We recently bought a new Ford Explorer Limited 2024 from Gary Yeomans Ford at Palm Bay.We traded in our Ford Explorer 2020 ST model. We wanted to trade into a more fuel efficient model.Ford Explorer cars are very comfortable!Nicholas Vargas was our sales associate. He is very friendly and professional and provides a lot of valuable information that was important for making our decisions to this purchase.Also, Jorge L�pez was very attentive and provided lots of good recommendations.Matthew was super cheerful, and he was able to get me into shooting a 3-point basket with a chance to win a $500 discount if I would make the basketball shot which I did! Chase in the Finance Dept. was really knowledgeable, providing good advice with the extended warranties available for purchase after Factory Warranty expiration. They offer an excellent Ford warranty!We are very pleased we had a good experience at this dealership and look forward to doing business again in the near future.Thanks!M & J

It was our pleasure to drive from Ft Lauderdale to Palm Bay to meet and verify that the car listed was accurate the way it was described by sales representative Jamal he was detailed and outstanding in getting us to come and check it out for ourselves-I had made mention that I did t want to waste our time since my previous experience with another dealer was all lies - he was very nice and assured all info was as he said!We also had a wonderful experience with Zaccchery in the financial dept he was a pleasure to work with - those were the two outstanding guys in making the transaction worth our almost 3 hour drive !Looking forward to driving my new car for years to come ! Not the place to bring your older vehicles for diagnostics. They don t have the time of day to spend on your vehicle. They acted like they were doing me a favor by looking at my 2006 ford they spent 20 minutes on it and sent it back to parking lot saying they need to do more diagnostics later . They didn t have the time to do it all at once. If ur vehicle isn t new and a computer can not diagnose it for the mechanic then don t go here.Over $200 for diagnostics. And you better hope the scanner can quickly diagnose it. Other wise plan on not being a priority

Update: Went in again for another service maintenance. Had the works done. My service advisor was Tyler again. Once again he is awesome. Got me in and out in a timely manner. Very professional, polite. Kept me informed of my services and brought to my attention other services my vehicle may need. He was never pushy or over barring. Was willing to make another appt in the near future for other services. I will always use Tyler for as long as I have any of my maintenance services done here. Thanks again Tyler S. for the AMAZING service!!!!Had a great experience. Tyler S. was the gentleman who helped with our services. My biggest concern was going and having to wait for an extended period of time with my rambunctious 3 year old. We were told only an hour wait. I was welcomed to the customer lounge with my 3 year old. They offered all kinds of snacks, water, coffee/espresso machine. The time actually went by very quickly. We had the works oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. Literally were there just an hour. Customer service from Tyler was swift, courteous and respectful. Thank you Tyler for making my experience comfortable and quick!!!!

Took in my 23 Bronco for its first service this week. Id like to give a shout out to both Derek (Advisor) and Mike (Tech). They were both extremely professional and provided above average customer service. I was really impressed with their willingness to address any and all my concerns. They went above and beyond to making sure I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend having these two service your vehicle. Cant express my gratitude enough. Thanks!!

Egor, was very helpful and one of the few people at this dealership who was honest and credible. He constantly showed attention to detail, followed up in a timely manner and DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO.You can be thankful that he was my salesman, because if it wasn t for his professionalism I was ready to cancel my deal and take my business elsewhere.Also Ricky the sales manager, Alex in finance, Kate in operations and Cindy the financial secretary were very helpful and good after I had expressed dissatisfaction with some of your other employees conduct and unethical business practices.

Spent the day with Jamal Wilson. He is the best. Took the time to help us make a decision. No rushing or pushing us to buy something we didn't want or couldn't afford. I'm sure my husband and I will have many happy miles traveling around in our 2023 Bronco Sport. Thank you to Gary Yeoman's Ford and thank you to Jamal. We will be repeat customers for sure.

