The customer service is lacking. I haven't not been to an AutoZone that wouldn't help with recycling oil. Wait... No, they helped me - they made me carry my oil to the back room (employees only area) and pour it in a bin myself. They also made me take my bottles back. Why even bother advertise you help with this.

Always issues with their oil recycling everytime I come here, last time they made me walk to the back of the store and pour it myself and I ve never had a place do that before

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They had 4 clerks and 2 customers One clerk on phone and 2 clerks helping out 1 person. They saw me standing there and yet one clerk goes over to answer phone. These people are completely clueless. Will never use Auto Zone anywhere cause of these lame people working for this company.

What a great experience. I had battery issues. Went there got the battery checked. They also checked my alternator. It was a battery problem. Since I bought the battery there. They replaced it for free with no questions asked. Great staff and very friendly. Thank you so much.

Don t expect these people to give you a deal on anything. They pretend to help, but they search for product with the highest priced on purpose and make it seem like it s the only one you can get. Meanwhile there are cheaper options, they just hide them from you.

Had an amazing experience at this AutoZone. Upon arrival it was a bit busy but well managed. Angel assisted me with a new battery for my car and made sure I was well taken care of the entire time. He provided exceptional customer service and kept me updated the entire time. Gracias por todo, te agradezco

I had to drive all the way to 192 AutoZone just to get a rewards discount I asked for multiple times Chris C the sales manager and Steve were nothing but disrespectful and very unprofessional. When I came back to let them know they were wrong they proceeded to make me feel like a problem I don t understand how you can spend 100s at a business and the workers treat you like you are replaceable and not them .

I needed a new battery and the gentleman who helped me had a new one installed within minutes. My battery is under the windshield wiper cowl so it can be tricky to change, but he made it look effortless. Always have good experiences at this location.

I went to auto zone this past week and I have been helped by Angel. He provided such great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable! Whenever my car was powered on, none of the gauges would come on. I couldn t figure out what was going on until I brought my car over to auto zone. He exhausted all options possible and towards the end of it my battery was replaced and the gauges started to work again. He explained why it could happen. Overall, I am happy with the services that were provided! Definitely saved me an arm and leg from having to go to the dealership.

I just left AutoZone and a man named Ron and a man named Angel helped me. I used the diagnostic tool to check out what was wrong with it It didn't throw any codes Then we checked the battery and it was that, one of the cables was loose on the battery which made it die quicker due to arcing. It was still under warranty and we replaced it just like that and they were really busy and helping multiple people at once and doing a great job at all of it. Highly recommend good people!

Extremely helpful and kind. I forget the employee s name that rides the motorcycle. He helped me put my mats in and screw my plate cover on and gave me great advice about putting waxx on my bumper to keep those PESKY lovebugs off . Worked like a charm on those long highway drives . Really great vibe . Not condescending or too busy to notice you needing help .
