This collision shop broke the antena to my vehicle and refused to fix it after they broke it. The radio 100% worked after the accident prior to picking up my vehicle from this shop and now is completed broken. We even drove the vehicle for about a month after the accident with perfect radio prior to being able to drop it off at the shop. I would never recommend this shop to friends or family. We have even brought our car to an automatic car wash numerous times without incident. Now the first time we bring it after getting the vehicle from this shop the antena fell off mid wash. The shop states their employees know far too and are skilled employees where they would never have broken the antena. End of story. Now the shop refuses to take any phone calls from me to discuss the matter further. Not a company I wish to do business with.

I was pleasantly surprised by how painless this process was. My rental car was routed through enterprise, and the work was done a little bit early. I was alerted by a text with status updates throughout the entire process. My staff was extremely friendly and professional.

UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS AND MULTIPLE FAILURES TO COMMUNICATE!! We dropped our vehicle off at Classic Collision for paint due to hail damage. Despite it being dropped off, for paint, they kept our vehicle for 2 weeks and did other unauthorized repairs and no paint. We were never given a report of work to be done before they started nor did they seek permission to proceed. Progressive was also partly at fault as they also failed to communicate and agreed to make it right and fix the paint. I spoke with Thomas at Classic Collision and arranged a time to finish the repair and was told it would take 2-3 days as he knew we couldn t afford another rental car. I called later that day to reschedule for a better time and was told Thomas had left early. I did not receive a call back so I tried again 2 days later and he had also left early, but the guy who answered the phone said it was ok to drop off the vehicle on the day I requested. Vehicle was dropped off. On day 3, I haven t received a call saying when to pick it up so I call for an update. Turns out the vehicle is not done so now I have no way to take my special needs child to his therapy appointments. Classic Collision says they thought I was dropping it off later in the week, but yet again didn t bother to call me to discuss it. The lack of communication is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I had lots of hail damage on my Mustang but now it looks new again. They worked with the insurance so I didn't have to do anything! Great Job Guys!!! Thanks

By far the worst company to go through for any body work repairs! I can t stress this enough save your money and your time. Poor customer service, supervisor doesn t reason with customers as well as poor communication between the whole staff. By far a money hungry company that is all they care about. Service provided was not satisfactory.

!!*</(CAUTION)\>#DANGER#</(WARNING)\>*!!This shop is totally irresponsible and negligent of their customer's cars and of the safety of their clients.They checked of and released one of their customer's cars with significant safety issue, ie. The horn and the seat belts not working.Be sure to be through reviewing any work you have done by this shop, your health and wellbeing may be at risk.

Not sure how Classic Collision of Palm Bay was able to get my friends extremely VALID AND ACCURATE review publicly removed, so I m posting a review myself. Google is NOT supposed to allow businesses to remove bad reviews. I mean, if businesses can do that, then the whole purpose of having reviews is pointless!!!I went with my friend to this shop when she dropped off her vehicle after the accident. I only wish I had taken a screenshot of her review. It was very lengthy and very detailed and very accurate! The entire experience with Classic Collision has not been pleasant. This is far from just a customer service complaint. I will sum it all up very briefly, this shop let the repaired vehicle leave the shop with a safety issue!!!So on behalf of the purple Rav4, classic collision, is a true ONE star due to their NEGLIGENCE.

I called and scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate to repair hail damage. Once I got there, they asked me who I had for insurance, and I stated AllState. They guy went to the back office and came back out only to tell me that they don't work with Allstate and can't give me a quote. I asked him to please give me a cash estimate because I wasn't sure if I was going to report the claim with my insurance. He looked at me and said, "Sorry, we can't help you." I was either being lied to or discriminated against. I have never heard of such a thing nor experienced anything like this. I will never return to this company, nor will I ever refer anyone here. Especially a single woman!!

