Went to look at Honda CRV's and found a great one just off lease with very low miles. It seemed that almost all the vehicles there (used) were in great shape and one could be confident purchasing almost any of them. We traded in our Civic and got a great deal that we were happy with. Ken the salesman was very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs and was a fair negotiator.

My Van had a check engine light on. Auto parts gave me 2 codes. I went to the Service and they told me it could be 6 different problems and diagnosis and I needed to leave the Van for diagnosis and pay $165 bucksI went back the next day and they said they don't know what exactly was the problem (and they are the brand service), they were not sure and they will go with their guts to fix the valves for $635A week later the check engine light came on. I took it to Larry's Auto Care and they fixed it immediately for way less money. It's been more than a month and the check engine light hasn't turned onWon't return to Honda, especially because when I was there they tried to sell me a Van and give me a ridiculous low ball for mine, so they were never really interested in fixing my vehicle.Crooks

Purchased my Honda Odyssey van in December 2014 (2015 model year). I have maintained my van's service here since I purchased our van. Excellent service hours are offered, and the service staff are great to work with.

Service department visit. Check in was smooth. Communication on other things needed was great. Service was done on my vehicle while I waited and was done with in the time that was given. Check out was smooth. And this was a big reflection on Gabby. She is super friendly and outgoing. Great customer service.

This Honda dealership is in between by home and work and I deal with them all the time. They are very competitive in terms of their rate and are my go to place even for routine things like oil change.Recently, I had to go to them with an intermittent problem with my Honda Accord where cylinders will start misfiring at high acceleration. I am so happy that this service company made the time and effort to correct this situation even though it was not easy to find. Their charges were very good and they also provided me a loaner car for free while they worked on it.This dealership is truly a great place and they will treat you right. I personally want to give kudos to Alisson my service rep and Mike my technician.Will recommend this service to all my friends and family.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

This place was super easy to interact with and very transparent. I booked my appointment online, got a listing of the recommended repairs via email and text, and communicated with my service professional over text the entire time.

As a 60 year old I have dealt with a lot of dealerships after buying a new car. SE Honda is toed so far after 2 visits with my all time favorite Saturn. Both times they have my car serviced faster than promised (most are the opposite) and are available to respond to questions during the wait time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in for a recall fix and they helped me quickly and kindly. Very efficiant system they have here. Everyone is very kind. Great customer service. Free coffee, snacks, and drinks.

Friendly, courteous, and easy to make an appointment. Wait times are a killer. Like a major bummer. Like a severe migraine and there is a kid on drums, severe wait time. Oil change to a new tire etc etc seems to be the same.

Finally found a service department that doesn't rip off customers, had christine jalbert as my service advisor, she was polite and professional, walked me through the process, easy as 123... great shop, will highly recommend you check them out.thanks

Easy, no wait check-in. Expected minimum 3hr to complete scheduled service- pleasantly surprised everything was finished & on my way in only 1 1/2hrs!

Terrible experience. I took my car in because my AC is blowing hot air. My condenser is under an extended 10 year warranty because of the known leaks they have so i have them visually inspect the condenser on the terms of that warranty. They take it back for an hour and tell me they did not see any leaks in the condenser and told me the system is blowing at 40� and working like normal. The evacuation and recharge costs $310 so understandably i don't want to do one especially because their definition of normal is twisted and shady AF. I just cant win with Honda dealerships. I guess ill just have to contact a lemon lawyer and get compensated. Honda cannot and will not help me. They don't care. Its not their loss.

Called road side assistance, 1st guy never showed up. The second 50 minutes later . I called my insurance company, they were there with in 25 minutes.

Took my car for a oil change, got free balance and tire rotation plus a diagnostic test for a very low price, I reccomend anyone who has a Honda to book a appointment for a oil change.
