Well, I saw the great reviews from Christian Brothers. Well, as far as I m concerned, All of those reviews have to be fake cause I called him up to get an estimate and the Gentlemen, on the other line was nothing but rude. He acted like he acted like he couldn t wait to get off the phone. Really disappointed I didn t even get a chance to tell him I was an ex mechanic. The only reason why I can t do the work is because I m 68 years old. I also worked in customer service I know that some customers can be rude, but you don t let one bad apple ruin it for everybody else you say have a good day and you go onto the next customer so I ll take my business elsewhere I give you a thumbs down and have a good day

I've taken several vehicles to this business to see if they were worth buying for an inspection. They do a thorough check up. I've also had two vehicles repaired by their mechanics. The staff is professional and friendly. This is a very professional shop. They are pleasant, efficient and thorough.The owner Christian is very involved and made thorough notes after going over my vehicle. He explained everything well and it feels like he is looking out for the health of my vehicle.John, one of the mechanics, worked on my vehicle and was very detailed, noticing and identifying issues as well as potential quirks. He is friendly and courteous, clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.I have been to several other shops in the area with poor service, failed repairs and outright errors. I have found a shop to trust and I will return with confidence.Recommended.

They did great with my car. She runs great now and even though there was a lot wrong they managed to get me my car within a week. Brought my 2018 vehicle in for A/C repair,one symptom was A/C didn t turn on right away and did this comes on or a spurt of air twice then 3rd time stays on.Not disputing most of the work they did (compressor replacement,plus other parts,blower motor,blower motor resistor etc) Anyways Paid big bill and got in van and same problem ?They then went on to say needed dodge software update and they didn t have codes for computer module?Once the initial spurts are over worked fine but who wants there A/C like that??jeep/Dodge dealer said the software update did zero and blower motor resistor was bad?(problem is Christian Minton road had already replaced this part?)so now I m paying for it to be installed again at the dealer for of course big bucks after I already paid them to fix it?The whole experience was terrible ,who hands a vehicle back still broken after you paid $1900 dollars?oh sorry the codes,we don t have them?disgraceful .Oh and they forget to mention anywhere that there shop CLOSES at NOON on Fridays?(smug owner acted like I was suppose to know that ,exact words were We ve been closing at noon for 5 years? !)so I go to pick it up at 220pm and there gone for the weekend?NO CALL nothing?Just stuck till Monday?It doesn t SAY ANYWHERE they close at 12pm on Fridays,not on there voicemail ,or website?THEY ALL SAY 5pm!Also Gosh forbid you have to leave a message on their voicemail SORRY it s full?Shocker!!They need to stop doing A/C work if they can t fix certain vehicles or put sign out saying so ,they cost me so much money in loss of wages due to keeping my vehicle over the weekend?In the end the dealer is fixing there complete cluster __k of a repair!Run fast from this shop!I. I did call them to say dealer replacing part they already replaced?Of course no ownership of mistakes?Dodge dealer was shocked a shop would hand over a vehicle with same brought in symptoms un-repaired after paying that much?Whole situation was terrible.Def don t recommend Christian Minton road repair shop for A/C repairs!Service: Electrical repair

If you are looking for a great service center, this is it! I brought my truck to them with a screaming belt issue and they fixed it lickety split. So very nice and extremely helpful. I had a large bolt in my tire. They got me in and out in less than a half hour. They were great! So was the price. I'll use them for my go to place with any automotive needs.It's been a few years since my first review. I now use them for all my vehicles. If I could give Christian and his crew 10 stars I would!

Went there to get an estimate done for my car that was rear-ended and The body shop guy who did the "estimate" was extremely unprofessional and even admitted to me that he was not going to do paperwork because he didn't feel like it and he couldn't have my car sit in the lot for 2 months while he waits for State Farm to come pick it up. Now my claim is being pushed back because I have to find a new body shop to get an estimate done causing me to have to pay out of pocket for a rental car while waiting to hear back from the car insurance. I do not recommend don't even bother wasting your time going there.

Very unprofessional, went there for collision repair, came back with oil leak and mechanical issues, touching parts on engine thst should have not been touched, did not take responsibility for there mistakes. No walk thru and inspection upon completion, vehicle was dirty disgusting this is not how you run an automotive buisness.

Wonderful customer service! I took my car here for a few minor scratches from an accident and they went above and beyond to make the entire side look brand new. Very pleased with the final product and the guy who helped me, Chad, could not have been friendlier or more willing to work around my schedule. A great choice for getting anything with your car fixed.

