Gerber Collision and Glass on Palm Bay Rd was fantastic. They worked with my schedule to get the repair done during a time period that would work for me. I needed my car back on a certain date and they made sure the repair was done on time. My advisor Nicole PerMar was phenomenal to work with. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle during the process and made sure that the work was done immaculately. She was super friendly, attentive and a pleasure to work with. I can t praise them enough. I hope I never need to use a body shop again but if I do, I will definitely use Palm Bay Gerber again.

They were very kind to take a replacement part of my tailgate I purchased and match the paint to my VIN number. First time doing any body work myself. Total eBay purchase and paint job by Gerber less than what Ford charged to order piece. Great customer service.

I created an account just to leave this review. I got into a crash and had these goofballs try to fix my car. They gave it to me worst than when I gave it to them. I feel like they re trying to be funny. Gave me my car in a much worst condition than when I gave it to them. I would ve been better off driving with a totaled car, it drove much better before they got their hands on it. My car all of a sudden sounds like it s going to blow up when I drive. It s incredibly loud, and it sounds like my wheel is scratching up against something. My brakes barely work and make a very loud noise whenever I do so. They gave my car back to me with a missing headlight/broken keys AND a horn that now does not work! They told me it would take a week to fix. It ended up being a month. A month of renting a car. That s 100 dollars a day. Just to get my car back in worst condition than when I gave it to them. I payed 5,000 dollars just for them to make my car worst than before. And I refuse to let them fix the damages that THEY DONE because I am done paying for a rental. Absolutely horrible business. I almost think they did this on purpose because my car has never run so poorly. I called and complained about the wait so I think they did all of this on purpose to teach me a lesson! Well lesson learned. I will never go back here and I will make sure to spread the word.

Richie was amazing with fixing my suv, he listened to our concerns when we brought it in, and was helpful in keeping us updated throughout the process and was detailed when we picked it up on what was fixed. Angel in repairs and Narla at the receptionist desk provided impeccable customer service. It is very clear that the two of them take pride in their work and go the extra mile for total customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for your repair needs.

Our car was rear ended few weeks ago . Only had a small dent and some paint from the other car on the bumper .. angel was the rep we delt with . They had our car for day and a half . Got us all fixed up and back on the road . Appreciate you guys getting us in and out so fast.. Also car was dirty and got it back vacuumed and looking great!!Service: Body & Trim

My husband, Evan took his RAM1500 to have the side panel repaired and painted. David and Francisco were so very helpful. An awesome experience from the estimate, dropped our vehicle off Monday morning at 9AM.The hood repair was cleaned and polished were returned on Tuesday before 4 PM. Without question a great experience with Shamone and her entire team of associates.Thank you Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One star is too generous for this location.I scheduled appointment online for 2 pm today. Showed up at 1:57 for my 2 pm appointment. Went inside to check in. Hannah told me I didn't have an appointment and I showed her my confirmation text and she said oh you scheduled an appointment online. I don't know why it would schedule you an appointment. We don't have anything available. I told her there were appointments available all after noon after 2 pm online.She asked me if I was going through insurance or not. And I told her I didn't think so. So then she tells me she can't get me in for an appointment until the end of February. When I questioned this she said their primary relationship is with the insurance company so they have to see those clients first. My question is how do I know if I'm going through my insurance company if I don't have an estimate of the damage to my vehicle?I asked to speak to a manager because that sounded absurd and surely a manager would honor a confirmed appointment. Hannah went in to talk to Matt Harper who was in a "meeting" - though his office door was open and people kept going in and out of his office. His office was visible from the waiting area. I could see him leaning back in his chair with his arms up to his head. He could have taken the time to speak to me.Hannah said she only had three adjusters and there were already three appointments at 2 pm. I waited until 2:15. Only one client had shown up for their 2 p.m. appointment and yet my appointment still was not honored. Yes, I could have waited another 15-20 minutes before the manager would decide to come out and speak to me about not honoring my appointment. But I chose to leave at that time.I have used Gerber Collision & Glass in the past and was pleased with my experience. However it was not at this location. And based on my experience at this location I have no trust in Gerber Collision & Glass as a whole Corporation. If they are prioritizing insurance companies over customers and not honoring their confirmed appointments, this is not the type of company that I would want to do business with. I will take my money elsewhere and I recommend that you do as well.I will also reach out to my insurance company, USAA and recommended that they no longer use Gerber Collision and Glass.

