My wife and I were in the market for a new RV. We shopped three different large stores, looked at what seemed like a hundred units before our brains started to melt. But Sean Houck at Giant Recreation World in Palm Bay was the most pleasant, easy going salesperson we spoke with. He was not pushy, was very patient, and seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted. We finished a deal over the phone, after having looked at a few more units elsewhere, and came back to pick up our new fifth wheel the following week. It was hooked to power in the service area, all detailed, and nice & cool inside as we took our tour of our camper, with detailed explanations on how everything works. Moose the tour guide was super nice as well. Elizabeth in finance put everything on paper and got us a great loan rate. And Nancy in reception was yet another reason we chose Giant. She was very friendly when we first walked in, greeting us with a smile and brief explanation of Giant s history, and how their three stores are family owned. That, in and of itself was huge as we are all about family. I would highly recommend a trip to Giant in Palm Bay ask for Sean in sales, and good luck in your search for the perfect RV.

I went in to Giant Recreation/Palm Bay on a Sunday in late February looking for a travel trailer so I could start the next chapter in my life and was greeted and taken care of by two of the of the best people in the business, Wendy Crowe and Chris Smith. They were both very knowledgeable of the inventory and really had my best interest at heart. I left a deposit that day and returned a few days later to purchase my 2021 Grand Design Imagine 26RB that they are storing for me and will deliver it for me in a few days. I can t say enough about how well this experience has been and how much I appreciate Wendy and Chris. I feel as if I have two new friends for life! Thanks so much for everything.

Wendy, our salesperson was great! No pressure, left us alone to look the rv over.. was very knowledgeable and nice! Everyone else was great, too! We were a little disappointed with the ceramic coat. We were told we could wipe bugs off with a micro cloth but after our trip home we had to scrub with a soft mop and they still didn't come off.

Great customer service something rare these days. We had a great experience with the purchase of our destination trailer. Our sales person Wendy was very professional, knowledgable and straight forward. She found the trailer we wanted and negotiated a fair price for us. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and they delivered on their promises from financing to delivery. We were very appriciative of the delivery drivers who did a great job of parking the unit in a tight spot. If we ever find our selves in the market for another RV we will be sure to come back to Giant Recreation World.

Sales lady Daniel an Liz were the only 2 that were nice at this place. I bought my camper. They delivered it and their drivers are inexperienced and they make the customer pay for the tow to finish bringing it into their house. It is a courtesy in the Palm Bay location. The manager Dj is very disrespectful He doesn t know how to take care of customer complaints. He just gets very protective of the And says things like it s What I have to do and it s not the responsibility. He makes it out to make it feel like that. Everything is my responsibility now that after I bought the camper from them. I should ve went with my first instinct and went with another camper place I found this camper for 5000 cheaper. I love it I can t beat it and Danielle and sales and Liz in Finance were the only two that were nice. The pics are of the unit an of how the driver puts the unit cuz he didn t know how to back up. But like Dj said they do it for free an I get what I get for courtesy delivery. Look at the clearance a the tow truck guy put it in the spot in 5 mins by finishing backing up the lastPics is when it finally got backed in to the right spot.

Went to Giant Recreation world of Palm Bay to purchase a travel trailer. This place was worth the drive to get there from Tampa area. My sales person was sean H and he gave us stellar service. He was always smiling, professional, and was truly happy to help with and questions we had. We felt like we were treated fairly and we enjoyed our time there. He even took a picture of us leaving the lot with our new purchase so we got to see how good it looks.

Purchased a new TT from the Palm Bay location. Salesman Sean was very good. He listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time looking at what we didn't. He was not pushy, easy to talk with and very friendly. Worked with us to get the deal we needed to buy and has continued to work with us on miscellaneous items and to get us in the shop for some warranty work to be completed. Unfortunately that is taking a while. I would have liked everything fixed before I took ownership. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on my experience so far because pick up day was very unorganized. The normal walk through person was not there so the person that did do it was not aware of items that were supposed to be fixed before we got there. Overall, it seemed as if they were not ready for us to be there. Liz in financing was very nice; however, I would have appreciated getting heads up on all the "extras" that were going to be quickly offered to me during signing paperwork ahead of time. This way I could have had some time to think about it: tire packages, extended warranties, roadside assistance, ceramic coating. Hoping my warranty work goes smoothly.

I walked in to giant recreation world towards the end of the day, and Billy ray took the time to show me some tow trailers. He stayed way after they closed with me and was not at all a pushy sales person, I actually left and then came back and at no point did was he trying not to get me to walk out the door before making a purchase or signing anything. He did everything that he could to get me the best price. I have to add giant recreation world treats there veterans good. They also have the best prices around just google shop and you will see. They have no hidden fees or surprises in the end either. To make your day go ask for Billy Ray that s all I have to say.

