We had a tire bearing go bad while on the road and the tire popped off. No one harmed but damage was pretty bad. We needed a special size tire. They didn't have it but the mechanic called around and had it delivered to them. The took us right away and got us back on the road . We were grateful. Thank you !

Was done in a timely manner but with a cost to quality of work. Had 2 rear tires changed. After paying and when driving away I noticed 1 tire was at 53psi, the other was at 44psi and the 2 fronts was 32psi.? This should be checked before releasing to the customer. Very dangerous and unprofessional.

I took my car for a wheel alignment at this place after making an appointment. Upon arrival at 8:55 am, I was asked if I needed anything else, to which I replied that I only required the wheel alignment. My car was promptly taken, and I proceeded to have a seat. However, after 25 minutes, I noticed my car with the hood open, being inspected without any apparent reason. I waited patiently to see when they would start the service I requested.Around 9:30 am, my car was finally moved to the alignment section, and I returned inside to wait. Approximately 15 minutes later, they informed me that my car was ready. To my dismay, based on the before and after report, and their own employee's admission, my car did not need an alignment. I had only sought the service because I had installed new tires.It's disappointing that establishments like this seem to prey on customers, overcharging them for unnecessary services and taking advantage of their lack of knowledge. An honest business would not charge $129 for an alignment that wasn't required and proceed to conduct unsolicited inspections, potentially looking for more issues to exploit.In conclusion, I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and would caution others against patronizing such establishments.

I drive up to Melbourne once a month to see my mom from Pompano Beach. On Saturday, February 3rd around 3:00pm I went the Palm Bay Tires Plus because I had just had a blowout on 95 near the rest stop. Jayden and your crew there were extremely nice. I was a mess, shaken by what just happen to me and they got me setup with two tires in a timely fashion. The shorter man behind the desk was extremely helpful and looked over the rest of my tires to make sure I would make it back to Pompano Beach safely. He found that my front fog light was busted and the panel was pushed back. I had rode over debris that was spread across 95 thus causing my blowout. I can't thank them enough for looking my car over thoroughly and making sure I was going to make it home safe.

These incompetent guys have no use and don t like to honor their warranty. We bought 2 tires from these guys and paid for the service plan which give us the fix and replacement. Now we woke up and had a low tire light at 20psi. We went to the gas station and add air then went straight to them to had it checked out. They went and checked it after 45 minutes waiting and then came and told us nothing was wrong with it. They was trying to tell us that because of the cold weather. I told them cold weather can t make your tire drop almost 20 psi and we are not in Alaska. They eventually came back after I demand a next look and said they found a small screw. They didn t patch or replace the tire because again they claim the screw wasn t big enough or didn t go all the way through. How can you take a screw out of a tire and not patch or plug it.

Was not told in advance how much the oil change would be. Then I was charged for oil and you actually used the oil I brought in. Was told I would save 30% for applying for a credit card even if I didn't get it.

After getting an oil change from another provider my car began to have issues. I researched, asked for advise, and even brought my car back to where I did the oil change, but to no avail.I saw that this particular branch at Palm Bay had good reviews so I went. Jeff, the store manager was very kind and I shared to him a little about what I went through and how important this vehicle is for my family.Jeff and his team immediately attended to our needs and eventually found out the minor problem. Our car was fixed in less than an hour and as a cherry on top, Jeff, Scott and their team sent me away free of charge! One of the kindest and honest mechanics out there! Love the integrity of this branch! I ve decided that I ok do all my car care and needs with Jeff and his team!

Nope. Young man thought that I was a woman who is not well versed in my vehicle maintenance needs and that I lacked understanding. This led him to attempt to take advantage of me, resulting in my leaving immediately. Nice try kiddo.

Upon arrival we needed a valve stem replaced on our food trailer it was going flat as we were asking could they look at it. The two very rude gentlemen wouldn t even step outside to look at our trailer. We were told 3 hour wait time.. wouldn t recommend in the next three lifetimes! Got it up the road took five minutes.. thanks for being rude, unprofessional and just plain lazy

I was there 3 weeks ago getting an oil change and tire rotation. I am planning a road trip 1800mi and I wanted to make sure I didn't need any belts replaced. Abdul was extremely helpful and took the time to look at my belts and topped off my windshield fluid. I've been coming here for years and I've NEVER had a bad experience. Friendly workers and they do a great job. I don't like going anywhere elseServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

This place will do things you didn t ask for and have you pay for it and than completely mess up something else on your car and insist it was you, this has never happened to me ever in any shop. I ve heard of lame stories like this and luckily I ve avoided it. I even called corp and the manager knowing this still insisted this was my fault when there was nothing wrong with my cpu before I brought it to them and now my cpu shows all errors and my odometer doesn t work and gas gauge doesn t work and all I did was bring it in for tire mounts. Will never support this business again and will recommend to everyone to stay tf away from this meh place.

They do a good job but they are very rude. Had one of the guys ignore my question and when I was like hello he shrug his shoulders at me and walked away without even looking at me. Not sure what their problem is.

Love these guys! Troy, Mike and Blake are very professional and easy to talk to. You'll get nothing but straight answers from Troy. Shop is always clean, just wish they'd bring back the coffee machine.

I went there because my brakes were squealing and I needed an oil change. After the inspection they told me my brakes in the front were shot and my battery needed to be replaced on top of that an oil change was needed. I was never given a price from the brakes or battery and only learned the price after the work was done. $826 later I was shocked. I tried to get in contact with someone about the price and the fact that I was never given quotes but no one ever got back to me. Unfortunately I won t be going back here. As a woman I felt I was gouged and taken advantage of.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I called for a quote on an oil change. I was a bit surprised by how high the quote was. I asked why it seemed so high and whether it wa a because of COVID and he completely hung up on me. Rude customer service. Will not be getting any services done here.

All shops are different and it Really depends on the employees. Now THIS shop has the right employees! Mike the manager is a really nice guy and straight forward. No BS here! The lead techs Troy and Scott are Top Notch and have over 35 years experience between the 2 of them. And the rest of the crew is pretty dang good too! Highly recommend this place and these people!

Rude second time here first time had 1 tires replaced not 2 weeks ago. Tire loosing air and i now have a vibration. They wont even care nor take a look to see whats going on. Appt only well guess what i already spent my day here 4 hours for 1 tire. Paid big money and now ya csnt take a quick look to see why not holdin air or if any weights for balance have come off. Guy rude and sarcastic. 2nd guy now both times lacking customer service skills im over it shall contact corporate now.
