Best place to bring your vehicle. I have always recommended this shop to anyone who asked and never heard anything bad from my recommendations. I have brought my company and personal vehicles here and have always been treated well and to me you cant beat the repair price anywhere.

I had a tire blowout, it shredded and tore off my back bumper. PNP fixed my Sassy Sally, she's running better than ever. I got 4 brand new tires, oil change and alignment also. They'd worked on my Chevy a few years back, so I trusted them, they do it all, even towing, in a nice and professional manner. Thank you Christina, Pete, Bobby, and anyone else that worked on my car, and for the Amazing Customer service!Thank you PNP.

Terrible place to fix a vehicle, very friendly staff no complaints there, but they will take forever to repair the vehicle wrong and then charge you to fix it again. I spent thousands of dollars and gave them plenty chances. Do not go here!

I had my vehicle in for two different (and unexpected) ailments in less than 2 weeks time. PNP took the time to shop around and save me as much money as they could on parts and spent many more hours than I was charged for. Office staff are kind, helpful, and very quick to return a phone call. I will be a repeat customer without hesitation (but hopefully not too soon ). Thank you!

Thanks for great service. From customer service to auto care. If I could give more stars I would. Im still missing to do a couple things in my car and I'm definitely coming back to fix those. Their trustworthy, if you ever have a question they always there to answer either by email or phone call. If you ever need any repairs this is the place to go trust me you won't regret it. Thanks you everyone at PNP for making sure that my car is safe to drive :). Outstanding service overall. Thank you so very much for such quality work . Be it a flat tire or a fuel pump replacement I feel truly comfortable and confident with the service they provide on the van I use to transport my son in a wheelchair. Absolutely the best place to have work done on your car! Everyone is outstanding. The ladies working in the front are so nice and caring. Special shout out to Nicole....she took excellent car of me and no matter how busy they were, she smiled through it all.The wonderful mechanic worked very hard to keep me within my budget. As a single woman, I dreaded having work done because of my lack of car knowledge. PNP made the whole experience a pleasure.Highly recommend!!

PNP Enterprises is an incredible find if you need work done on your car. They are friendly, reliable, and can be trusted to do high quality work at reasonable rates. We were so lucky to find them over 5 years ago and we have always been very pleased with their work and the way we are treated. Very highly recommend this business!

Didn't get my car repaired here but I picked up a Penske truck from them. Lady at the front desk was really nice and she helped us get out of there as quickly as possible. They have a cat in the building! She's the queen of the place - she will come up to you and basically beg.you to pet her! Super sweet.

I have had car trouble and was able to rely on this upstanding company. I had a car overheat. They were quick to my rescue. With just a quick phone call I was able to have my car towed. They fixed the problem as well as other problems with the car. They are sincere with their staff. They helped me finance with some repairs in a timely & easy manner. If you want a place to take good care of your vehicle, do contact PNP. They have helped me numerous times. Rely on them for your vehicle needs. Definitely 5 stars.

Quality, courteous, on point, respectful, got the job I needed done without issue. Took a little longer to get started than I anticipated, but definitely not a complaint from me. Price was so reasonable, I paid before they even got here. Good people. Would i recommend? Without a doubt! ...by the way, remind the driver about the cinder block and the green Xterra...watch that smile happen!

Great shop to get your vehicle worked on. Honest and accurate with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I had replaced all 4 rotor, brakes, shocks and struts my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan with a wheelchair accessible ramp, I was quoted about $1000 more then I paid. Job well done. Thank you Pete

They are nothing but a bunch of crooks stay away. They have mechanics that do not know how to properly fix your car and will take many days or weeks to make repairs. After I changed my rack and pinion and they told me I needed to replace my 7 month old power Steering pump I still have a bad leak. They will never give you any good will for them making a mistake and replacing parts that did not need to be changed to solve any problem. They will void any warranty they give you without cause and will falsely tell your credit card company if you dispute the charges that there is no refunds!!

