Recently needed a new set of tires for my 2010 Frontier. Doing my own research on which brand and type plus availability I decided on Firestone LE3. I made an appointment using their website and understood the cost and fees for replacing my tires. I arrived on time, worked with my advisor and made the transaction. They were on time with my appointment and did a fine job mounting the tires. They also honor a military discount which helps keep the overall cost down. As long as these tire perform as expected I have no issues and can recommend the Firestone tire and service center.

Very bad customer service particularly towards women. This is a two-year old incident, but because of what I witnessed and experienced, I never and would never go back. While waiting a while (loo long) to speak with the employees about repairing my tire, I witnessed a woman and an employee arguing about extra work that she didn't want done on her car. She insisted that she didn't want the work done and they were pressuring her and insisting on doing the extra work. After several minutes of back and forth arguing, she resorted to having to get her husband on the phone and they deferred to him. The lady was very angry and upset with her treatment- she stated to them, "I'm not an idiot!" because they were treating her like one. They were very disrespectful towards her. There were several other customers present. I should've left then, but by then I had time involved with already waiting about a 1/2 hour, and as I didn't see the entire incident, I decided to stay because I had this nail in my tire, and I thought it would be an easy, quick fix. Instead, they tried to rip me off; they claimed my tire with a nail in it was not repairable and they wanted to sell me a new tire. They insisted that I needed a new tire. My tire was not flat or low on air (it was two years old). They argued with me and did not want to repair my tire-this went on for a couple of minutes. I insisted that they remove the nail, so they finally and reluctantly did. They plugged it (or I paid for a plug and the labor) and I left. End result: Two disagreements with two women within an hour and a 1/2 or so in front of several other waiting customers = not a good look. Incidentally, that repaired tire lasted two more years and I drove about 20,000 more miles on it when I had the whole set replaced recently. I'm glad about the repair being done correctly, but what they put me through was unprofessional, disrespectful, unsettling and rude.

I have always been satisfied with the service I receive at the Palm Bay Firestone. They are honest and upfront when dealing with their customers -- a rarity in this day and age. I always recommend them when anyone asks for a reputable auto repair shop.

Outstanding service! We had to have a battery that was still under warranty replaced and they took care of us on-the-spot in about 30 minutes. I've had problems with vendors giving push-back on warranty work, but there was none of that here. These guys stand by their products and honor their agreements.

After scheduling a day and time to mount my new tires, they called and said they couldn't do it. Just another greedy company that wants every dime, so I found a local reputable shop to mount the new tires. It's pretty sad that a tire store couldn't handle the job, but it's no surprise considering it's just another rip-off pit stop.

The friendly knowledgeable staff was able to order a tire for next day installation, when a competitor claimed the tire was discontinued and unavailable. All they were interested in was selling me something I did not want. Understanding there was a small up-charge on ordering a competitors tire, was well worth it. The staff at Firestone did not hesitate to order the tire I needed and was happy to instal it next day as well.

I was satisfied with the service I received and how well the team communicated with me. One of the team members called me from his personal mobile phone due to a lightning strike nearby that knocked out the phone lines at this location. I appreciated the extra effort in communicating with me especially since I dropped off the vehicle for service.

Had a 10am appointment for an alignment. Showed up at 9:45, checked in and sat down in the lobby. By 11:15, the car still hadn't moved. When I inquired what the status was and how much longer it would be, the service advisor walked out and checked. Turns out they were using the alignment rack for a service bay and there was no timetable for when that vehicle would be complete. The service advisor handed me the key and just said you'll have to come back. That was it... No apology, no offer to reschedule. What a waste of a Saturday morning. Poor communication & management. They had clearly forgotten about the appointment and that I was sitting in the lobby.Response to the owner: I called 1-800 # that day to report the issue. Never got a response, so a review was left here. I'm not sending an email. I'm not putting any more effort into this. You have enough information. If you wanted to rectify the situation, you would have.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Poor vehicle repair skills. The worst Firestone I've ever been to. Don t come here.After I came here for an oil change & battery replacement, the air conditioning suddenly stopped working when I left. I returned immediately, and what made me angry was that I had to pay an extra few hundred of dollars to repair it. They had no excuse for it!!! And the AC stopped working again today!!! Never had such an issue with my vehicle before I coming here.I now deeply regret coming here.FMI, I made an appointment for an oil change and battery replacement but it took 3 hours. And the AC repair took 2.5 hours. Can you believe how inefficient their service is?

