Yesterday I went to grab some stuff at this certain business. Waiting in line, I overheard an employee yelling at a customer behind the counter. She was screaming at him was a bit of an older man. The man looked confused. Honestly if this is how this place treats people I d rather go across the street to AutoZone. fix this girl Carla Carly whatever her name is she s a problem for your establishment

Carley or however you spell her name. Is the RUDEST person ever. The ignorance I just watched as this woman was so rude to a 72 year old man! This girl is on her high horse and someone needs to let her know what she did was uncalled for. Totally lost business now because of her ignorance.

Don t have your employees tell your clients, they are master mechanics and have been for 25 years. I was told I was parts firing when I came to return a part and buy a different one. The second part WAS in fact what I needed, and I was basically called an idiot for thinking it was the MAF sensor. Was told by your employee that my transmission was most likely failing. So I didn t buy the part (you lost out on money) went to another auto store, bought the part .and low and behold, my car now runs fine. First time ever going to a store and having an employee push me not to purchase a part, and make me feel like I m an idiot for asking for said item.

I know it is a chain store, but I swear the one by me seems to be more of a family run business. The people are always courteous, helpful, and the store is well stocked.

Sunday manager is exceedingly rude to customers. How unfortunate that O Reilly would employ such an unprofessional lady to represent their company. Obviously she couldn t care less about the business. Go to Autozone instead with your dollars, they sure know how to help people with courtesy and professionalism!

From this day forward I'll exclusively shop at O'Reilly's. All these places carry the same brands with prices so to me the differnce is customer service. The assistant manager up there at the Malabar store John went way beyond outta his way to help me out. John and tree other guy working close the night of 2/23/2019 single handedly have made me an exclusive O'Reilly's customer. Keep up the good work guys..

I was sold 2 bad parts and all they offered me was an 8 week program to submit my claim. They knowingly sell bad parts to customers with little to no help beside just swapping the part for another bad part. Horrible parts horrible seevice. Worst place to do buissnes. Go anywhere but here.

I had a problem with my ECM due to it going out after being 30+ years old, after finding out there are 11 computers with all of the exact same plugs for my model truck it was a real pain but luckily Jake at the front hooked me up with the correct ECM and I won't be having any problems moving forward. Can't thank you all enough!

Went in for wiper blades. The selection device didn't bring up a current enough year but I was able to easily get assistance to locate AND install my blades. Thanks yall!

Awesome staff with some veteran members. I always get greeted and assisted immediately upon entering. All the advice provided to me has so far all been very helpful. Clean and organized store.

Patrick provided A+ customer service and has a beautiful attitude! It was such a pleasure doing business with him! I was disappointed when I picked up my part and it wasn't what neither of us expected also its supposed to be new but looks used. I had to wait a whole week to buy the missing part BUT he offered to refund my money and even though it wasn't going to give me my time back he still made it up to me by being so helpful and trying to find a way to help me. I kept the part and hope it works properly but very comfortable and confident that if it doesn't my buddy Patrick will make it right.O'REILLY'S did great hiring this guy! Thanks Patrick you are a great example to ALL these guys in this business!

Great guys in the store, helped change the battery and awesome customer service. Used to go to AutoAdvance and Autozone i definitely recommend it

Good people but not knowledgeable enough to know that they could not turn front brake rotors because of the diameter of bearing race. The required spindle was not available hope they make adjustments to the training curve, it is a better (almost) auto parts supply, I was only a 2005 F-250 XL WITH 6.0. Would love to work at a place like that!

So far, I am completely on board with O'Reilly since I began using them in recent times. I switched from Advanced Auto due to the local AA turning into an awful place to shop. This O'Reilly store has helpful employees. Their prices are actually lower than Advanced, so it makes me wonder why I didn't switch sooner. They price match, so even if they are the more expensive option, I don't have to lose out. I've only had to do it once so far and it was a simple process. Oh, and fun fact: one of the current employees used to work at Advanced. Let that fact speak for itself. Said employee seems happier so I think I've made the right choice in switching over.

Had a bit of a run around, the battery the store computer (and website) said fit my car the technician who was installing it said the posts were reversed and it wouldn't fit (why didn't he just turn the battery around? I don't know). So he goes in the store and comes out with a different battery. Gets it installed. We then went around in phone and email conversations making sure this battery would be okay in my car and getting me the refund the store forgot to mention. Had to make a 2nd trip to the shop but in the end it worked out okay. Manager was very friendly and willing to make things right.

Very helpful staff with a lot of knowledge. I called the Toyota dealership and the person who answered the phone didn't know the parts I was talking about. I decided to go here and just told the gentlemen there I need to replace 2 hoses and he knew on the spot the bypass line and vacuum line. Very simple. Thank's guys

Needed a Alligator for my car!! Perfect then came the motor mount. It was the wrong one but they sent me to the right store and they had it. Happy old man car fixed .
