Had a 930am I arrived at 915 am let them know they came out and got information off the vehicle I waited for a worker to take van in around 10:20 a.m. I went in and asked he said we don't have a rack available. We just pulled a truck in that's going to get an alignment done. I said I had an appointment at 9:30. He said they also had an appointment. I said Enterprise said they would get the van in and out since I was coming during work. He said Enterprise does not perceive our schedule I just brought another vehicle inside it would probably be an hour and a half to two more hours. I get paid by the job and could not afford to wait. I made this appointment 5 days earlier I'm very disappointed. I needed the oil change but had to get back to work

We had a cross country drive planned for Christmas, so we decided to get our car checked over before we left, so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. On the 3rd day of our trip the car would not lock and then we realized it wouldn't do anything at all! Turns out when we got our check done to give us piece of mind the battery cable was not reattached properly! So not only was it a huge problem when the car wouldn't start, it then took us several hours to figure out and fix the problem. Unbelievable!

I'm always happy to bring my vehicle here. You have to make an appointment for an oil change but I don't mind because it makes the wait time less.The people that work behind the desk are friendly and helpful.

Had a problem with my A/C. I thought I knew what it was, but I was wrong. They could have charged me for a much larger repair, but they diagnosed it and found a smaller problem. They repaired it for a very fair price. These guys were up front and honest. Will definitely bring my car here again.

Horrible company left loose bolts after alignment and blamed it on who ever did the previous work witch was also them horrible bissness and the manger is a complete liar(Response to Owner) You have absolutely no clue what went on. For 1.no one worked on truck after your alignment. Only your company 2. Their was loose bolts from where your company did the alignment. The car never drove fine after that s why we brought it back. Your company then tells me I have front end damage they never said this before when they said they completed alignment perfectly fine.You guys are complete liars. Couldn t even complete a alignment properly. You left loose bolts. What type of mechanic are your employees?People I promise this company will mess your vehicle up. Please take your car elsewhere and avoid the headache I m having to deal with because of this company s carelessness. If they mess up it s oh it wasn t me as you see!

What a relief. Thank you very much Gatto's . About to drive 60 miles to Orlando for work & battery just died. Went to Walmart. They couldn't do it within an hr. We went to Gatto's. Yes, they can. Phew. Nice and inviting place. Super friendly staff. Very quick services. Great prices. Love the waiting lounge too. God bless u Gatto's. Highly recommended for all.

Gatto's Tires and Auto Service did a fantastic job servicing my 2010 Nissan Frontier. I went to the local dealer with warning lights indicating an issue with the ABS. My truck was also approaching 100k and needed the recommend maintenance. The dealer's estimate was so outrageous I declined and got a second opinion. Glad I did Gatto's CORRECTLY diagnosed the ABS problem, and I saved A LOT regarding the 100k maintenance. Thank you Brian Cody and Gatto's.

Thank you to these fine gentlemen who on a Friday afternoon said I could bring my car in that had a nail in my tire. They resolved my problem and we're honest. I had bought my tires at tire Kingdom across the street and they would not look or let me come in till Wednesday. 5 Stars to this honest friendly establishment.

I had taken my car in for a slow leak in a tire, they fixed this pretty quickly and also (very convenient) texted me pictures of my brake pads and how essentially they no longer existed. Kenny offered to replace them while they were in there and did that, again, pretty quickly. The price was very competitive and I felt like they had genuine interests in mind. They don't seem to nickel and dime and they seem like nice folks.It's a great local spot for - what seems like - most vehicle needs.

Was looking for somewhere to get some work done i my car ant thought I would give Gatto s a try. Went in told them auto zone put there tester on and said I need two front speed sensors , no charge. Gatto s said they will put there tester on and that s $140 just for the test. Same result. Had the new sensors installed. I don t mind paying for work to be done but the markup on parts is outrageous. $150 for parts I could buy for $40. Oh well at least my car is fixed.

They were very quick very nice and they remembered the sticker in the windshield for my oil change I'll definitely be back Walmart try to tell me I have an oil leak and they told me no I don't

I came to Gattos today needing two new front tires and an alignment. I let the person at the counter what I was looking for and he quickly went through some options. I was in and out in less than one hour. Very professional team.

Gotta love this local store. I ve been a client for quite some years now and they ve always satisfied me with their quality of service. There used to be a manager, named Don, he is no longer there. Very nice and efficient. My son uses this location now that he has a car. I go to Toyota due to the fact that my car is newer, so is under warranty. But overall, this a cool place and they have nice n fresh coffee available while you wait and a clean lounge area.

I was looking for a go to place since it s 5 mins away from my house. It s disappointing to find that they only care to bank as much money as they can instead of trying to build a customer relation. I replaced all tires and some break pods. I spent $1700. I had two appointments in order to get it done and both times I asked them to check a squeaky sound. They said they didn t hear it so they can t fix it . I waited a week and gave a 3rd try to find out the noice problem. They gave me a quote for $1600. I said I can t spend over $3000 in a week so let me figure out my work schedule for next week. They charged me $79 for the diagnosis. I don t think that s how you are trying to retain a client . They charged me this without even plugging in computer. They checked it old way .