Neyla, CSR is the BEST!!!! Her customer service was so amazing, from calling 2 other shops to check for wait times, to calling 2 Enterprise Rental stores to help my husband who had just been in a car accident the same day.I haven t experienced this type of customer service in a long time, and with my background in customer service, she hit a home run!Thank you Neyla and the team at Gerber. We wouldn t take our vehicles anywhere else in Palm Bay!

The moment I walked in I was greeted kindly by Neyla who is Gerber s front desk manager. She took the time to explain the process I could expect during my repair and even called Enterprise to make sure my rental was delivered promptly.I was then introduced to Angel my repair estimator who submitted Gerber s bid to my insurance company for me and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. I was so impressed with the attention to detail when my car was finished that I made sure to shake hands with Luis, the repair technician .What an amazing team of honest professionals they have assembled at Gerber s. My father is an elderly who has been waiting for his vehicle to be repair for more than 3 weeks. They have updated the pick up day more than 3 times and every time we stop by the vehicle is not even there. It has been a disappointment and I will never refer no one there. My husband was in an accident in April time where his car was out of commission for over 5 months. We understand there are part shortages nation wide, however our car is still not fixed 8 months later. Twice we called for updates when we received our car back the first time where they did not have us in their system nor knew we were coming in. We have gone in 4 separate times now to try and fix the car. The management team is very nonchalant and has a we ll get to it when we get to it mentality . My entire family has been to Gerber in the past for accidents where we were prioritized and our time was used properly. I am not sure if there is new management or what happened. We have since had to purchase a new car and are so upset over the consistent issues and non communication, we just want to get rid of the car. The only good thing is the front desk employee, Hannah, is always very apologetic and kind over the phone. I Highly recommend doing business elsewhere.

these ppl are the slowest repair shop on earth, they had my sons car for 4 months and had so many delays and extensions it was ridiculous. ever week they would come up with as new part on backorder, as if you couldnt order all the correct parts needed together...... worst shop ever!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Top shelf service! Had some minor repairs needed on my car. They were able get it back to me in 3 days and it looks like new. Kept me informed along the way with texts and phone calls. My estimator Nicole in particular was super professional and accommodating. She even stayed a little late so that I could pick my car up just after 5pm. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Went here for an estimate from the hail storm that hit us as we had scratches all over the windshield (the guy said hail doesn t scratch anything which is a lie I called Melbourne BMW/Dentforce which is who they recommend). We had dents and the manager told us after his employee said he saw hail damaged that this wasn t from hail and we were lying. I m sorry if you don t want to do your job or hate your job but you should quit. I told him I would call GEICO and he told me he is GEICO and they were going to tell me the same thing. Well I called immediately when we left and GIECO told me that he sounds like he just didn t want to do his job and set me up another appointment at the Melbourne location. The guy took his time and found 7+ dents on back, 21+ dents on the hood, and he did see small scratches on windshield. The manager at PALM BAY ROAD location is a liar , and lazy. Took the guy at Melbourne 10 min to look around with his tools .

I booked an estimate online, received a text confirmation for said appointment and left work early to be at the appointment. Once I got there I am told that they don t really use online to book and that they don t do estimates at 4 on a Friday. I was told they didn t want to waste my time .they always tell people to call for an appointment. SO WHY DO YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE??They offered to make me an appointment for the following week- NO THANK YOU! I sat in their parking lot and called someone else!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Zero Stars. It took 4 visits to get the car back. The staff I dealt with, did not care if I was really satisfied with the repair. It was rushed 2 times. Then still needed paint correction AFTER the repair.I was told several times that it was NOT a restoration, and I was being too picky about the repair. I was continually reminded that I should just accept the (second hand) work.The car is a 2021 Camaro with less than 5000 miles when it was first brought in to be repaired. I was told it is NOT a new vehicle. After waiting for 3 months to even get it in. I will be following up with management, and I will report to the insurance company that Gerber should not be used by Nationwide customers, or those that would like their car repaired correctly the first time.The car needs to go to a chevrolet facility to have the repair inspected as I was told the bumper cover is just riveted together and will come loose again.. Good thing they have a lifetime warranty on their shotty work. Then, they asked for my business with a windshield replacement in my new truck.I would never give them another opportunity to damage one of my vehicles. The Camaro was never repaired to an acceptable level, just a level of frustraion was reached that dealing with GERBER a 5th time for the same repair is not within my tolerance.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Don from State Farm at this location. Exceptional guy with exceptional service! Best in the business! Front office staff was very welcoming and prompt, too. Clean facility and a seamless process for me. I had a written estimate done for damages to my vehicle and it was a wonderful, stress free experience.