So my family and I purchased a brand new 2024 Catalina 164BHX on March 1, 2024 from Giant recreation world. Two days later we go to our storage place to place some items inside the trailer and noticed water coming inside. We placed buckets inside and waited for the rain to stop. We went on a day trip when it wasn t raining just to try to use the trailer before putting in shop, and once we got to the camp site, we noticed the Refrigerator wasn t working either. Trailer is now in the shop and it s only March 15. I m not sure why this wasn t all inspected before it was sold to me. I have a few friends looking to purchase RV s as well and I don t think I will point them in this direction. I had plans this spring break to take my kids to Georgia and I had to completely cancel my plans as it will be 2-3 weeks or more before k can even get it back. Never thought I would have to put in shop after only having it for 1 week.My salesman Raynie was very nice and she was helpful in me purchasing. Not her fault trailer has issues. I give her 5 Hello LarryPer your response, my trailer is there in the shop. It s been in the shop longer than I have had it in my possession since purchasing. 2 weeks now it s been there in Palm Bay. You can call Ben and he knows how to find it.

Just bought our Forest River Salem 24View Travel Trailer from Giant Recreation World in Palm Bay. What an amazing experience! Raynie Carson was our salesperson. I can't say enough about how she presented us the TT. We already knew what we wanted and she was great about letting us focus on that unit. No pressure just listening and understanding what we wanted. We did finance and Elizabeth was just terrific. She got us a better rate and lower payments for a lesser amount of time than we originally thought. Moose went thru the whole camper with us explaining everything in great detail and Avery our technition was amazing taking great care to fix a couple of small delivery issues we had. All in all an amazing experience!

Wendy went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our coach was in transit and she kept us updated and stayed on top of everything. Our pickup day happened to be on my birthday so she surprised me with cake, champagne and balloons! I highly recommend Wendy and the team at Giant Recreation World!

We are thrilled with the motor home we just purchased from Giant Recreation World in Palm Bay!Everyone there made the process as smooth as could be. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very courteous. We purchase a new RV within the last year. Buying it was easy everyone was nice and pleasant. But now having an issue, could be simple to resolve, but don't know because for the last two weeks I have been trying to talk to service to either tell me a quick thing I may be overlooking or if I have to make an appointment. I have left VM for someone whoever the operator sends me too. I've tried via website by requesting an appointment. Nothing, no return calls, and no one ever answering the service line number just rings until front desk answers again. Their warranty advertising at this moment seems like a gimmick.

It s an almost 5 . The process of getting our 2019 Thor Vegas 24.1 went very well. We drove in from several hundred miles away to buy a coach we d only seen in pictures. Our salesman Joel was really good with answering my questions before we went, and Elizabeth in Financing was very nice, both on the phone and in person. I do wish our walkthrough could have been a little more complete, though we wanted to get on the road, so The coach is gorgeous. It needs a front end alignment, and the headlights aligned. Wish we didn t have to worry about that, but still, I m very pleased with our purchase. Would I buy there again? Hope this one is our coach forever, but yes.

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle, let alone an RV! Sean Hauck was the best and work with us as first time buyers to find the perfect fit and ensured great communication throughout the process. Moose was very thorough on walking us through the specifics and was very patient with all our questions. Last, Elizabeth and Dawn made the final paperwork smooth and quick. Service department is exceptional. We had a bit of a rocky start the first year but they went through some managerial changes and now they do a great job. They take appointments in advance so you know when you appointment comes, they work on your rig right away. No leaving rigs for months on end wondering when they will get to it. The Warranty Forever program has paid for itself several times over with only two years of ownership on a used rig. Their yearly inspections are comprehensive and thorough. I am very happy we bought our rig from them because unlike a car, a RV needs regular service, and their service department is dependable and trustworthy.

Wendy at Giant Recreation world was honestly the best. My husband and I posted on Facebook what we were looking for and the price point we wanted to stay in. Wendy immediately jumped to help us being available when needed. Also she was very professional in regards to the whole process. We wanted to trade in our fifth wheel in hopes of getting a class a driver. She knew exactly how to help and what questions to ask. Every time we spoke with her we got that much closer to getting our new rig. It was a very easy process due to the fact we we are in Colorado and making our trade in Florida. Wendy made it very simple to get everything started for out trek down to Florida. Giant recreation world truly is amazing!!!