Honest shop! I went in because I had a screw go into one of my All-Terrain tires. They were able to find that the screw did not puncture all the way through which was great. They did not try to sell me anything I didn t need and did not try to take advantage. Instead they made sure it wasn t leaking air, and made sure all the tires were equally inflated and sent me on my way. We need more shops like this one! I would recommended to anyone in need of tire services.

My wheel bearing went out while traveling. I was referred to this shop by a tow company. I have to say beware. I m not sure if it was because I am a woman or because I m from out of state but the prices were outrageous!! I was told the price of just the wheel bearing was $429. When I explained I just had this done to my other truck last month in Tennessee and the part was $279. I was told parts are cheap in Tennessee because everyone orders online as we don t have parts shops like Florida does. I couldn t believe I was told this!!! I had the truck fixed because it wasn t drivable in its condition. They did discount the wheel bearing to $385. I called O Reily, advanced and auto zone. The part was right at $200 at all of them. I m fine with a parts mark up but that s ridiculous almost doubling the price. They did get the truck fixed quickly that s the only positive about going there.

Charged me $300+ for a $20 part and 30-min job without verifying the cost and getting an ok from me beforehand even though they said they d confirm before doing any work. Went there because a family member recommended it and they had a female-friendly promise. Left feeling pretty taken advantage of and when I called to dispute, they said their hands were tied. Very disappointing considering my family had been long time customers and the issue picked back up again in a couple of weeks.

I highly recommend. Recently had to have alternator replaced. More recently had to have battery replaced . Both times was a drop in and they immediately took my car in without appointment. They first checked the car out and let me know what the problem was. Will definitely continue to use their service.

I brought my car Tuesday night and picked up today Thursday for the basics things; Oil change, Windshield wiper fluid and 1 tire change. I take my car and no windshield wiper fluid or at least a reset on the tire pressure light. Their solution was an apology and having me go back to do it. I have to waste more time going back to do something that should of been done and something so simple. I'll clearly handle it myself and will not be taking me vehicles back. The worse part is I was called like 3xs and was confirmed that everything was done. They have 7 people working and not 1 can verify that everything is properly done? If you are going to come here make sure you check every single thing they do and make sure they do their job before you leave.

Since I cannot defend myself in the previous response to my review. This is Fany Lozano again, if the wind wiper fluid pump was not working as they now say may have been the issue they would have been able to test after adding fluid and confirming the job was done but since that wasn t done now you guys want to pretend that you did your job when in reality doing your job is making sure everything works and if it doesn t you let the customer know. Also I made it very clear that I don t have time to come back to waste my day or time to wait for someone to do what they were suppose to do in the first place. My car was there again for almost 2 days before I dropped it off Wednesday night and didn t get it until Friday.mean to tell me that you aren t going to check if a water pump works or not at the moment you added that fluid? Also the person over the phone just said it was most likely a mistake of the technician who had the car because this happens sometimes so it s not something uncommon. Of course that is going to throw me off edge and not want to continue or be willing to come do work with people that make simple mistakes when it s the first thing I said when I brought the car in. I also want to make it clear that no one called me after I spoke to the last person that I declined coming back. No left me voicemails or made any type of contact whatsoever and now completely lying.

I want to thank Brian for all his help. My chevy Cruz was leaking coolant, they fixed it, but when they removed the dash a wire to my air bag was accidently disconnected and the light came on indicating the air bag needed servicing. I took it to a chevy dealership and they fixed it. I went back to Gattos and Brian promptly told me they would cut me a check for the dealership repairs, in this day and age you just don't hear of this, a lot of businesses would not have done this! I want to thank him for his help and to say I will always use this Gattos location in the future! Keep up the good work guys! My air conditioner has never been so cool!

Completely unsatisfied at the service! Took my car (that was driving just fine) in to have some work. Picked it up at 4:00pm on Saturday, just as they were closing. The mechanic told me it was driving great, just needs a couple tires. I scheduled a time to come back for the tires. After leaving, and driving it for a short time, I realized something was very wrong. I immediately called, but because they were closed I left a message. At this point I had to park my car in the driveway, and wait until Monday morning when they reopened. Monday morning comes, no return call from my desperate message. Of course I then call, and told the manager what was going on. We both agreed the car needed to be towed back to the garage so they could see what was wrong. I received a call later that day, and was told that after reviewing everything, and talking to the mechanic they felt I should pay another $200 plus to fix my car! (After spending over $400 on Saturday) I m not going to get in to all the details, because I don t think I have enough space on here. However, I was told that the mechanic claims he told me I needed more work done, but that I refused it because I didn t want to spend the money!! This is a lie! I asked him if my car was safe to drive before I left that day. He said yes!!! Obviously they believed the mechanic over me, and that s how they came up with the extra balance. The manager was friendly, and apologetic but I still strongly feel I shouldn t have paid anything to fix my car that they screwed up! I was without a vehicle for almost 3 days and had to cancel a road trip because the car was unsafe to drive. Unfortunately, because of the terrible experience, I will not be returning to this place of business.
