whenever needed so just book it in while you re doing your Costco shop!!

Where do I start first? From lack of communication to ineptitude.. they never answer the phone and they never ordered my tires from placing the initial order 5 days ago. Waited for over a week to change my tires. Called to tell me while changing my tires they broke the hub cap and that s a common problem. No excuse!

Saving ... Not worth your tme. 1st Stand in line for long long time to be able to order tire. 2nd. Phone in multiple times (phone not answered or busy or placed on hold, for long long time, even dropped call) to make appointment (when notified tire is at store) . 3rd Install tires normal wait time. However the experience and dealing with the counter people used to be better. COSTCO IS TOO BIG NOW. GO TO A SMALLER TIE DEALER..I LOVE Costco but not for tires.

GREAT experience at the Northlake location. I ordered the tires and two days later I received a call Friday evening that my tires arrived. They scheduled my appointment for that Sunday ( there are more techs that day FYI ) at 12pm. I arrived a few minutes early and went through the motions and it was pretty much 12pm when I handed the keys over and walked away. I went shopping in the club and exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes later my truck was finished and I was loading up my Costco haul. I got a very good price on the Bridgestone tires as there was a discount from manufacturer plus a Costco member discount. Totally painless experience. The warranty that comes with the tires is better than anywhere else. If you are a member, I highly recommend his tire center. I appreciate all you guys, especially Rick and Brad for a good experience. I am confident in my choice to purchase my tires here and sure you will be also. Good job to the entire team at the Northlake location.

If I could put zero stars I would. Went to the PB Gardens Location for tires. They wouldn't order them until I paid in full. They knew I was purchasing these tires at 500.00 for each tire for my Corvette. I was told no problem we do your year Corvette. Waited 4 days and got the call to come have them put on my car Monday by 3. I showed up gave them my keys and 3 hours later got a call to come get my car, minus the new tires . They said they don't have the proper lift. Then they refused to refund me until I comme pick up the tires and then they will refund me 80! What am I supposed to do with the tires I paid 2100 for? Eat them?

My first visit to Costco for tires. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you think you can buy tires and get them installed, think again. I paid for 4 new tires expecting to have to wait a few hours. Unfortunately, I have to wait days. They order what you buy, and then call to arrange an installation on a future date. Had I been informed, I would have gone elsewhere because I have a trip scheduled and need good tires. No I had to make other arrangements. Lesson learned.

I called ahead and asked if they were able to fix a nail in my tire. The associate Ricky told me to bring it in. Dropped my car off, specifically telling him the make and model of the vehicle. After an hour, I am told that they are unable to work on my tire. So I paid $11.76 and waited an hour for them to say we cannot work on your tire. No refunds are allowed since they had to touch the tire. Feel as though Costco robbed me of time and money. Will consider not renewing membership and absolutely will go somewhere else for tires. I do not understand all the hype around Costco Tire Service Centers.

Would not sell me tires larger than what I had on now. I wanted to go to a larger tire (275) opposed to my current 255. He wouldn t sell me the tire. It s not that my rims couldn t support it, as I previously had 285 on their before, he just would not sell me anything other than the exact size tire that is on my car. Ridiculous policy. Never using them to buy tires.

First, took car in for slow leak, was told had 3 nails and unpreparable.Ok, fine. I order a tire and ready to go and they said 3 to 5 days, day 5 now and no estimate of when it will be in. They put the Tire with 3 nails that was unpreparable back on the car! Terrible.....if you want a tire in a decent amount of time go somewhere else. They say they have no ability to track shipments. SORRY I WAS NOT BORN YESTERDAY! Saving a few bucks is not worth the lack of service and or time.

Don't waste your time at this place.. I had a slow leak in a tire that I brought in to have fixed. After an hour and a half of waiting I checked in to see if my car was ready? I was told they couldn't fix the tire and they had called me over an hour ago to tell me? I asked to see the number they called and on my paperwork they had someone elses phone number.. I had not only given them my correct phone number to call when checking in but I'm also in the system and they still couldn't get it right! I brought my car the next day to a reputable tire service and was in and out in thirty minutes.All Costco wants to to do is is sell you a new tire and there are much better places to go if you need new tires...

If you go here for tires ask to speak with Brad he was the only one who went through all the tire options for my vehicle and helped me save $200-$300 with a sale. I had went early that day and spoke with a different person named ricky who had only offered me one option that was also the most expensive and it would have been nice if he took the 5-10 extra minutes to look at all the sales like Brad did!

I was driving on 45th and noticed the tire light was on. I pulled into the racetrack and the tire was flat. I pulled it off and noticed a shred of metal in the center of the tread I took the tire to Costco. Dropped the tire off and went to see Brandon for the paperwork. He charged me and I went to get a hot dog. Received a call from Brandon while I was in line He stated that the tire was "severely damaged" and he was unable to patch it. I said I'd be right there. Brandon took me in the back, him and another employee concluded that the tire was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was disappointed and confused because all that was pointed out to me was a small anthill of rubber from the inside of the tire. There was no exposed metal, nothing torn and honestly I saw nothing wrong with it. Brandon told me he was going to take me to get the $10 refunded which ment me waiting in the return line which had at least 15 people in it at 2pm on a Wednesday in November. I then called around and found a nearby tire place and went directly over. I gave them the rim and tire without saying anything about my experience with Costco. 20 minutes later I was told the tire was ready. I had a minute to talk to the technician about what Costco said because I wanted a second opinion. The technician advised me there was nothing wrong with the tire or the rim and he saw no reason the tire couldn't be repaired. Now I understand Costco has a right to work on something or not. My issue is with the fear Brandon and his associates tried to strike in me with the pitch for a new ($225) tire that's need was questionable at best

I had an appointment for 12:00 it was in the Bay by 12:15 they did not reset the tire pressure warning light which was a little disturbing to see it come on driving home

Wonderful place! The technicians are nice and helpful and did a great job on my tires. They were honest that I didn't need a new tire and repaired a slow leak.
