I was browsing on a major car search website and found a Mustang that I was interested in. I went in the next day and met Jamal Wilson, a US Marine (worth every drop of blood and sweat he gave for this country), who set up a test drive for me. Right off the rip, he was honest and helpful. I didn't have an appointment and Jamal happened to be walking by and noticed me looking at the Mustang. He wasn't pushy, didn't act like he was better than anyone else, and when I had a question about something he knew the answer. Of course, the managers and I went back and forth about what they wanted to offer me and what I wanted out of the deal. It was a hard bargain for me to let go of my precious hot hatch, but in the end, I think it was well worth it. I love my new Mustang GT and I'm very happy with everyone who helped out with the deal. Thank you, Jamal, and everyone else on the sales and finance team!

Staff exudes southern hospitality and after an entertaining evening negotiating in the showroom and munching on some pretty good popcorn, I was melting from that new car smell into the driver s seat of my brand new Ford Escape ST.From Google, ST stands for Sports Technologies and is a trim that offers sporty cars that excel in styling and performance. You ll get the charm and durability of traditional Ford cars with a pop of sporty flare that will be appreciated by many motorists. I went with the Vapor Blue Metallic and I get complimented on it daily. It s definitely one to consider getting if you re in the market.Staff is great too. Thanks and I ll be back for that oil change.

The team at Gary Yeoman Palm Bay Ford is second to none! John Nitti was a great salesman who took all my wants and needs into consideration and put me in the perfect vehicle. Making sure I was satisfied to the last detail and offering his time and help after the sale. Colt the sales manager was very understanding and negotiable when coming to terms on the vehicle, he made sure all my wants and needs were met before anything. Chase with the finance team was able to get me a lower payment than originally agreed soon with an unbelievable interest rate! All in all is was a very pleasurable experience. I will be back here to buy any future vehicles.

Went into Gary's today just to look at a Bronco 2 door beautiful , area 51 color outer banks package. Was greeted by Chris. Extremely polite guy. Took the time to work with us along with another gentleman named Nicolas. Both very professional. The dealership in all is very well ran.The experience with the dealership was extremely smooth. Recommend these guys in any vehicle purchase.

We had a great experience with sale person Jasper and staff. They kind and offer to snack and schedule a proper cleaning of my brother new vehicle when it was not washed. This was my brother first time getting a new vehicle. Thank you Ford team for a great experience at the dealership.

I very rarely write reviews. It's stressful when purchasing a vehicle so I have to put this out there. This dealership is the first dealership that makes you feel relaxed and part of their team. I've visited and purchased many of vehicles. It was a very relaxed and FUN experience. All of the employees are welcoming, friendly and helpful. My salesman Nicholas Vargas goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is one you'll never forget..For a minute I thought I was at a family function.The sales manager was great as well. He will do what it takes to get to where YOU are comfortable to make the purchase.Not once did I feel pressured.Our finance experience was great as well. Mark is knowledgeable and will find every possible way he can to make sure your ending experience is a satisfying one.Oh and they have a basketball hoop.in the showroom, that was fun.If anyone is looking for a used or new vehicle I would highly recommend this dealership, you won't be disappointed.I hope my review helps others in the market for a vehicle, give Gary Yeomans of Palm Bay an opportunity to make their experience a great one like they did mine.

When I went in, I was greeted by John Nitti who was amazing. He was patient with me as I was not sure I wanted to commit. He answered all of my questions and assured me there was no pressure. In the end I did find a vehicle I liked thanks to him! I definitely recommend this dealership. They will work with you and listen to you.

What a great selection of used cars priced reasonably. We were greeted by Jon Hale who helped us through the process of selecting a F350 that fit our needs and budget. I would reccomend Jon Hale to anyone looking for a new vehicle.Awesome Job.

Overall a great buying experience. Jordan and Jamal from sales handle my car buying experience with professionalism and courtesy. Hammad had all my paperwork ready for final signing. He made the process smooth and explained all documents I had to sign. I was out the door in under 2 hours. My vehicle was detailed and full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. Chris Cochran was absolutely fantastic, I've heard horror stories of car dealerships taking advantage of their customers, but Chris made sure that my wife and I knew what we needed to know about the vehicle we were purchasing, and went above and beyond giving us fantastic customer service. If you need a car or truck go see Chris and he'll get you taken care of!

The sales team, the credit managers, finance managers, miss Kate Ricky Jasper and several others that have worked with even in service. Everybody has been great. I enjoyed trading and dealing with Gary Yeoman and I will continue to do what that boy dealership. They care about their customers they care about me. I know they know me by my first name. When I walk in and that's awesome. It was a guy working there called Rich and Jimmy they were good to work with as well.

We recently purchased a 2023 F150 hybrid and had such a wonderful experience! John Nitti worked with us and make sure to walk us through all the features on the truck and was very informative. As with many people working with salespeople can be challenging and frustrating but not with John! He was honest and friendly and easy to talk to. We got everything we wanted in the truck and he held the detail crew to the highest standard to ensure we left the dealership with a shiny clean truck. With finance we worked with Zach who was fantastic! He was very personable and walked us through all the paperwork and answered all our questions. He treated us like family! Overall we had such an easy and streamline experience! Would highly recommend working with this dealership!

The staff here at Gary Yeomans Ford were very nice, professional and most importantly honest about my choice in vehicle. I wanna give a shout out to Jasper who helped tremendously with my sale and all questions I had regarding the vehicle. He goes above and beyond making you feel comfortable and reaches out to you for any needs or concerns about your vehicle. I love my Honda Accord and I m so thankful Jasper showed me this vehicle after I initially only wanted a Honda Civic. LOVE MY ACCORD! And they are even getting me in for another service check free of charge just to make sure everything is just how I want my vehicle purchase to be. Thank you all!!

Took a visit to Gary Yeomans Ford in Palm Bay to trade in my vehicle. Had one of the best experiences at a dealership, all thanks to JAMAL WILSON! He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle we were interested in. Walked us through every option and made sure that we were happy walking out the door with a new addition to our collection of vehicles. Will definitely be doing business again with Jamal. Just to start off, Luis Nieves is the best salesman I ve ever dealt with in my entire life of buying cars.He has charisma, knowledge, and understanding. You don t talk to a robot that reads from a script when you talk to Luis, you get to know a good person.Not only did Luis assess my wants and needs but made sure I landed on a car that would make me and my family very happy.Also, I bought a used vehicle, and he still followed up with me after the sale, even though he did not have to.Josh the sales manager and Chase the finance manager also had a huge hand in making this deal work. I purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger from Gary Yeomans Palm Bay Ford. After driving it for 60,000 miles, I made a trade for family reasons. I returned to the dealership and started the process for my extended warranty refund and Jarrett Salisbury assisted me with the paperwork. Jarrett went out of his way to help me. Adam Camacho was an excellent salesman making sure that we got the things we really wanted in our purchase and was super personable while he did it.I wanted to follow up to add in the Jose Ramos was our first salesman and is super responsive to all of our needs. Update: Still beyond happy with my car!! Go see John Nitti at Palm Bay Ford. He will take care of you like family!!!Came in with not very high expectations. Still working on credit, still saving, and with a paid off much older vehicle. But John Nitti(my brother in law) and his team worked their magic without making us feel pressured. Laid it all out on the table(even any fine print). Completely open and honest. Gave my husband and I time to talk in between about what we wanted to do. Finally came to a deal with what we wanted and what we were comfortable with. Now our family has a reliable vehicle with a warranty that has us safely covered and protected.
