I was nervous letting someone work on my second (new to me) car, as I have never hired a detailer, but Brad impressed me!I got their interior package and the shampoo and condition add-on for seats. My main point of concern was the stains on my upholstery, Brad listened and took that into consideration. He did a far better job than what I could ever do myself. You can definitely tell he takes a ton of pride in his work!Overall, my experience with Brad s Automotive Detailing was a positive one. I am beyond happy with my restored car. It was wonderful meeting him, he is a professional and kind individual!

Brad detailed my car and my husband s car today! They both look show room ready! Absolutely beautiful work inside and out. His work is very meticulous and he pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful car that shines and looks brand new! His prices are reasonable also. We will definitely have Brad back again! Thanks so much!

Great job in the beginning until I actually rolled back my cameras and found out that I was charged for spray wax on my vehicle, which neither vehicles were applied spray wax underneath my seat in my wife s truck under the inside center console were never cleaned dirt all over the place inside of my windshield and my wife's never even cleaned still to this day, I cannot even see out my window in the sun neither can I out of my wife's vehicle. I've tried cleaning it several times myself and it will not come off. Brad offered to come redo the truck for free and I told him I didn t want nothing done for free. I just wanted done what I paid for a couple weeks ago. I give him a message to set something up as he requested me to do and basically told me he was irritated because the lack of conversation mind you I m a super busy person. I usually don t put bad reviews down, but this is a little bit ridiculous even offered to pay for a full detail again if you would offer discounted price due to the results. I get it people make mistakes it happens, however Brad has handled this super unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anybody by the way that he treated me. Again, Brad, if you re reading this, take my vehicles off your website.***update now we are receiving threats about litigation for mistakes this company has made to our vehicles*** We did nothing wrong here???? as a business owner myself when we make a mistake we always fix what we did wrong.

Brad is super conscientious about his work. He will clean your vehicle every bit as good as you yourself would , or maybe even better. He has all the proper equipment and knows how to use it. He has researched cleaning products and procedures and has a history of working in detailing work in different areas of the country. His prices are better than most in the area who have questionable reviews. You can't go wrong with him. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Brad was right on time, was very polite and had everything needed to detail my truck which was still dirty from a trip from FL to AK. I will definitely be doing his maintenance package to keep it sparkly! Brad did such a good job detailing the inside of my new car. He was able to eliminate 90 percent of the smoke odor that was inside. He took his time and paid attention to details. Will definitely use him again on this vehicle and others for both inside and outside detailing. We needed the exteriors of our truck and travel trailer detailed like yesterday. Our truck had a ton of scratches from offroading and there was tree sap on the siding of our travel trailer. Brad was able to tackle both in one day and now both look fantastic. Highly recommend!

On Sunday October 1st went to get in my journey only to find the passenger side window down! The night before it rained all night!! Needless to say the car was soaked! Thank goodness for Brad s automotive Detailing! He was able to extract all the water and do an interior and exterior clean that day!! So grateful!! Had a 2015 ford transit connect with a lot of water damage mold. He came and knocked this van out smells like new. Wouldn t let anyone else touch any of my vehicles. Super honest and does solid work! You get what you pay for.

Great, easy, and quick communication. Extremely professional and takes his time to make sure you are 110% satisfied!Bradley came out to tackle my SUV that was full of sand, cheetos, and other treasures left behind by my lovely children. He restored my headlights and also gave me some tips on upkeep.He was training a new associate (who was also great!) and I noticed a minor area wasn t completed after they had already finished and left. Bradley profusely apologized and came back first thing the next day to fix the small area that was missed. Brad did an excellent job on my 8.5x20 trailer, wash & wax, he camecto my house and was super professional, he also explained things extremely well, my trailer needed extra maintenance that I was unaware of, so he explained it all to me, I will be doing all that in the future with him! If anyone is looking for car detailing, I highly recommend Brads Automotive Detailing LLC. My challenger was a total mess... dirt, dog hair, definitely some coffee and protein shake spills Even some stains that have been there for years are gone. He was very communicative, professional, took his time and did an amazing job. My old girl is spotless and I would definitely use him again! The price is very reasonable, on top of that there was a sale going on so it was practically a steal

Brad was very professional and thorough. He took his time and even let me know that my back windshield wiper was messed up and scratching my rear window. My vehicle has never looked better and shinier even better than when I bought it! The inside was back to new after all the dirt and mess of having 4 toddlers. He made a 2003 car that sat for years that I think they left the windows open look new and smell so good.I didn't realize the headlights was clear lol.