Been coming to Palm Bay Ford for about 5 years now. Got assigned to DJ for service manager and it s been nothing but perfect when dealing with him! Honest, humble and listens to all your questions! I bought my car here new 4 years ago. A year and half after purchasing it the battery died. I brought it in and they replaced it. Today 1 1/2 years later my battery died again. I called and the woman told me not only do I have the extended warranty and premiere maintenance plan my battery has a 3 year warranty on it. She told me to call roadside assistance they will give me a jump so I can get there. I did and roadside informed me that my warranty expired. I called the service department back again and she said well either way your battery is under warranty so I called my insurance company and they came and gave me a jump. Mind you this will be my third battery in 4 years in a brand new car.I get to Palm Bay ford and Sean tells me the first battery was under warranty and this one isn t. I said how is that I just replaced it less than two years ago. He said they don t issue a new one one a new battery. So I asked for the manager the manger walks over and says (without listening) to me im not giving you a new one. This is not my problem . He then opens the door for me and shooed me away.I called ford customer service but they couldn t help me because it s a part not the car but did say it should be under warranty I have had nothing but problems with them and stopped using them and started going to Kelly ford awhile ago but figured since I got the battery there I should go there.Terrible customer service they could care less. Last straw I was there a couple years ago for an oil change they took my car pulled it around changed the sticker and told me I was done. I said you didn t do the oil change and she said she didn t have time to argue with me. I left there went to Kelly and they reassured me the oil change was NOT done.Stay away from here !!Service: Battery

I was sold a car with $6000 in repairs the dealership swore up-and-down and to God himself that the car was problem free it had. No leaks, no bad noises coming from it, They claim to inspect the vehicles and if they fail inspection they won't take it in which I now know is a lie. My so called problem free car had an oil leak it had a ruined tensioner and timing belt and more...... We are reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to try and report this place and we're sending them a copy of the car repair receipt for payment. After that it'll be up to God what is done with these evil people if you have any common sense Or any grasp. On reality Stay the hell away from this place.

I have had real bad luck with their service department, specifically with Chris. My 21 F150s rear window defrost wasn't working so since it was under warranty I took it to them to get it repaired. That was in October and it is now June. I reached out 5 times and left voice mails requesting status of the part. The few times I get a hold of Chris he told me there was an issue and they are reordering the part. I have never gotten a call back.

Yesterday my husband and I had our 2017 Ford transit in for an oil change and tire rotation. When we purchased this vehicle, we also purchased a service and maintenance plan through the Ford dealer as well.When I called to make the appointment for service, I ensured that they knew the above. The woman on the phone assured me that they would check the plan prior to completely service and discuss with us. When my husband dropped our transit off, he was assured the same. The services were provided without looking into the plan and without informing us that there was be a maximum allowed for the service to be completed. We were not notified of this until after when we were asked to pay 228$ of the 348$ for an oil change and tire rotation.I feel as though the communication during this service was completely lacking and if there was going to be such a large fee for something we thought would be covered, we should ve been informed and allowed to make the decision to continue or decline service. Instead we were left with no choice but to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a very simple service.I can t say that we will be returning to have other maintenance services or repairs completed. Not strictly because of the cost but because of the lack of communication and transparency from this dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris was great leading us into the right direction and putting us in the hands of Jean-Paul (JP). Wonderful salesman. Great customer service with JP. He was very informative and went above and beyond to meet our vehicle needs. With his great help, I purchased my first vehicle today! Best buying experience here. Customer satisfaction is important to them here and it was definitely shown.

Went there to get the works done with my ford fusion. A couple weeka later, my car shook and was having issues. Related or not, before I head back from work, I checked under the took for a cause of the issue. I for this tool laying there. Thank god nothing serious happened. Never trusting this service center again!

This is a very shady dealership, they had a used car for sale at a decent price so I called them and asked them if I can test drive it and they responded by saying come on down. Well I did and they gave me a song and dance and was told the vehicle in question was in Denver Colorado and they tried to sell me a brand new vehicle. This was definitely bait and switch to the max.

Me and my wife went there and told them our down payment and our budget. They showed me a good car but was a little above our budget. We sead ok. But they took a week to have my wife sign the final paperwork. When she signed it without me there they upped the price again and when she called to talk to someone about it all they afforded he was a mor expense option with bigger payments. If I was there the second time I would have given my car back. They took advantage of her being by herself. A friend of mine had a similar experience.

Jason Lewis, our salesman, listened to our goals for a new truck and how we wanted to use it. He took the time to show us everything that would accomplish those goals and then made his recommendation for best fit. He made our buying experience extremely easy and stress free. Ricky Modesto was our sales manager and closed the deal with no pressure or back and forth. Great experience. I highly recommend!

Worked with JP in sales. He helped me get my 2018 Edge. Never felt pressured with him. I ve been looking into getting an Edge for a few months and haven t found the one I wanted until JP was helpful and patient and never pressured me. The manager Mike was great too. He helped by working with finance to get me a payment I could afford. Thanks guys!!