If you use this place, don't expect your car back anytime soon, and whatever they quote you they will probably charge you double. they did a bunch of work to my car without telling me and charged me over $600 more than they originally quoted. Lesson learned, if I ever break down again I'll spend the extra money on a tow to an honest shop. They just reinforced my dislike for mechanics. So hard to find an honest good person that doesn't take advantage that's a mechanic. I wish reviews allowed for no stars.... They don't deserve the one that I have to put down.

Very honest and thorough! They are a great family-owned business! There is moving truck availability. We also sell fantastic used cars! They are honest and do great work! If it doesn't need it they don't push it.

I was STUCK at an overpriced shop in Palm Bay and called PNP to see about a tow and a quote. They were there w/in 10 mins. Not only did they beat the other shops price but all the staff at PNP are so nice! They completely repaired my front end to look brand new! :) They're my GO TO place to find out what's going on and just for my regular maintenance. AND I LOVE the garage cat!!

These guys just did autobody repair on my 2017 Hyundai and it came out like a brand new 2020 coming out of the showroom for the first time. I crashed my car this past May 8th and quite a few people at the accident scene told me my car was TOTALED. I was devastated. A great guy named Bobby came to the scene and towed it to PNP Enterprise. I went to PNP after that and met 2 more great people, Pete and Christina. I decided I wanted these guys to work on the repair and I am so thankful I did. I wish they used my car for before/after pictures to post in their front office because the car was seriously crunched and now it looks and drives like it is brand new. If your looking for a great autobody place to bring your car, these guys are beyond awesome. I thank you Bobby, Pete, and Christina. You guys are GREAT.

The best body shop around. They fixed my car and it looks new again. So happy and pleased with the results. The staff are amazing, they make you feel like family. They are there to help you threw the process not just about the money.. Would highly recommend them and use them in the future if needed.. Thank you PNP...

My car was broken down at a local gas station, the tow driver (who was promptly dispatched by AAA within 30 mins) called me to let me know he was about 10 mins away, and actually went out of his way to pick me up down the street at my office, take me to my car, tow it to a local Tires Plus, and drop me back off. He was very courteous, professional, and personable and I was overwhelmingly impressed with the prompt and accommodating level of service. You never want to use a tow company, but if the need occurs, PNP Enterprises is your best bet.

What a great place to feel takin care of! Welcome you as you enter. Very helpful staff. Catered to me like a friend made me feel part of their family. Service that was second to none. I know! I'm a Master technician that had my own Auto repair business. Retired and I've been looking for a local shop to do my Auto care. This is the best. The highlight was Holley the friendliest kitty. LOL Tell all your friends.

Overwhelmed at the level of service here. From the front desk to the back of house.... Amazin! Special thanks to the tow driver and his son. You guy's saved me when I needed it most. Can't thank you enough. Everyone for that matter.

I have nothing but praise for this shop. The people are kind and helpful. I have had several things that needed fixing and I have always been happy with the wonderful service they have provided. I consider them to be honest and have reasonable rates. Thank you PNP for all the service and help.

I have had my Pontiac work done at PNP and also had a car checked out before purchase from a private seller. I have always been pleased with the service received. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Paul is the best. Always takes great care of us. Prices are very reasonable. The work is always done very well and he doesn't to try to sell you on repairs your don't need.

I had my rear brake pads replaced in under an hour, with better pads for $50 less than a local chain had quoted me the day before. I will definitely be returning for any services I need in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Was lied to 3 times by the front receptionist. The receptionist told me that I was not allowed to get my personal belongings (INCLUDING MY ONLY HOUSEKEY) from my car. Then the rude staff lied again saying a family member had already gotten my belongings... which never happened. And to top it off, I sold them my car and they made me sign over the title, but forgot to even pay me!!! I had to remind them to pay me for my vehicle... the lady looks up dumbfounded and says, "OOOH YEA, WE FORGOT TO PAY YOU. ". Absolute trash and was treated very rudely. This is the worst service I have EVER received from an auto shop. Please go anywhere else but this place. Your in for a headache if you ignore this review.

Alternator gave out on way home from work. AAA had PNP come and get the vehicle. They called me shortly afterwards with quote, which was VERY reasonable, and had me on the road again that same day. Great service all around!
