Kevin and crew are the best! Our car completely lost power and we got stranded going up 95 North to DC. We googled mechanics nearby and Kevin's Auto Repair was the closest one. Even though it was getting near closing time on Friday evening, Kevin coordinated the towing and ensured that his shop stay open until our car arrived at his shop. Additionally, Kevin and Carson (associate) ensured that my family (wife, and two very small children) got to a hotel safely. They got a big van and hauled all of us and luggage to a hotel. Kevin diagnosed and fixed the car the next morning and Carson picked us up from the hotel. We are truly lucky that such good people exist! Thank you Kevin and crew.

Took my car there to get an estimate on a repair . There was a very nice Man by the name of Jeff there. Great customer service and then there was a another man assuming it's Kevin . The man had an attitude problem .nasty as can be .he talked to me like trash. Not sure if it was because I was a woman, Hispanic woman or if he's just naturally a rude miserable person. I would never give him my business never. Character and how you treat people is everything. I had every intention to get my repair done there because of the gentleman by the name of Jeff. Again very nice man. unfortunately I will never drive in that parking lot. Wouldn't refer him to my worst enemy.

I was excited when I was given a vehicle so I could regain my independence. Kevins auto is 8 minutes from home, so a clear choice for an Intoxilock installation. Until it came to driving it home after installation, the car would not move out of the parking spot. Went back to pick it up and was told Kevin simply used his scanner to clear a code. Off I go. Until ..it wouldn t start. Called Kevin for any ideas why. I was told it had nothing to do with the Intoxalock equipment, had to my car. Spent months troubleshooting with help from experienced mechanic friends. Thought the problems were resolved Until they weren t. When it would start, I ended up stranded because it wouldn t start to get home or it simply wouldn t move. Now that my car was disabled and numerous calls to Intoxalock and service reports submitted with no resolution. Got approval from Intoxalock to have it inspected by another service center. I prayed it would start to get it there (45 min away). FINALLY an answer. It was discovered that 8 wires were damaged (cut) exposing the bare wires, therefore, causing the intermittent shorting and no starts. I was told I was lucky I didn t have a fire under the dash. When I received the damage claim form it advises you have to go back to the original service center or it will NOT to processed. Coincidentally the car was again in what I know now the limp mode . I had to trailer it back to Kevins for repair at No Charge. Kevin continued to arrogantly insist he was not responsible and take my car out of there. I said I wasn t taking it anywhere and will be back with my lawyer. Eventually he agreed to look at it sometime next week. Called for an update and was told he shrink wrapped the wiring and the no start issue had been resolved. He had not done anything about why it had to be trailered to his shop. In the end after 16 weeks of hell, was told it was just dirty contacts and it had been test driven with no problems. I remain in shock that anyone would send a disabled senior citizen out on the road with compromised wiring. I verified that the wiring could not have been missed during the installation, so if it had been there, it should have been addressed then. I have since discovered that Kevins Auto pricing is higher than most and it s CASH only. Fortunately this experience has brought me to the Intoxalock Super Hero s in Cocoa and I have full confidence in driving anywhere.

Kevin does great work and always goes above and beyond what is expected. If something goes wrong with your vehicle, he will fix it. He swapped my engine about a year ago and continues to work on my vehicle to this day. He is honest, trustworthy, and fair with prices. 10/10

OK, here goes. Buckle-up Kevin's Auto Repair. I got hit with a D.U.I. (A.K.A." B.W." Black man with white man.) in Palm Bay four years ago(1st an last) and had to have a breath-a-lizer installed on my car. I chose Intox-a-lock .The company who sold me the device. My friend told me to go to Kevin's Auto to have it installed. I'm glad he did!! Kevin's was kind, flexalble,(I had no licence,reg,insur, ect..tough stuff.) courteous, and patient. They, (Kevin) restored my faith in Great Customer Service. Thanks guys. Wish you could teach_______ how to treat thier customers, I.E. answering calls, returning calls, speaking clearly in American English ( if needed)ect...ect...ect. Need auto repair?? Try Kevin's Auto They, WORKED FOR ME. p.s.If you ever ask yourself if you should be driving, you just answered the question. Sean"SeanyMac"McNamara