I was an auto mechanic for 30 years before retiring due to back problems. Still try to do basic repairs for family and friends when I can. Last year they did body work on my daughters Charger and we were very satisfied. They went far beyond our expectations. Just this week my moms Santa Fe had mechanical problems. She had been taken advantage of at several other shops in the past when I was unable to perform the needed repairs, so I told her to have AAA tow it to Christians since we were happy with their body shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and did the repair (starter) at a very reasonable price . The people were knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. Glad to have found a shop I now trust to do repairs I cannot. Thanks Christian

We got our vehicle fixed here. We was going to start getting our oil changes here after that. But the price was almost $70! They said it couldn't be less than that. I get it for way less than that where I go so I'll just keep going there and not switch over to this place. But then it makes me wonder if we got a good deal on the repair work we had done. Oh well. It is what it is. We won't go back.

The most untrustworthy, disrespectful and unprofessional auto shop I have ever had the displeasure to work with, buyer beware they are not worth your money and do not let your car anywhere near their clutches! Would give negative stars if I could!Update: they did a terrible job on my oil pan and refused service to me; meaning they wouldn't fix their mistake. They also let me leave the auto shop with my engine completely empty of oil, which almost blew up my engine, they didn't even warn me. These guys are dangerous, unprofessional and quite frankly shouldn't be allowed to run an auto shop. Don't waste your money or your time here.

I have been going to Christian's since 2006 when I got my first car. I have to say, on top of being a great mechanic with a great team, he also honors his work. This is a great place to go if you want quality work done on your vehicle.

I was rear ended In January and took my car to their auto shop. The half rear end of the trunk got bent. At first, the estimate came out to be a totaled accident, but they worked with the insurance adjuster to be salvageable (good thing b/c I like my car). I paid a few visits during the work and got updated of the progress. Scotty from the auto shop did a great job in repairing the damage, aligning the trunk and matching the color; he s been doing this for decades. The job was done in about 2 1/2 weeks.

I have been coming to this shop for years and wont go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice, rates are fair, I've never had a problem with the repairs done and they've always been done in a timely manner. I very much recommend Chris and his employees. Very straight-forward, good people to do business with.

Customer service is great.with in an hour my car was diagnosed with the problem and was ready to be picked up.they are honest good garage. I will definitely going back for future car repairs.

I went a few times to have my van serviced and for tires. John was very friendly and helpful. The staff was also. I never have a long wait and they have great customer service! When trying to find a car repair shop with good prices, Christian's is the place to go to. I would recommend them to all my friend's and family.

I took my car in for some work and they were very friendly they were helpful i recommend them to anybody there professional and got my car fixed and ready to go! 5 stars for sure now i know who to call in case of future problems.

Recently had an oil change and of course they said I needed anew cabin filter I told them to go ahead and replace it. 3 Days later my air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode a friend recommended a garage where he had his repaired .it turns out that the cabin filter was put back in without the tray it sits inThe filter was sucked into the blower and into all air passages I went to Christians and explained what happened they told me the other Garage was ripping me off they tried to blame everyone but themselves Bottom line was they screwed up and refused to make it good I suggest not doing business with someone this unethical

My daughter needed a repair and I was not nearby to assist. We took a reluctant chance on this place and was very pleasantly surprised. Our service was managed by Chad and he not only gave us excellent service, it was very clear how honest and up-front he was all while knowing I was at a disadvantage. Car repairs by an unknown shop has always been a crap shoot for me but this is one group I will always go back to, thanks for the great work Chad!

I would recommend finding an alternative. I know that car repairs can be tricky and it's not always possible to get it right the first time. This is the case I had with an AC repair on a Pontiac Montana mini-van. After the repair, the AC leaked into the interior of the van and the heater stopped working (which was working fine before the repair). When I took the car back in, they insisted that all the problems were unrelated and that I'd have to pay more for additional service.I have found more trustworthy shops in Palm Bay that I now do business with and would not recommend Minton Road Service Center, which is also known as Christian's Auto Repair.

Do not go here. Every time i brought my vehicle here I seemed to have to come back with another problem. I finally went to another auto mechanic who verified their poor work and has made everything better. Also they are pretty rude. The owner gossips about others while in the waiting room so everyone can hear. Also, he and his employees speak to each other about people as if that person wasn't in the room. Just stay away from this place, far away.

I've been taking my vehicles (old and new) to this shop for several years now. I've always been satisfied with the results. I once had a Camry fuel supply problem that no one could seen to diagnose. This shop looked at the car for hours and could not locate the problem. They replaced the computer and when that didn't work they put the original computer back. They didn't charge me a dime! I eventually was able to figure out the problem through internet forums complaining of the same symptom. I'm still taking my cars here, very reasonable and they usually will help me understand which repairs are a priority on my older vehicles, and which ones can wait a while.

I brought them by 1977 Jeep CJ5. It was running terribly. They quickly identified the problems and got them straightened out. The price was very fair and it is now running the best it has run in the last 20 years. Thank you.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Normally a great place to take your car for service but last week the mechanic said he checked all the fuses and charged me 25.00 well I came home and rechecked all my fuses to find one blown which was causing the problem of blower motor not working...problem solved. I sure wish he would have done what he said he did!
