I always had a great experience here until the last time. The owner wasnt there. The staff did the overall check on my car and said I needed a new battery. But it was brand new. Then I got a very strange feeling when he guy took my debit card. Usually they run it right next to the car but that day he took it out of my sight. I have not been back. Something changed there and I am no longer comfortable going there.

Always a fast, efficient experience here! They let you know what you need right now and what you might be able to come back to do later. Honest, friendly and professional. I also appreciate the multi point inspection they do with the oil change. There are a few places closer to my house that I could go to, but I am definitely willing to drive a few extra minutes to come here. I'll be back, keep up the great work!

The crew here has always been efficient, honest, and concise. Been coming here the last 3 years. I will keep coming back just cause I know I ll be taken care of properly. Shout out to Nate. He has great customer service.

Only place I go to for my oil changes/car needs! Super friendly staff, attentive and polite. Stopped in yesterday (Sunday) and wait time was 10 min. Christian took the time to explain what my car needed, may need in the future, and even gave me an extra 15% off all service coupon not just oil change. Love that I can get everything taken care of in a timely manner and well! Thank you Christian for being kind and helpful & to everyone here, keep up the great work and customer service :)

Just tried them for the first time last week. They did a what I think was a good job. They are thorough, and I know these places like to add additional filters (air, cabin-air etc.) I thought that they offered it in a good way showing the dirty filters and asking me if I wanted them replaced. I did replace them as I saw it was needed and I did not feel "pushed" to do so. I will be returning as needed.Side Note: I enjoyed their "military-speak" that they banter back and forth with each other as I thought it was interesting and helped pass the time. "Copy That."

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are also entertaining to watch while they communicate back and forth w/each other on the floor. It's like a busy fish market, but with oil changes . Great service 100% recommend for fast oil changes at reasonable prices.

Got the oil changed in my husband's truck yesterday, they were not busy and the guys were quick to direct me in and immediately start the service I wanted. When they were done, The fob wasn't working, therefore the truck would not start. They were very patient. Eventually, it did start and I was on my way. They did a great job and I was still out quick. Thanks

I arrived just before closing time and they were happy to take me not only that but I can over hear a conversation and they weren't worried about the time they had a goal they set for themselves and were excited that they met that Goal! Good work moral!! I definitely will be back guys thank you.

Very upset with service provided on my daughter s car. She brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. They rotated tires and told my daughter that 2 lug nuts were missing. They did not offer to replace lug nuts and allowed her to drive off. When I looked at the vehicle when she got home, there were 2 lug nuts missing, 1 lug nut cross threaded which was not even touching the rim, and 2 completely missing. I can t believe they let my daughter drive off. When I went back to discuss the issue with the manager, he completely denied that they cross threaded the lug nut and defended how the situation was handled. The manager acknowledged that they had the tire off and reinstalled it but some how this cross threaded lug nut that is not tight and stuck on wheel stud happened mysteriously. Very Sad!

Christian helped when I first arrived, he helped me distinguish which oil I needed, then proceeded to tell me the difference between oils, and from there I decided to get the oil change, he stayed with me throughout the change and checked all the lights and blinkers, he was very friendly throughout the change which made my experience great, you have the right people in the right position at this store... because of the way he treated me I will and already have recommended this store to friends, and I'm not even 5 minutes removed from the oil change...the price was a little higher than other shops in the area but worth it because of the service

Fortunately we arrived when it wasn't too busy because I've seen other times where they are just crazy busy. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and we had a lot of things done.

Manuel and the other guy that paid me out were so sweet!!! He even reminded me to turn my lights back on on my way out. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes payment and all plus they did a thorough check through my car. Thanks yall!

I won't be going back to this location again. I asked for an oil change and he suggested a tire rotation which I agreed to initially. I had to correct the tech on the type of oil he was about to put in my car, which is scary from the start. They proceed to do the oil change and then ask me to start my car. My car wouldn't start. Never in all my years of owning a vehicle has this ever happened. At one point he tried to tell me it was my battery and I called him out on that because he told me before the oil change that my battery was good ( I have had that battery for maybe a year) after going back and forth they then switched the story up to a air valve in my car not being connected...I asked to speak to a supervisor. A young guy came up to me and told me he was a manager, I told him what was wrong and he just brushed it off. It was obvious he was not a manager because the real manager came up shortly after to talk to the tech working on my car, he didn't even acknowledge me and had his back to me the whole time, then walked away because the tech told him he had handled it. I am really disapointed in the experience. I told them to not do anymore of the services we initially talk about doing, that I would pay for my oil change and go elsewhere. I was also under the impression that they are supposed to show you the oil filter that they take out of the your car to prove they actually changed it, as that has been my experience at all other oil changing places and location. That did not happen here but I was surely charged as if they did. Please stop trying to pull one over on people, you never know maybe they have worked on vehicles their whole life growing up with there father....

The children that they have working there are foul mouth and that's saying something coming from a former marine. I took my work truck since it was brand new 1st oil change. They changed my company 125 and didn't even check the tire pressure. I used to work at a quick lube when I was young but times have changed and I am glad I still change my own oil on my personal vehicle.

The respect, customer service, and no b.s. is the reason I always look for the nearest Valvoline in every state I've lived!! They don't try to upsell you or tell you something is wrong when it isn't!!! I will always recommend Valvoline to fam & friends as well!! Keep up the good work!!

Amazing service have always been a customer but never got a chance to leave a review 2 cars for me and my girl and 2 for my father in law and they came and continue to come here for their oil changes also specific shout out to Chris I believe that was his name with the naruto tattoo great service man as a manager myself he should definitely be getting a promotion or at least a raise because your customers are in good hands with him thanks Chris and the rest of the team for a great visit

All very pleasant workers. They kept me updated while I was in line and in the bay. They checked if I needed anything else and did not bug about it. Asked if I had coupons. This is the very best place to have your oil changed. They are not so rushed, so they don't make mistakes like I have heard of where they rush to get you in and out in 10 minutes. They also were very patient with me, since I'm an senior citizen and ask many questions. I had a low beam front light out and a right rear brake light out which they repaired at a very good rate. Very affordable for me. Other fast oil change places charge a lot more and probably aren't as reliable. I stopped by a quick oil change chain and they quoted me so much more for the oil change alone. Also, I'm so happy they discovered my bad lights and replaced them. I come here for my oil changes all the time and am very pleased with them. Try them out. Save money! You'll be glad you did!Ms. Pam

Pleasant staffing nice to see smiling faces! They were knowledgeable quick and efficient. Left feeling satisfied with all that was done, plus all at a good price. Definitely going to return.
