I thought I had already written a review, but maybe it was deleted or I used a different google account?But, I had originally left around a 3 or so. They were nice and everything, and communicative but I felt so ripped off. The AC in my 07 Chevy Cobalt went, and after everything was said and done, it was 700 for parts and labor to replace a melted control panel module or something. That was the price I was given over the phone. I walked in, and then it went up to 795. So I paid 800 dollars to have my AC repaired. It is now BROKEN AGAIN, not even six months later. Another place quoted me for less than half the price for parts and labor. I am very disappointed with the service I got and would tell anyone to avoid this place at all costs.

My car recently had a gas leak and Brad s Auto Service was able to take it in and fix it over the span of 2-3 days (due to being busy, but that was fine, and I needed a whole new part). There were two people I spoke to on the phone during the time my car had to be fixed - both were very nice, answered any questions I had, and were very helpful. I was grateful for the 10% student discount too, anything helps. My car has been doing great, I have a two year warranty on my new fuel tank, and there s been no problems. I definitely recommend this place and will probably go here again if I need to!

I originally came to Brad's Auto service for an oil change for my 2011 Honda Accord.. I knew something was going on with my power steering however I was hoping it was just the fluid. After doing the oil change rotating tires and checking all my fluids they found out it was my power steering pump. Very professional, was able to accommodate me right then and there. My car is running awesome! My steering I can do it with one finger LOL and the employees there are very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brad's Auto service, and I definitely will go back should anything arise with my car.

Booked service appointment online for routine oil change and tire rotation for my Mustang. Easy to schedule! I was greeted warmly and my car was taken in immediately, on time. The work was completed promptly with an inspection report. I paidu around $44 and was on my way home in less than an hour. Great job!! See you again in 3 months for the next oil change!

I recently visited Brad auto shop, and I was impressed by their service. The mechanics were professional, and the prices were fair. They fixed my Toyota RAV4 promptly, and I appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend Brad's Auto Service to anyone in need of reliable automotive repairs.

After taking my 2008 Scion to a few auto repair shops in Palm Bay and received conflicting diagnosis, Brads Auto service gave me an honest diagnosis! Their online repair and vehicle status feature is awesome! I received a list of recommended repairs needed with pictures of MY VEHICLES parts, the online System is detailed and straight forward. Thank you also for supporting Veterans!

What a great place. Worried about honesty? When they diagnose they take a picture and show you the problem on the computer before you agree to repair. It was awesome. They are d as easy to talk to and super honest. Prices are very reasonable. Great experience.

Brad's Auto Service DAMAGED the electrical system of my car, and I paid them to fix my AC which is still broken. They only offered me a warranty to go somewhere else after my trust with them was broken. STORY: I brought my 2008 Saab in to get the AC fixed. They are fine in doing simple things (recharge AC, etc.), but when they wanted to replace the AC core unit all the trouble happened. They did not test the electronics before work to suggest a proper place to get the work done. They immediately accepted the job. Turns out their system DOES NOT work on my car (only let me know after I paid and realized it was broken). They made me purchase a new part that didn t work or go somewhere else to PAY THEM to fix it. They did help pay, but the cost of time and energy is not worth it. Imagine not having a car for over 3 months! In addition, they destroyed my interior in the process. After having my car for over three months, I finally caved and got my car away from them. Would not suggest this company for anything over simple services. They will offer free service hours to fix things, but that is a trap to keep you dangling and purchase more. If you do use them, make sure to get everything in writing, test electronic system first, and a list of COMMON issues that happen with each service and how much it would cost. I felt SCAMMED. I must say Brad's Auto repair is one of the best mechanic shops I have been to since I have been here visiting in Florida and I've been to quite a few. My brother-in-laws Chevy equinox was giving him a lot of problems not only was Brad's Auto able to fix it but they diagnosed it very quickly and they were very honest the repair was very cost efficient and I'm extremely satisfied and so is my brother-in-law thank you so much Brad's Auto. Big shout out to Angie who was extremely polite kind and knowledgeable.

