I had one tire that had a puncture in the sidewall. They said I had to get a new tire. Fine, I told them go ahead and put it on. Four hours later they were finally done. When I first got there, it was 8 am and they told me there was only 1 person ahead of me and it would be quick. I left there at 12:30.

I was shocked at how great the super center was. Affordable pricing and when I had another nail in the tire under a week later, they fixed it same day with little to no wait. I love the text updates too!

Went in to get a tire change due to running over a chunk of metal near by. The service manager, CJ is literally the character from zootopia at the DMV. SLOW!!! As someone familiar with the TLE, and I can literally see the staff, along with the amount of cars being serviced this guy says the wait will be nearly 2 hours .without knowing what we re having done or anything. I wouldn t mind any other time but one vehicle in the bay besides mine..come on guy. I ve been here an hour now and what his interactions with numerous customers who have all chosen to take their business elsewhere. It s entertaining but I can only imagine the money lost because of one guys poor management and social skills. Take pride in your job CJ or do better in your life. (:

Putting my new tires on my truck and the oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time they were pretty booked when I got there but thank God I made it online

I ve been there a few times for oil changes and tire replacement. Each time I waited 2-3 hours. For one of the oil changes there was no one ahead of me but they still quoted me 1-1.5 hours, it was actually 2.5 hours and my car sat there with the hood up for over an hour without anyone doing anything to do. Everytime I ve gone I ve been quoted a wait time and when I get back there s either no one at the counter or it s a whole new person. The last straw was my 3 hour long one tire change, I got into my car and the entire contents of my middle console was scattered all over the place. So their workers literally went through my belongings looking for something to steal (which I never leave anything of value in my car when getting work done for this very reason) and then didn t even care to put my stuff back that they were rummaging through. Don t go here unless you want to wait for several hours and possibly get your personal belongings stolen. There was no reason to go into my middle console, there s nothing in there that has anything to do with changing my tire. And to take all my stuff out including personal feminine products and just leave it all out? Very shameful.

Had my set of new tires installed much faster than I expected. Road hazard warranty is a great value and they honor it with no trouble. Next time I need new tires I will be getting them here. Prices were great especially for name brand tires like Goodyear.

Similar to most Walmart stores, the departments are disheveled, items are in the wrong place or blocked or they're out of it or we don't know what to say except, more and more, we try to avoid going to Walmart entirely

CJ was so very helpful today! My tire popped today near Walmart, so I drove into the auto center. He immediately helped me and made sure I knew pricing before it was done. Such a kind person and such a good experience! Thank you CJ and thank you to Rae at the counter who was awesome as well!

I arrived early this morning (9am) to get my tires replaced. I was told to make an appointment and return for service at 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm, check in, and was told my car should be finished in 1.5 hours. Although an approximation, this means my car should have been completed around 3:15. It is now 10 minutes to 5. I have been waiting over 3 hours. Many customers have come and gone, getting no service due to their horrible service. Additionally, they have the worst professionalism. Not only have employees talked about customers behind their backs, but they state how their is a lack of care if corporate gets called.Service: Tires

Great Tire Service. Purchased for new radial tires for my Ford Escape at a very good price with installation and balancing. The service technicians We're very professional and literally life-saving. I had intended to buy only two tires but the technician insisted on my inspecting my rear tires which were in imminent danger of collapsing due to dry rot. Upon inspection it was shown that the tires on the rear that had to be replaced as well as the front were dated 2009 Although I had purchased them from nationwide tire chain in Virginia before relocating to Florida in late 2020 period Those tires may have been new to me but they certainly had been sitting somewhere on the shelf Since they had been manufactured in 2009 period It had never occurred to me that tires like canned peaches have a shelf life period I'm very grateful for the thoroughness at Walmart because those state of the tires could resulted in my death on the road period great service great value kind people and competent experienced service technicians. That is a winning combination

Horrible place. Waited over 3 hours to get tires rotated and balanced oil change and my headlights buffed. They scratched my headlights up so bad that I've got circles all over them. They have no clue what they're doing. One guy walked around scratching his head trying to figure out how to take the tire off. 3 people while we were waiting were complaining about how they where being done. They said they've waited over an hour and their vehicles never moved from the parking lot. Only vehicle was in there was mine. Never will I come back ever

I will never use Walmart auto care center again. 4 hours to do an oil change when I was only the second customer and they lost my keys and didn't seam to care telling me I never gave the keys to them and then found the keys on the maintenance floor 30 minutes later. After talking to the Auto Maintenance Manager about my negative experience, I see why his staff has the care free attitude and customer service is not a priority. Every maintenance Personnel at the Palacka Florida location need to be retrained on how to treat customers and relearn what Walmart values are. Until then I will not return.

