I was recommended to this business by a local used car dealership. Rich and Lisa took the time to listen to my predicament with a newly purchased vehicle and have been great to work with throughout the process of getting that issue diagnosed. They provided great feedback and I will be working with them to inspect vehicles that I am considering purchasing for one of my children. This is a family owned and operated business and they seem to genuinely care for their customers. I have no doubt that they will be honest and I plan to make them my go to auto shop because of how I was treated.

Rich and Lisa run a Top Notch Auto RepairBusiness. I have been taking my vehicles to them for several years. If you are looking for a Trustworthy and Honest place to take your vehicle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.No pressure sales tactics and no unneeded Snake oil services. They truly treat their customers like family.

Awesome place!! Rich easily fixed my car s electrical wiring issue with affordable price. When Kia dealership suggested me to change entire wiring harness it would cost few grant, Rich just replaced problematic wires and my car runs perfect!! This shop will be my goto place when I need my cars get done.

A&A has been the stand out in my long experience with auto repair shops. Most shops are viewed as a necessary evil, but a select few stand out with integrity and a real sense of morality over a quick buck. A&A is one of those shops on whom you can rely to be honest about your vehicle and its repair/maintenance needs. They won't do unnecessary work to pad the repair bill. In fact, they will inform you that things for which you may have asked are not necessary and are unnecessarily costly. If anything changes with the original repair plan A&A will call and clear it with you first with a detailed explanation of the reasons. Thanks A&A!EDIT UPDATE! I see two 1 star reviews on here and 35 some odd 5 star. Please, anyone reading these reviews needs to remember that there are shady people on both sides of relationships and Rich (the owner) IS NOT ONE OF THEM.I have had multiple vehicles (big family) in to Rich and his staff over the last 7-8 years and he is always honest, up front and knowledgeable. I am an engineer by day and historically fixed most of my automotive problems. That was until I found Rich and I now have a trusted partner in anything that breaks on our multiple older vehicles. He even lets me talk and explain what troubleshooting I had done so far. I have nothing but good to say about Rich and his family shop. I will literally die if he ever retires. This is one of the best auto repair shops I have ever used. Both Lisa and Rich are cordial and helpful when you call. They are incredibly straightforward and honest. Rich is also a very experienced and capable mechanic. I have used them multiple times for three of my personal vehicles and will continue to use A & A Auto Techs for service and repair in the future. Their prices are competitive and you get things done right!

2007 cadilac,not only is this shop fair, this shop went way out of there way to fix my caddi, rich is awesome and iam so happy too meet rich and lisa, rich tells ya strait, his pricing is very fair. We still have more to do, god willing ,no other shop but A&A will touch this car! Shops like this are becoming extinct. If your car is in need of repair this is the place to bring your car or truck , i wish i could give ten stars i would , Rich ,thank you , thank you,Ten stars

They were able to fit me in for a radiator leak and battery change right away when my car was breaking down across the street at auto zone. Although my radio stopped functioning right after the battery was put in, it came back to life about a week later (after market reset) the owner offered to pay 1/2 if it wasn t going to work and needed replacement. Luckily it was a rare glitch that didn t need the fix. I appreciate a&a service and honesty. Will be back in the future if needed. Thank you!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Rich worked on my dodge ram laramie replaced the lifters and camshaft one year ago after other mechanic shops told me i had to replace the motor super perfecional thats why I took my truck a couple weeks ago because I couldn't fix it myself and he was able to fix the problem GREAT HONEST AND PERFECIONAL ONLY MEC�NICA SHOP I TRUST THANK YOU RICH AND LISAServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

They made my car run like new! There were some bad issues with it and now it is perfect. Everything explained as well as letting me know what to look at in the future with the car. He didn't try to sell me anything. This is the mechanic shop I have been looking for!!! They truly value their customers like they are family, which I observed during my very short wait. For the first time customer that I was, they were the same way to me! I couldn't believe it! They went above and beyond what was requested; cost was significantly less than what was estimated; and, it was done in half the time than expected!They have definitely earned me for a lifetime! So grateful!!!

This place is great because this mechanic knows what he's doing. Very friendly guy. Very much into getting the job done right n in great time. My whole family takes their car there. If your looking for a good honest mechanic who knows n cares about what he's doing then trust what I say n see Rich. You be glad you did.

Awesome service! From the moment I first called until I picked up my car, they were super friendly, honest and upfront about what my car needed. They kept in contact with me and even got me in earlier than my appointment time when they knew I was anxious to get my car fixed!! For sure coming back and highly recommend!

Family owned & operated byMr.Rich & lovely wife. I feel that I've finally found an honest & hardworking shop who thrives off his great reputation in our town.Prices are explained, questions are answered. Absolutely no reason to take our vehicles anywhere else.

I was told by another business technician that I needed a service that would have cost me about $400. When I went to A&A they told me all I needed was to have some fluid topped off. They topped off the fluid and didn't charge me a dime. The other business was going to charge me for work that I didn't need. The A&A technician was honest and forthright. They will get all my business from now on.Thanks

I've been a customer of A&A Auto Techs for over ten years. He's worked on several of my cars; the only mechanic I use. He doesn't do mobile service but, since I live alone and don't have a ride back from his shop, he's had someone pick me up and carry me back home when my car needed work done on it. I highly recommend this shop.

Came in for an oil change, they were booked for the next week but were able to squeeze me in. The service took 20 minutes, and they offer coffee and free WI-FI to their guests. The owners are very friendly. I will definitely return.

I RELOCATED FROM NY TO FLORIDA AND WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT FINDING A TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC FOR MY 2003 LEXUS 430SC ( YES MY BABY ) NOT ONLY WAS JOHN THE OWNER SO SWEET AND TRUSTWORTHY I FELT IT IMMEDIATELY. HE SAVED ME WELL OVER 300 DOLLARS THAT LEXUS WAS GOING TO CHARGE TO ONLY 20 BUCKS. BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES FOR NOT MAJOR THINGS BUT IF ANYTHING MAJOR POPS UP I WILL GO BACK !!!! WAS SOOOO HAPPY TO FIND A GREAT SHOP TO GO TO! IF ANYONE SAYS ANYTHNG BAD ABOUT THIS FACILITY I WOULD QUESTION THE PERSON! THEY WERE AWESOME ! THANKS JOHN :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred to this place by a friend whom told me that they were good hint hint he mentioned after I went by and used services that I should have taken him with from there I felt it was some shade going on long story short alignment is still off and car still has same issues as before with a charge of $400 even charge me hundreds of dollars just to change one wire around that was connected wrong if you turn in this plaza I would recommend express auto tech or legs auto not here unless u like giving money away and not be straightenedServices: Electrical, Wheel alignment

I was charged $278 for a diagnosis and a fix to only be told on my invoice car still may have issue and that I was falsely advised of it when I wasn t it wasn t until I broke down and looked at my invoice to retrieve the establishments phone number I read upon this I then went back only to be told it s further issues with my car and can be fixed at another fee I wouldn t recommend this place at all costs me a lotServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
