My second time in Advance Auto Parts, and both times Brad was excellent. First, I needed a new 3V lithium battery for my key fob, and he replaced it for me. The second time around needed new windshield wiper blades of good quality $50 and not cheap $30 that need yearly replacement, and he also installed them for me. You get personal service at this shop. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts, located on Northlake Blvd across the street from Publix near I-95. Service is exemplary. Thank you, Brad!--Returning Customer, Veronica11/2021

I had the best experience at this location. Friendly and knowledgeable associates like Cici are a blessing for this company. The store manager Mike went above and beyond to help me plug my tire. Which is no easy task. He is by far the best manager I've dealt with. I will keep shopping at this store and tell all my friends and family to come to this location. Thank you so much Cici and Mike for giving me the best customer service as well as going out of your way to get me back on the road. These employees deserve this recognition. This company needs more employees like them. Truly grateful...thanks again

Yes, I went through at 5 PM on a weekday. Yes they were a little busy. But Steve needs customer service training. He looked like a seasoned professional, but his behavior was not professional. I am a paying customer and they may not need the profits from my sale ($400 battery) but to act like I was a burden because their policy is to help me with testing my electrical system. You can still be busy and make your customer feel that you re interested in helping when they get caught up but his whole body language. Made me want to just say F, you which I didn t think to myself and just walked out. I ll go somewhere else and get my $400 battery.

Was in and out , the guy checked my battery and answered every question I had. Installed my new battery and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this location!!!

Such a WONDERFUL place. Howie the mechanic out front figured out the problem I had with my car. I simply said for the part inside and and Howie charged such a small amount in labor I felt I should til him in top of that amount. So happy! Brad the manager came out and started cleaning my headlights complimentary as I waited. Such great trustworthy people. Never bringing my car anywhere else

Great store! Only issue is they need to advertise correct price. I wanted to pick up a interstate MTLine battery. I called to make sure they have it in stock for$149. Sales person said yes we have them but not for that price. It's $169 . Not a big issue. Advanced auto still rocks!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Took car there because it had trouble starting in the morning. I requested if the battery could be tested. With no hesitation the Staff member tested the battery and provided the results. He provided replacement options. We purchased a new die hard battery and he replaced it quickly. He had us test the battery by starting several times and we were on our way. The process was quick and staff was very helpful. Definitely would go back.

I was angry at this store for 2 years for trying to make me wear a mask. I would nit have gone back last night for a battery but my son was driving and we were in a hurry. So we went to this one. We pulled in and Jon was being so helpful to a customer outside. He was finishing up and as we walked by that car he asked if we needed help... we hadn't even gotten inside and already we were being greeted. He showed us what tools to buys and Frantz was so helpful with advice about the battery I needed. Redemption for your store because of Jon and Frantz. Will I go back after being told I couldn't go there without a mask or a shot? Maybe. It is hard to forget the stores that did that. But these two made me forgive.

Sometimes they've got what you need in stock, sometimes they don't.Don't always trust the online inventory count.It's not even close to real time accurate.

I needed a battery replaced so I called, asked them if they would take the old battery out and put the new one in, he said yes he would. I get to the actual store, and then he tells me that they won't do it because its a 45 minute job, and he doesn't feel like doing it. I told him, I don't feel like paying taxes, but I do it. He refused and 2 other guys refused also. Needless to say, they lost my business.

Fantastic store. Brad, Steve, and the rest of the team here are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Have used this store many times: Last week, I ordered wipers online, and once I was outside the store, the wipers were installed contact-free in less than 10 minutes. Thank you.

The staff is pleasant, helpful and, when a part doesn't meet expectations, happy to accept the return/exchange.In this last case, the alternator I purchased for my wife's 99 Camry would've required me to cut off the factory terminal and crimp 3 female 1/4" disconnects in it's place. Sorry Carquest, that does not qualify for "fitting my vehicle" as the computer stated.But, at the end of the day I'd much rather run into a few faults with the system than deal with an unpleasant staff, hence the 5 starso

Have been buying all my parts for years here all of them because they told me they had a warranty most of it was a lifetime but now I go to use it and they can't find any of my purchases they say they updated their system

Had to get a battery for my VW and had threatened to call just to get my battery installed be cause it was light rain. The employee was an order man. I'm handicap and 79 years old. Have been a customer for about 20 years and will not go to this store.

I went here after the Jupiter locations services were down. Johnny helped me get a new battery in my car super fast, he was very nice and he even helped me get the cheapest price. These guys are great!

Was on vacation from NY and needed a windshield wiper. My car used an obscure wiper and the two guys went above and beyond to replace it for me. A job well done

I'm not sure what the story is with these people saying the service is poor. Because I have to say they are one of the better Auto Supply stores regarding service and helpfulness. I've been in there several times in the past couple of months and each time they couldn't be more helpful. They could use some more variety of products. Overall they offer for the best service and helpfulness.

I never like to leave a review but this was by far the worst service I have experienced... I called for a quote guy qouted me $22-25 for the hose. When I asked for a quote on the service he transferred me to the service depart. However the service depart girls and guy were playing games and transferred me back and forth 6 times then she hung up on me. When I called back I asked for the manager but the guy pretend to be the manager. Didn't even apologized for his employee wasting my time. But to add more of a insult he raised the price on the hose to $45 so I would not stop by. At that point I just realized they didn't want to work. Horrible service needs a whole new staff!