I gotta give a big shoutout to Elizabeth, the RV finance manager at Giant Recreation World. She s seriously amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made everything so easy.Elizabeth knows her stuff when it comes to RV money stuff. She explained everything super clearly, so even someone like me who isn t great with numbers could understand. Plus, she didn t try to hide anything she was straight-up about all the options.And let me tell you, Elizabeth doesn t miss a beat. She checked and double-checked all the paperwork to make sure everything was perfect. No mistakes, no problems.But the best part? Elizabeth is just so nice! She made the whole finance thing feel like a breeze. We started speaking with sales professional Raynie Carson on the phone. We explained what we wanted along with a budget that we wanted to stick to. We made an appointment and drove up to see Raynie the next day. We were blown away. Raynie was very prepared and had multiple units to show us. She is extremely professional, kind, and personable.We purchased a 2024 travel trailer.Elizabeth the finance person is a real fireball. The entire transaction was painless. A very professional dealership. If they say they will call you with an answer, they will.We highly recommend them.

The best experience to date. The people and their staff are amazing. "Moose" walking me thru and working with hands on with my new camper, Elizabeth going over and working the finance side of things, and the guy who started it all Mr Javitz. Now we were shopping for a camper and this man was amazing but didn't really realize until later. We left the store and went looking at other dealers around Florida. Well, comparing salesman and stores I was disappointed with what I saw out there. I came home and the next day (Sunday) I reached out to Mr. Javitz to find out how to reserve the camper he had shown me the day before. He responded within several minutes earlyin the morning and said no problem got you taken care of. Come to find out it was his day off and to boot was taking care of his wife who was getting ready for surgery. By time the store opened we had everything completed and reserved/purchased. I was sold on this guy and commitment to his profession. Thank you to Mr. Javitz, Moose, and Elizabeth as well as all the support teams.

Wonderful salesman here. Very helpful and definitely kid friendly. I want to mention our salesman Kevin P. .. he was amazing!! We also delt with Andrew a service guy that helped with our final walk out. I will definitely be a returning customer.Thanks Again!Well this was basically before paperwork was even signed.. so in the weeks to come the camper had a bad plumbing leak. So we took it back for them to see and they had the camper for almost 2 months and they said it was all good... they are the professionals right! Lol so we went with it. Went camping for the first time... we were away from the camper for about 6 hours. Came back and it had several inches of water in it. Lovely. Took it back in and come to find out they never even found the leak to fix in the first place.. that would have been amazing to know. Now the camper is disgusting.. so we take it back. And it sits there for months. Nothing.. Nothing... now I'm thousands of dollars in on payments. Plus the 10k I put down and haven't got to use it.. they are terrible to work with. Definitely not knowledgeable in fixing or diagnosing problems. This has been the worst experience buying a 60,000 dollar camper and its been 8 months and still no camper to enjoy. I will not be a return customer. Nor would I ever recommend going to Giant Recreation world in Palmbay...

I have owned my RV for less than a week and there are a number of issues. Part of the purchase and sales agreement, included installation and set up of TV ..... they did not do it, so I had to find an RV repair guy to come out and do it. They paid him, but in the process, he found that there was water running down my coaxial cables in the wall ..... yet the sales manager says "well it was raining" ..... yes but that indi ates a leak!!!! My screen door won't stay shut, and there is loose bits of particle board all over the place from opening and closing drawers etc.Their attitude is "You're on your own"I have owned it LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!! It is all hooked up at an RV park and they tell me "Just bring it in"They also said that I could find a licensed / certified rv tech and that I could use my warranty to reimburse me after I paid him.ONCE AGAIN I HAVE OWNED IT LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!!!!In all fairness, the CEO just replied to my email and seems to be committed to helping me, so this might work out. The people under him, need to realize that the sale is just the beginning of a customer relationship.....not the end

We purchased a new RV this past weekend, and Emily Longyear was our sales representative. She was absolutely amazing. She made us feel very comfortable and confident purchasing our first RV. She is extremely sweet and knew all of her stuff! She so willingly let us walk around the lot on two occasions in the blazing heat to look at every thing so we could make the final decision! She made the purchase aspect a breeze! We never felt pressured to get something we didn t want. We absolutely adore her and will forever use her anytime in the future we decide to upgrade. If I could give 10000 stars I would!

Sean H was a fantastic salesman. Not only knowledgeable about the RV'S, but very friendly, down-to-earth,and honest. He was very patient with us as first time buyers. He worked with us on every aspect of the purchasing Process and answered all of our questions.Moose worked with us on explaining to us every detail of the R. V, and how every system worked on it. He was very patient as well and very knowledgeable. Really seems to enjoy his job.Elizabeth was fantastic working the paperwork and making sure that we were able to make our purchase and make it the best Experience we've ever had making any large purchase.They were even able to make a same-day delivery of our RV.