I had a flat tire from a screw, I called at 545 to see if they can work me in the last minute. They told me to come in. The shop was very busy but they got me in and out in an hour with no charge. The men behind the desk were courteous and kind

I used to think that I loved Firestone, the truth is, I just worked with one particularly good individual, and the company is not great overall. They have been rude and dismissive. They have told me that my car was not worth their time to fix. Outside of the one good employee I initially met, every experience I have had with Firestone has been, and continues to be negative, even at other places.

Went there with a check engine light. They had me spend close to $1000. Engine lights back on with same exact trouble codes. They literally sent me to go to another shop because "they're not equipped to that type of service"

Firestone Complete Auto Care in Palm Bay never fails to fix my car PROPERLY the FIRST TIME. So may other places do not have the quality of service as this Firestone. Employees are delightful to talk to and very knowledgeable. I would rank their customer service 11 out of 10.

I needed a new battery and stopped by Firestone on Palm Bay Road. They were very busy. I did not have an appointment but they got my car in fast and replaced the battery. Every employee I spoke with was professional and helpful. Thank you for excellent service. It s rare these days in any business.

Set up an appointment for 11am for an oil change and to check my engine to see if there were any issues. Was told it d be done by 3pm so I gave them the keys and left. Came back at 3:20 since I received no call. They haven t even looked at my car. Was told excuses of being busy and having other priorities and saying they re the busiest car shop in brevard. They said it ll be done by 4:15 and I gave them the benefit of the doubt only to find out they needed more time about 2 hours and that the oil change being over $100 for a small fiat. They close at 5 so I knew they were never gonna look at my car. Do not recommend, try your luck elsewhere maybe the Firestone on Babcock.

This can be from 1 to 5 stars. Let me explain.Started going there in 2007 when I moved here. Always 5 stars, they were great, and over time, it's gone downhill in a few key areas.Have bought many sets of 4 tires and lifetime alignment from them on numerous vehicles. Most of the time, they last, and I get my money out of them.Now, the bad, and I know it's not an isolated problem on one trip.I purchased tires and a lifetime alignment, and I take the car there for all oil changes and tire rotations. Well, this time, they called me and stated how bad the tires are. The tread is worn down on the outside of the tires, etc. The mechanic will not do a tire rotation. "Tires are not safe." I then I see a huge problem because the tires are yours, I bought the alignment package, and I always bring the car to you. So what I am hearing is that your mechanics are not rotating the tires or paying attention because they can't go that bad that fast. " They then stated the tires I bought they no longer make. (Their brand of tires). These tires were 40k tires, I believe.The saving grace: After the weekend, I spoke to the manager, and he kinda fixed the issue. But know I will be marking the tires to see if they actually rotate the wheels like they should be.Why would I continue to go there? It's their tires, their I want my money's worth but I will check their work.From 2007 to 2021 or so, I was always very happy with them. It seems like the last 2 years they dropped the ball here and there.If they actually do what they say, I will update the stars to reflect that. Time will tell.

The employee at the front desk (Sherry) was so kind, oratory and courteous to each and every customer, no matter how pushy, anxious, boisterous, worried, or rude they were! It was a pleasure, while waiting on my vehicle, to sit and watch her interact with everyone that approached the desk.

On 4/9/21 getting cars ready to go on long trip out of state, I had purchased 2 Primewell Valera 50k mile tires among other services. Technician "Esteban 17" Today I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires so I check all 4. Funny thing is, I only have 1 of the Primewell Valera tires I bought on my car and its only had oil changes this past year! They never installed the 2 tires I paid for, only 1!!!! We brought all 5 of our family vehicles to this location multiple times throughout the years. I am so floored to learn of such deception from them. What else did they charge us for without bothering to do? Don't go to these guys, they likely have done this to more than just us.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Excellent customer service! First time I entered the garage I immediately sensed that I was dealing with totally Honest. & trust worthy , reliable business. I'm 71 years old and great grandmother, been lied to and overcharged way too m any times, But I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE. My teenage granddaughter goes there and my daughter also! I called on a Sunday at 4:13 pm to get a tire repaired. They said as long as it is here by 4:30, they can get it done. I pulled up at 4:23 and was out the door at 4:53. They do quick, quantity work at Firestone. I would strongly recommend them.
