Michael went above & beyond to help me after 2 of my 2003 Hyundai engine cylinders broke! I was Ubering to & from work! He saw my immediate need & helped me!After some searching Michael found a 2008 Chevy Cobalt with only 30,000 mi. on it!I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I would highly recommend Y'all talk to him first before your next purchase!He is a genuine & trustworthy person! He'll make sure you're 100% happy with your car before the deal is done!Thank You, Michael. You're a lifesaver!

We needed a second car and after riding in my Sister-In-Laws Lincoln MKZ it was an easy decision that this was the car I wanted to buy!The problem was finding a used one in good condition. I saw adds from Dealers all over Vero Beach and as far as Orlando.to be very unsatisfied in the condition these cars where in.I gave up looking for this car and went to dealers looking for any car in good condition. Found a Toyota Avalon at a local dealer that was fairly priced until you see they have an added price to it that I feel is very sneaky and unprofessional!! Then I came in touch with Michael s Auto Sales What a Fantastic Experience I had and still having with them!Mike the Owner meets all Customers one on one which I felt was a great touch! Mike is a Very honest person which I feel is very hard to find these days! He works with you through the whole process. No hidden numbers and no hidden anything!! Upfront and a pleasure to do business with. I Love my 2017 Lincoln MKZ!It is if not the best car I owned definitely tied with the best!! I talk to Mike often just to say hello. I feel he is part of my Family as well as I am part of his!! If your looking for a Great used car (that s like New) please call Mike. No games at all. We have had a terrific experience with Mike. From the estimate to the end result he was right on. He impressed as we shook hands within minutes as I got out of my car. He looked at my estimate from the insurance company and agreed to 2 weeks for the repair. In just 2 weeks we were looking at a great job and completely satisfied. He did. A great job kept us informed and worked. perfectly with car. He is on the top of our list. I thanks Mike.

Exceptional! Michael's repaired the driver's side of my car after an accident and they fixed the entire side quickly and it looks brand new now! Also - repair/ parts were very fair priced. Had a great experience here, very personalized. After my Cadillac was totaled in December 2021 Mike and his team were able to get me into a great 2018 Ford Fiesta. At first I was skeptical since the prices were lower than expected, but after touring the facilities and driving my new car for the 3 months I only have positive things to say. I ve put about 5k miles on the car since I bought it and have had no issues. I have recommended them to family, and definitely will be dealing with them in the future!

I met Michael several years ago when he performed auto body work on my wife's vehicle. in 2016, I purchased a vehicle from him which I still have to this day and I just purchased another one from him a few days ago. Mike is a quality business man who stands by his products and services. He is honest and always makes sure his customers are satisfied. It is a pleasure to do business with Mike.

Mike's of rare breed. What he does is a lost art. An honest salesman who so clearly and genuinely cares about the integrity of his business,what he does and what he sells that it was completely shocking. After dealing with multiply used car hustlers at multiple dealerships it was amazing to find him and his business. I bought a 2014 F-150 from him and It was one off the best business interactions i've ever had. It's hard to trust people that are selling you things, especially used cars; but something about mike was a different experience. Beyond Above and beyond. He gave me a great price on a great vehicle. Handled the whole sale and interactions perfectly. Was upfront and honest like doing so meant a lot to him. He throw in new tires. When I asked about the transmission fluid he set up an appointment with a neighboring business to have it flushed with no charge. When I came back to pick up the license plate,my engine coolant was low so he ordered,had delivered and filled it up for me for free on the spot. Can't say enough good things about mike and the business he runs. Having just moved to the area, its also a good bonus to know that there is someone trust worthy close buy that I wouldn't think twice about going to. I would highly highly recommend his shop for both buying and repairs. Great guy, Great business.

I bought my first car from Mike a few months ago. He was very helpful during the whole process. He understood what I was looking for and I'm still so happy with my first car. Just this past week, I was back in town visiting my mom and Mike's Auto ended up taking care of my oil change and tire rotation (Warranty plans are the best!). But not only that, when I drove back to Tallahassee a couple days ago I ended up having a problem with the car. You know how many times you'll hear "call me if you have any questions or problems," but you know they don't really mean and it's just a platitude. Well, not with Mike! I got on the phone with him today wanting to ask about his opinion as he was the one who worked on the car the most before I got it and he went above and beyond in order to help me! He handled the problem immediately, even going so far as to call the car repair place personally to figure out what is wrong with the car. With Mike's genuine personality and honest assistance -- and let's not forget all the other employees I interacted with who were very polite and didn't mind keeping me company in the office -- I can't see myself either not coming back here or not recommending this place to others.

I had my 2013 Hyundai bumper repaired and was very impressed with the entire experience. First, Michael is very professional yet down to earth--easy to talk to. He gave me the most reasonable quote after going to 3 other body shops ranging from Cocoa to Palm Bay. Not only did he exceed my expectations on the price but the job was beautifully done. To top it off he even had my car detailed. I would highly recommend Michaels Auto Sales for any of your automotive needs--body repair, mechanical, sales or detailing.

Mike and Dennis were very professional and friendly during our dealings on the Lincoln MKT I recently purchased. I am so happy with this vehicle. If anyone asks me about where to go to buy a vehicle this is where I'd send them. Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.

What a fanastic experience! Michael is very helpful, honest, and helped me find a great car that I could afford. I don't know much about cars and I have to say I really trusted Michael. He does not push anything on you, and he is very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a used car, you may be tempted by the allure of certain car makes and models or by some skilled salesman to buy a car or cars that are not good deals or good for you. Don't be. Do your research on the car type AND GO TO MICHAEL's AUTO SALES and deal with Mike, the owner. Mike will give you a better car and deal than anyone around. He put me in a great car, and gave me interest-free payments, you can't get that anywhere. You don't need to car shop anywhere else, just go see Mike, you will be very happy you did.

I recently bought a Ford Focus that is just about brand new in every way at a great value with an unbeatable warranty! The staff and the owner, Mike, were very kind and professional. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied they even gave me a full tank of gas!

Excellent experience before during and after the sale. Michael stood by his warranty and helped us out with minor problems. His price was fair and after four months we have no issues with the vehicle. We will be back.

I put this company in the category of TRUSTED Mechanic. Hard to find, and I am so happy that I have.His staff are very professional and kind. Renaldo was exceptional. Mr Mike, the owner, took my concerns very seriously gave me an honest opinion and a VERY fair price for the work that I decided to have done. 5 stars, absolutely! I held the position of Expert Aircraft Inspector. I look for finite detail.On Completion of extensive body work on my 2017 Chevy Colorado ByMichaels Crew I have to say the body work was the best I haveseen in 75 years. Raising three Teens I have been in a few Body Shops. From work experience to life experience I am in a position to recognize excellence. An added bones "the Office staff" are all friendly employees. Forgot to mention Michael threw in a little extra at no added cost.

The mechanic was quick efficient and highly skilled. The garage was clean and Mike the owner is a very friendly man who looks out for your best interest. I would highly recommend this place to get body work repair or buy a nice affordable vehicle

The ABSOLUTE WORST.. These guys are bullies and will do and say anything to get you into a car. They are very rude and disrespectful towards women, especially if they think you work in a "less than savory" profession! Like who thinks that about their customers?????!!!Also don't fall for the "banana in the tail-pipe" trick where they let you take advantage of SPOT DELIVERY, they get you on a car and exploit your eagerness to purchase a car and then when the spell wears of they charge almost $1000???!!!The contract clearly states I have 48hrs and they still FORCE you to pay. STAY AWAY or get victimized.