The staff at Brad's is amazing. People are always looking for an honest mechanic....look no further. They do great work in all aspects. And all services are more than reasonably priced. I've taken 2 used cars there for oil changes and overall inspections plus some minor fixes. Great work and service. I needed a new tire on my Silverado and asked them to quote it and they told me to have it done elsewhere because they'd be over-priced. They know what they're good at and won't screw you to make a buck. Can't recommend them enough.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Disregard my fianc�'s comment. First of all, my car was NOT in there for "3 weeks." It was longer than anticipated, yes, but the delays were not due to the shop. My 2005 Skyline R35/ G35 is a VERY difficult vehicle to get parts for, and seeing as how it's formerly a Minnesota car, the rust is kind of all over. Random parts break after they begin oxidizing. Additionally, many of the smaller components are only available through Nissan, and are in dwindling supply,Secondly, it is true, they don't have a "loaner" vehicle, however, this is not a dealership, so they don't have the resources available to just loan out a car to every person that comes in.Lastly, they are very fair. Decent prices, warranties (when applicable), military discount, and very personable staff. I dropped ~$3,500 today and I would only give that much business to this shop!!

Went in for oil change. It was quick and efficient and the staff was courteous and professional. I was informed of some additional work the car needed accompanied by an estimated cost of those repairs. I am grateful that they are looking out for me. These people do not respect your time or your money. They've had my husband's car going on 3 weeks. Keep saying they are looking for a part, never mentioned calling the manufacturer directly and getting it overnighted. Don't have loaner cars here either. Do not recommend, steer clear.

They seemed really good very professional. I thought I was having a problem with a gas leak but after them checking it a couple of times they couldn't find one.This is second time I have used Brad's this time my turn signals, horn and my driver's side door would not close properly. They fixed the horn and the door and advised me I had a short in the lighting system and refered me electrical specialist.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance

My check engine light came on, I took to AutoZone and got a free print out, so I knew what the problem was. My husband changed the part but I still felt hesitation when driving so I took it to Brads. I told them I knew why the light was on and had changed out the part but still had hesitation. After having my car all day, they called and said the light was on cause I needed to change that part. Waist of my time and I still paid $90 for the diagnostic fee.. that I ALREADY KNEW!!! I wanted the hesitation fixed, they said that would take more investigation . They had the car ALL day!! Not a fan, won t be back!!!! Listen when people tell you what the problems they are having!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went in to have my AC repaired. Staff is friendly, kept me up to date with what they were doing, and they did a good job. But, I'm just super disappointed that over the phone I was told the total price for parts and labor; and then I come in to pick it up the next morning and suddenly it's $70 more than what I was told. They showed me the break down, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

I had a great experience with this company . They were very professional and helpful. I was very surprised at how low the cost was! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs auto repairs! I really like the decor I am going to donate a Texaco memorabilia to have them put in there waiting room!

My husband, like a lot of us, he is super stressed.. up coming surgery on his brain, we re moving to Ocala at the end of the month, job transfer, just a list of things and to top it off our 2019 Mazda is acting up. When your hubby is pulling his hair out at a breaking and then has a sigh of relief after getting off the phone with a mechanic speaks volumes! This team is friendly, knowledgeable, gave valuable advise and provided excellent service. Will be using them for all our vehicles. Can t say thank you enough for your kindness, advise and overall service.

I really like Brads auto, I ve been there twice and was treated very well. The office lady is very friendly and helpful. The work gets done quickly and they don t mess up your car. Great experience from start to finish. Angie was so helpful and kept me updated on getting my a/c compressor ordered and replaced. Hector was the mechanic who did the work on my car and I highly recommend him but I have no doubt that everyone who works there is great at their job. I will definitely be going back there for my regular oil changes and any other service.Service: A/C installation & repair

The battery light on our vehicle turned on, and after getting it checked at the auto parts store, we were told it was the charging system. I called four local mechanics that we have used in the past. Each service center advised us it would be at least a week to even get the car in to diagnose the problem. We are a family of three drivers and two cars, so having one car non-functioning is extremely difficult. We found Brads and they advised us they could look at it first thing the next morning, so we dropped it off that night. At 8:30am I received a text that our vehicle was checked in. Around 10am I received a call and was advised it was the alternator and was quoted a price to repair which I immediately approved. By 2pm I received a call that our vehicle was ready for pick up! I truly can not thank Brads enough for getting to our vehicle so fast and repaired days before any other mechanic would have taken even taking a look at it. Brads is always going to be my first call for service. Thank you!Service: Electrical repair
