My vehicle was involved in an accident and was in a unique situation insurance wise. After being rejected by another body shop since they "didn't want to deal with a non insurance vehicle", I went to Palm Bay Collision.I explained my unique situation and met with the owner. He gladly took my vehicle in and explained everything that needed to be done with it. They ordered genuine Honda parts for my vehicle and made it like new. Not only that, they even waxed and vacuumed my vehicle, which they didn't have to do at all! In addition, I have a life time warranty on the vehicle for any of the work done.From now on, Palm Bay Collision Repair will be my "car guy" and I will always take my vehicles here. I could not be happier with what they've done. They took great care of my car and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

I highly recommend Palm Bay Collision for any body work or repairs to your vehicle. Their service is high quality, excellent, and they definitely make you feel like family. They are caring, understanding and will go that extra mile to whatever situation you are in with our vehicle. The work they did on my car is cover for life, looks amazing and the detail work they did is out of this world. My car has never sparkled or looked this good before not even when I bought her. I couldn't be happier with the quality and speed of service of Palm Bay Collision. I sustained some minor damage from highway debris and countless rock chips. Full front end refresh consisting of bumper repair along with all grill components and headlights. Mike and team knocked this one out of the park and made it look better than new. All this amazing service and they turned me around in just 1 week. THANK YOU PALM BAY COLLISION!! A++

I took my 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid into Palm Bay collision repair. I am so glad I did. Mike the owner was great to work with.when I picked my car up . It looked like it just came off the show room floor. If you what a great job. That is the only place to go. Mike is great ,girls in the office are great too. I will never take my suv anywhere else. I took in my sad-looking 13 years-old truck and left with a shiny truck that looked brand new. The crew at Palm Bay Collision worked with my insurance company as my advocate to get the needed parts. What a great business to trust your car with!!! In the last year I've had two experiences....first hit by an uninsured driver and then I hit a wild boar at 12:30 at night on Micco Rd??????After meeting Mike Waterman(the owner) when I pulled in!! He personally greeted me??? (Wow what a great first impression) He was great and answered all my concerns!!! And my car looked great!!!Then after hitting the boar???There was no other place that I'd even consider to repair My Car!!!The great Office staff, the Production Mgr, and having Mike Waterman (the owner) once again taking care of everything!!! I had to write a review!!! ( Which I rarely do)

Mike Waterman, we started rocky but once I voiced my concerns Mike took charge and not only did he make it right with car rentals for our inconvenience but he even gave my husband 100 dollars to take me out to eat dinner to make up for the inconvenience. The work was excellent he did to the back of our SUV. The only problem I had was the time it took for the work to be done. It was a very lengthy process more than I'm usually used to but as I said he did make it right by giving us a rental for 3 weeks for the inconvenience. I would recommend Palm Bay Collision for their work it gets an A+ but I give it a C- on the time it takes to finish. If he improves the wait time when you have someone's car that would make a difference. Just keeping your customers informed and less time leaving customers without a vehicle will help not to have disgruntled customers and problems in the future I feel. Just my opinion.

I have so much to say!! First of all I m happy and excited!! They saved my car!!!!!! I was rear ended and the the persons insurance Geico sent me to their company to repair my car.. they wanted my car totaled, I said they couldn t do that without a second opinion with my choice of another company, they told me I couldn t. So I picked up my car and took it to Collision Repair Palm Bay, they said they could fix it and they did!!! They saved my car!! Everyone there is extremely beautiful, friendly, helpful and professional!!! Come see Mike, you won t regret it!!! Thank you guys

I love this place. The owner l think his name is Mike is a great man. They fixed my car % also fixed other issues with the car for free. I hope l don t have any more collisions but if I PBC is my spot.

Was in an accident in October. I called several places all told me they couldn t do the work. I stopped in here thinking I m going to hear the same thing. Nope! Mike came over to me talked to me & let me know they could do it plus fix the other issues. The ladies in the front were great. They could tell I was defeated at that point & really made the process easy with rental car, dealing with the insurance. When I got my car back it literally looked brand new! Really pleased with the work & service ! Would definitely use them again

We were referred to PB collision by another satisfied customer and decided to give them a shot. We were not disappointed. Though our experience with our insurance companu was terrible, PB collision did all they could do to help the process. Shout out Anna who had extreme patience with the weekly calls and to Brian the and his crew for making my daughter's car amazing! I would recommend them for sure.

6 stars! Never have I had such great service and the repair was perfect. No question this was the best thing that has happen to me in 20 years. Mike, I didn't believe that a Collision facility could be spotless and have a 5 star rating it just doesn't happen, but it did indeed. Keep it up.

After I was told by other collision repair places that it would take one to two mouths to have someone even write an estimate. I was happy to find Palm Bay Collision Repair. I did not have wait months for an estimate, it was done the same day. The expert collision estimator worked with my insurance company and, took care of everything. All I had to do was signed the needed paper work and, hand over my keys. My insurance company gave me an ETA of two weeks, and Palm Bay Collision Repair finished the work in one week and four days.The work quality is amazing, and my car was fully detailed. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I will definitely use Palm Bay Collision Repair again. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and professional. Always willing to help with what ever questions I had. I highly recommend Palm Bay Collision Repair, and I will being telling my Friends and family about them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