Needed some body work after someone backed into the Subaru. It took a while for the repairs since they had to wait for parts from Japan but the work was excellent. The paint match was perfect and the seams line up perfectly. All in all, very happy with the work done on the Crosstrek.

These people are amazing!!! This is the second time that they have repaired my 2011 Toyota Corolla, and each time they have made it look as good as new. My direct contact person was Rachel Davis and she was very professional and informative. She feels like an "old friend" that I totally trust to make sure that everything is repaired to the highest standards. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and I have not met the guys in the shop, but their work is excellent!! Even the owner went out of his way to arrange a ride for my daughter and I so we could leave the car for a more thorough estimate. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work on their automobile.

This place is HORRIBLE!! For years this was a reputable place until they were bought by classic collision. My truck was taken here after a rear end collision. The truck was hit by a car while I was at a red light. It hit it hard enough to bend the frame and bend the bed down. This place completed the initial estimate which included a partial frame and just a bed box floor. Mind you this is a aluminum F150. After waiting nearly a month this place never started to work on my truck when question several times it was either parts were on order or the manager was out sick. I then finally decided to go in and spoke to Billy Joe she definitely dosent know what she was doing or talking about. My truck had after market stuff that was on it bed cover, badging, and a linex bed liner. She informed me they don't do after market parts period. I had to call gieco and they assured the truck would be returned to me in the condition it was in before the accident. I spoke to Billy Joe again and they wanted me to take the truck to linex so the gieco rep. Informed them they would be doing it. After another week I checked my ford pass app. And my truck was never started or moved. I called the gieco rep. and she had my truck moved to paradise ford in cocoa. Come to find out this place was going to do a hack job on my new truck. The bed on a aluminum ford cannot be torn apart and bed flooring replaced. This was told to me by a ford dealer (paradise ford) also the partial frame replacement is not recommended due to affecting the structural integrity. Again ford is replacing the whole thing. Do yourself a favor avoid this shop at all cost. Im glad my truck was moved. this place is HORRIBLE I would give it negative stars if I could im sure they will have a generic response!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

One of Progressives preferred repair facilities, took awhile to get the parts but worth the wait. My car had 3k miles on it and I was very concerned about fit and finish of the 6.5k damage. I am very happy with the service and the quality of repair, looks like new again!!

This place has gone down hill since they changed names. They use to be Americas Best Certified Auto Body. ABCAB handled my car after a bad accident in 2020. I was so happy with them, when I had a simple repair to be done, I immediately thought of them. Wasn't thrilled when I heard the name change but I got the estimate done fast. Parts were being ordered, should be in the following week.That's when the similarity ended from my previous experience.That week came and went. I called the following week, still not in but should be in next week. STILL NOT IN. That's all I kept hearing. Every time I'd be told another week and we'll call you. I never heard from them.Well after 2 months of this waiting game, I went somewhere else for my repair. It's been over a month since I last called them and I still haven't heard they got the parts in yet. I'll tell them I don't need them anymore, if they ever call me. Which I doubt.

Great company, awsome customer service kept me up to date the entire time they had the car. Car was ready on time even kept the car 2 days longer because we were away. Car looks immaculate, like nothing ever happened, body looks great color matched perfectly. Thank you again for your service. They sound under staffed when I called. My insurance company sent me the store in Palm Bay even though it happened in Fort Lauderdale cause I m leaving the country and had my girlfriend closer and was going to take lead before I could fully explain the Manager said I should have done the repair estimate in lauderdale, all my claim information was sent 5 days ago to them and Christmas holidays in between. I had to call them to see if I m in the system which I was but no call back to acknowledge. I m sure it s a good business but right now negative people

