Auto Care Customer Service is lacking- very unfriendly and uncaring. Saw them make fun of a Hispanic lady in front of her for her accent. Told multiple people who did not have an appointment that they couldn't service them instead of guiding them to appointments or putting them on standby. Needs more workers if only 3 service personnel show up on a Saturday. Gave two stars because they did get the job done and did so accurately.

Workers always have attitude for 0 reason. How hard is it to not hate your job?If you want to wait 3 hours for an oil change (if you do get lucky enough for them to accept you), be my guest!

(Helpful Tip: Try the Walmart Auto Care Center location at 845 Palm Bay Rd NE, West Melbourne, over this location. You'd be glad you did!)This morning, I arrived at this Walmart Auto Shop location (1040 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL) around 8:30 a.m.. I was told by Eli at the counter that there weren't any technicians available to exchange my dead battery... a battery that was just installed two months ago! He said that they were only taking care of customers with appointments, and he couldn't guarantee when or if they'd be able to service my car. When I asked how to make an appointment, he said that they only take appointments for oil changes and tires, not batteries.So, I left there and drove to the 845 Palm Bay Rd location only a few miles away, and got immediate, more friendlier service! And was even told that battery issues are considered emergency and that I didn't need an appointment! Like, wow! Going to the second location was a TOTAL different experience than what I got at this 1040 Malabar Rd. location... where there seemed to be no concern at all for my time or my issue! I'm so glad I followed my mind and left!

We dropped the car off for an 8am oil change. We were told we would get a text when the car went in & when it was ready we would get a text & a call. By 9am we hadn't received any communication so we went to see what was going on. After about 15 minutes of waiting we were given back the keys & we paid, come to find out the car had been done since 8:45. They didn't reach out to let us know the car was done until 9:45, which was 30 minutes after we picked it up.

Went in for a walk in oil change, which is something I ve always done with Walmarts auto center. Per the technician there, Walmart doesn t want to see wait times so they no longer do drop offs. What I loved was I could drop off and shop but I obviously won t be taking my car here anymore.

Malabar Road location is much friendlier and flexible than the WM tire center I used to go to. Took very good care of my van and were pretty quick too.

If zero was a option it would be 0. Purchased my tire dropped off my car and few hours later I get a call to come get my car and take my tire with me. Long story short the employee locked themselves out of my car funny thing is my windows were down. Still the dumbest of the dumbService: TiresService: Tires

Has to be the worst auto place in Palm Bay Melbourne area, then 5�1st thing in the morning first in line and are not able to service my car, maybe they should hire some people older people not the younger generation they don t wanna work

Although busy - these folks work hard! Exchanged my faulty battery without too much fuss. They did have to put it on their charger - so be prepared to drop it off or stick around for quite some tine.

I had a very bad experience on the tire dep , stayed there for 6 hours Just to learn that they can't change my tire , I'm changing my tire there they last time , I don't know what they do with My wrenchI speak to the manager he had no respectNo apology very unprofessional I. I never refer noOne on Walmart he didn't even try to help

I typically enjoy Walmart Auto services as they are fast and friendly. However, they put the wrong size tires on my Jeep and that led to unusual wear and tear on the others. I should have checked but now know better.

Mr. ELI was very helpful and polite. However Mr Charles is the complete opposite of excellent customer service. Please carefully pick your staff since individual such as the one mentioned above should not be part of your team.

I came here with my daughters on a heavy rainy evening slipping and sliding all over the road with the tires I bought from Walmart and the warranty thank you to the lady that helped me and get me back on the road. FYI I love the purple

The customer service is horrible I was told a price and then the price became double over what I was told luckily the manager did go down on my bill but the service is still horrible I will never come back here it s ridiculous how I have to wait almost 2 hours to get a tire changed. Plus the traffic getting there is insane.Service: TiresService: Tires

I just want to give a shout out to all of the auto care workers. Especially Ryan. They were so good to me and honest and my cap had come off of my oil and spewed all over my engine. Ryan cleaned the entire thing up for me and it was just such a pleasant experience I will go back there every single time I suggest everyone else does as well. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.Service: Oil change

If I could rate a zero I would. Spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Went and checked out (had other items too) I was in a hurry with two littles with me. Never paid any mind to the total. Next morning was looking at the receipt to see what I was charged and found out they didn't charge me for the oil change. Went to the car to see if I could tell if they actually did a change just to find out that they left my oil cap off and the engine cover. Went up to the store to find out what the heck was going on. Man said oh we didn't change your oil. Oh but they didn't bother to tell me either. Started raising a fuss as nobody at the counter seemed to care how my car was left. Manager came around but she was no help and a lady behind the counter kept running her mouth. Of course I ran mine too. Manager told me to leave so I did. Went home called up to the store to talk to the actual store manager. He handled the situation much better. I ended up going to Gatto's to get my oil changed and the store manager covered the bill. All in all it came out okay but that lady behind the counter and the person that did NOT change my oil should've been fired.

Poorly revamped system. One person working. Slow process. Store managers walked by and offered no help. Whoever thought moving tire service counter out of tire department is not an expert on efficiency. Also probably has never worked this department. Should not take 30 minutes standing in line to pick up two tires that were mounted.Service: Tires

Were very professional and nice. They were able to assist in car repairs very efficiently and effectively. Was surprised as they even vacuumed out my car. Reasonably priced.

Came in at 7AM for an oil change, tire rotation and TPMS reset. Waited 5 hours for my car to get done.Their excuse, they didn't have enough help. Charged me for tire rotation which they weren't supposed to. Set a reminder for next oil change to go on my windshield for 4 weeks ahead and or 25.000 miles back on my speedometer. TPMS was not reset. Sad experience.

They were great. Michelle went out of her way to help me. Charles was the best. He helped me with changing my battery. I could not have asked for better care. Walmart needs more employees like them.

I was here getting 1 new tire for my car. The ladies working behind the counter and Charles were very nice and helpful however, when I politely asked if they could price match their own online price for the tire, the manager, Robert, treated me very poorly. He was very sarcastic and basically treated me like I was stupid and didn t know anything, which I did not appreciate. Then when I came back to pay for the service, right in front of me, he told the young lady ringing me up to make sure to charge me for everything (disposal fee, balance, etc.) Which confused me, because I would expect to pay for everything anyway. I did not appreciate the way I was treated by Robert. But I do very much appreciate Charles and the women behind the counter for remaining friendly under such a poor manager.

Ridiculous..I've worked for walmart tire and lube before and we werent SLOW like they are..Too get a tire repair..You gotta wait for a Long Time!!Something needs to be done about there crew on the tire and lube department!!!They all walk around like they hate there job!!They have no Motivation too get cars in and out as quickly as possible!!!I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!

The sales rep recommended a slightly higher price but explained clearly why it was the better option for our vehicle, and still within our budget.There was no pressure, the tires sold themselves, and I was happy the sales rep made his recommendation.

Serviced vehicle yesterday @Hell-mart.. Waterfall Evo Dynamic Tires were put on in January 2021,14 months and 16k miles later, they are telling me I need new tires. Nasty, rude automotive clerk, Melissa (@Palm Bay location) was verbally combative, and EXTREMELY unhelpful.I was in line for an hour(?!?) to drop off my car, different clerk. Upon return, it seemed, like she was looking to argue with someone, she was beyond difficult and bothered by me asking questions. She blatantly refused to answer/look up warranty info on tires bought on walmart.com and shipped to this location.Services: Tires, Oil change