My experience was five star! The owner went above and beyond with my collision repair. The vehicle looked show room delivery inside and out after an extensive collision repair. Communication throughout the repair was excellent. After having a fender bender, I was looking for a local Collision Repair shop and saw excellent reviews about Palm Bay Collision Repair. What excited me the most about the raving reviews was how everyone was talking about how amazing and hands-on the owner Michael was. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the owner Michael is in fact truly amazing and hands-on! While I was sitting at his awesome associate Anna's desk to drop my car off for service he immediately walked over and introduced himself and asked me why I was there and what he could do for me! He quickly offered me a bottle of water and whisked me outside so he could personally look at my vehicle. He thoroughly inspected my vehicle inside and out and told me exactly what work would be done and offered cost-effective suggestions on additional services that would make my 2013 Toyota Corolla LE look brand new within a very tight budget. Michael offered me his business card (which I already had as they are proudly displayed on Anna's desk) which has his actual cellphone number on it and told me my vehicle was in good hands and that I could call him with any questions or concerns while I pondered over the additional service options.About a week later I called Michael's cellphone and of course, being the owner of a very viable business, he was incredibly busy but still took the time to have a quick conversation. I explained that I didn't quite understand the process he was suggesting to get my car looking new again and asked if he could send me some examples and/or information about the process via email. Michael said he would try to figure out what he could send me and get back to me. Well, unfortunately, that never actually happened. I reached out to one of his associates, I believe her name was Sharon, and asked for the status of my vehicle as I wanted to know where they were in the process. I also let her know that Michael hadn t reached out to me with the information/examples I requested about the additional services he could provide to make my car look like new again. I was unfortunately given some misinformation by Sharon but I did get a call back the same day from her with a sincere apology and accurate update and explanation. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Michael who apologized and explained there had been some changes in the office that threw him off and he lost track of time and forgot to get back to me. He's human it happens. But he said he would go ahead with the suggested process as he felt confident, I would be happy with the results, and he was willing to work with me and my tight budget to get it done and done right! I was told to call him on a specific date and time to set up a pickup time for that day and I did. When I arrived my 2013 Toyota Corolla LE was parked out front and looked exactly like the day, I drove it off the lot in 2013! I couldn't believe how amazing it looked! It was all shiny and new and without a complete paint job! Michael and his team performed a miracle! Not only did he do an excellent job with the work that was approved by the insurance company, he and his team did an excellent job with the additional services he suggested and at a very excellent price! In addition, Michael went above and beyond by suggesting I come back in a few weeks with a new set of hub caps for my vehicle, as I m missing two of them, and said he would put them on at no cost to me and add another coat of wax at no additional cost as well.I would personally suggest Palm Bay Collision Repair to my community and beyond for your collision repair needs. I absolutely love that Michael is a hands-on owner and that he s very personable and genuine. You can count on him and his team to go above and beyond to provide stellar service!

I stopped by Palm Bay Collision to see if they could touch up a chip from a thrown rock that hit the roof of my '22 Corolla. it had started to rust after about a year of being ignored by me. Their collision manager Brian had me pick up a touch up pencil and proceeded to compound, paint and seal the chip free of charge.He would not accept any payment for the work. This is what good customer service/relations looks like!Thank you again Brian, and I will definitely use your shop if I ever need collision repair work done.Anthony N.

Had my wife take our car in for estimate on this lil chip in our door to 3 different places,palm bay collision being the last one. First 2 companies said 400-600 bucks.Went to Palm Bay collision they did it for free. Got the color code from our Vin and mixed it up and applied it. Looks great from a distance until you get up on it,but I wasn't exactly going for factory finish,more along the lines of stopping further chipping and rusting.I am ABSOLUTELY glad that they were able to help us out and not even charge us,and gave us the little bottle of paint they mixed up.So I don't mind giving them 5 STARS and recommend them if nothing else for the service they provided that they could have charges for,speaks VOLUMES of the character and confidence in their abilities,cause frankly I was gonna do the same if I didn't get a price I was happy with.So Thank you Palm Bay Collision Repair.

If I were teaching a course on how to start a small business, I would bring my students to Palm Bay Collision Repair. I would introduce my students to the Owner, Mike Waterman and have them shadow him for the day. They would learn how to run an efficient operation as he has compartmentalized every part of his business to get the most out each part of the job with minimal waste of motion. Most importantly, Mike is a genuinely good person that makes every customer feel as if their project is the most important one.I was in a fender bender and needed my entire front end repaired. From the moment I walked into Palm Bay Collision Repair Mike immediately introduced himself to me, gave me a tour of his shop and treated me with the utmost respect. I was an out-of-pocket case as I did not have collision coverage. Mike and his amazing staff worked with me tirelessly to get me the best priced parts. Prior to visiting Palm Bay Collision Repair I went to a competitor a few blocks away. As soon as they learned I was a cash customer and not a more lucrative insurance claim, they never contacted me again or returned my calls. Mike did the opposite; he was sympathetic and took great care of me. I will always do my best to send business Mikes way and will 100% recommend Palm Bay Collision Repair to anyone who desires honesty, communication, quality, and great customer service.

My 16 year old Wrangler looks like new now. It had rust, dings, and collision damage from 4 wheeling. The flares were light grey before, and refurbished without buying new. The rusty chrome was fixed, and even the wheels were cleaned and painted.It is way above expectations, thanks!!

If you re looking for a for collision repair Palmbay collision hands down is the best. I originally decided to go with them because they have a five-star reputation and I m so glad I did Micheal Waterman who is the president greeted me outside listened to all my concerns and told me when you pick up your Audi SUV. It ll look like the day you bought it, and he was right l felt like I was in the show room of Audi also his detail man was fantastic. He made my vehicle shine like a mirror and the ladies in the office worked with my insurance company which was difficult but I had no worries because they handled everything from start to finish.