My car was hit pretty severely in an accident and I was so worried about my car being fixed (this was my first new car!). Rachel and Ritchie really helped make the situation so much less stressful. Rachel contacted me every week to update me on progress and had even went out of her way to provide me with requested paperwork.We initially had a bit of a hiccup when picking up my vehicle, so I spoke with Ritchie and he helped with getting everything handled. Ritchie is the manager I believe. He had personally called me after the solution as well as before the car was ready for pickup. My car looks better than it did before it was in th accident. I got hit in Melbourne last month while visiting my sister, I live in south Florida. I was worried about how my 2014 Toyota was going to come out after being fixed. Well I certainly picked the right shop! My car looks better than it did, honestly as good as it did when I bought it. There was a few day delay on parts but no biggie they communicated with me well. I would bring my car here even though I don't live local just due to their premium workmanship. Can't say enough for these guys and gals. Overly happy. Thanks for your hard work!!!!

The last time I had an accident in a car was '88 and the repair work was subpar, so, when I needed repair for passenger side damage my stomach dropped. I figured my Charger would never be the same. I was totally wrong. America's Best kept my mind at ease through the whole process by leaving me messages all along the way. They even worked with me on pricing and gave a totally 100% like new repair. The color match is Amazing and their detail work after had the whole car gleaming!!! I'm needing a repaint on the front bumper because of baked on Love Bug goo (Yuk!). Definitely going back to America's Best. When you need it done Right... Fast... and Professionally... After a car accident America's Best Certified auto did a wonderful job fixing our car. They were quick to do the many repairs and courteous with phone calls and when we picked our car up. We highly recommend them.

Due to a serious problem with a repair shop in Georgia, we had to take our truck to a reliable shop for a complete "do over". We found the people at America's Best to be helpful, informative and concerned. Working with Progressive Ins., America's Best went above and beyond to get our truck repaired. They exceeded our expectations.

Friendly office staff kept good communication throughout collision repair process. Quality and accuracy of repair was excellent, with clear explanations of items on bill. They have a good rapport with Enterprise car rental on Palm Bay Rd., so any rental car pick up/drop off is easy to manage. America's Best takes good care of their customers from start to finish.

The right rear fender of my 2019 Toyota Corolla was bashed in from a recent accident. The mechanics at this shop made it look like new again. You can't even tell that the damage was ever there, which is exactly the kind of result you'd hope for when going to a body shop. Jim (who I believe is the owner) had very good communication throughout the process. He called me every other day to keep me updated on the car and his interactions with the insurance company. While I've only been to this shop once, I'd definitely go back based on the results.

Brought my 2014 Camaro to get the bumper repainted. Previous place that painted it, did a crappy job. I was extremely nervous about getting it done again but was referred by a friend who said they do exceptional work. My car looks Awesome. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for paint. I will definitely go back but hopefully not soon. :)

Office was nice enough, but forgot to order parts. Took two days extra to fix the truck. When I picked it up I noticed it was not straight, they told me I could come back and it could be straightened in 20 mins. When I went to bring it back I got nothing but attitude. Finally, set an appointment and they "forgot" I was coming. The tech decided he could spend a few minutes on it, the owner showed and after more than an hour it still was not straight. The owner blamed everything on something else even though it was his work and his crew that was rude. I called the claims adjuster and he said he would have his boss call me back, I never heard anything. Don't let Progressive send you to their shop.

Did an amazing job fixing my door (bent hinge). And knowing it was OoP for me they did it for a very reasonable price! So happy i chose them and will not only use them for every auto body repair but recommend them as well! Thanks guys! Very happy customer!

Well they assessed the car and the guy very clearly knows what he's doing. They actually refused to give me (technically not me but my insurance company) an estimate. I find this...annoying. That said my insurance is Silver Rock/Drivetime so ultimately it just means they have no patience for shady idiocy.I firmly believe that the customer is always right, within reason. It's unreasonable to ask a business owner to work with a client who has screwed them over in the past.When a company, especially in the auto repair industry, can be trusted to tell you the truth even if it cost them, they have earned full marks from me.I can't speak to their work, but I have full confidence they won't BS you or cheat you.If I need work on my other vehicles I won't hesitate to bring it to these guys.