I recently took my vehicle to have a basic oil change and tire rotation done. They told me it would be approximately 2 hours and they took my phone number to call when it was finished; so I spent the morning walking around the store getting a few things we needed, and essentially just passing the time. At the 2.5 hour mark, I went back to check on my car as I had not heard from anyone saying it was done.I waited in line, and when I got near the front, the man at the checkout looked at me and, with a harsh attitude, said, "Where have you been? I've been calling you!" When I explained that I had not received any calls - showing my phone, he said, "Well, I've been calling and you should have been here already! Where did you get your last oil change??" The man then proceeded to inform me that they didn't do the oil change or tire rotation on my vehicle because they couldn't get the oil cap off. I asked what they recommend me doing if the cap is stuck, and he brushed me off, saying, "Sorry, I can't help you!" and went on to addressing the customer behind me.I was frustrated with the experience, not because they weren't able to complete what I needed done, but because the man was extremely rude about it. He may as well have added "idiot" and "incompetent" when addressing me, as his tone already made clear his intended message.Turns out, after taking my vehicle somewhere else, all the was needed was a special tool to unlock the cap - which turned out to be a filter cap, NOT the actual oil cap itself - so it could be removed. The oil could have been changed - they just wouldn't have been able to replace the filter itself that time. Walmart didn't carry the right tool, and then they were rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing them by having my vehicle there.I have had services done there before over the years. If they had simply not been able to do it, that would be no big deal, but the uncalled for rudeness of the worker will keep me from taking my business there ever again.

Took my car in at 9am for an oil change.I was told as I was pulling up that it would be at least 2 1/2 hours that there was 3 cars in front in me.Every time I inquire (at least 3 other times) it is always 2 to 2 1/2 hours.I wonder if it is just something they say?I went to Castro oil where there was 3 cars ahead and I was in and out in 15 min.$10 more but to avoid a long wait it is worth it.

Bad experience!! When i pulled my car around to the service center the guy "i don't know his name" was complaining about having to do more work because they close at 7pm when it was only 6pm. He said that he was tired and that he wouldn't finish changing my front two tires till 8pm.. And as he pulled my car into the bay he reved my engine up to hear my exhaust. Very unprofessional and will never go back again.

I went this morning for just a basic oil change. I had both my kids with me so we walked around for almost 2 hours looking at video games and toys. I had an appointment I needed to get to and hadn't heard anything from Walmart about my car being done so I went back to the service center. I saw my car in the garage and waited in line to find out the status. i asked if my car was done or if they had even started yet. The only answer I got was "no". I told them I needed to leave. They pulled my car out and didn't even say a word to me. The customer service there is awful. No personalities and with there being only one other vehicle there when I dropped the car off their work ethic seems to be lacking as well. I will not be returning.

Arrived early, first in line for oil change. Waited 45min before they even pulled my car in. Then everyone in the service bay disappeared except one guy working on a tire. Manager said they were on break. Really they opened at 8, it s now little after 9 and all but one are on break?. Manager was no help. Waited another 20min and still haven t opened the hood on my car.Then the manager disappeared. In a few more minutes the guy that was fixing the tire shows up. He s in a fog, wandered from station to station doing nothing, moving little things from one shelf to another. Just killing time. Did not want him touching my car. Watched him do this for about 20 min.Finally the manager came back. Told him to get my car out of there, that I would take my business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

The workers were great and had my tire changed in less than an hourThe biggest problem was there is NO place to sit down ANYWHERE in Walmart. I am nearly 80 and get tired standing for so long. What is the deal with no seating?

Took 2 hours to get my truck tires put on, they were shorthanded and the technician stopped doing the tire job on my husbands truck to unload batteries. Then they didn't even load up the old tires in the back of our truck, and I had to load them myself. Very very angry

Ive been getting my oil change at Wal-Mart for as long as I have had a vehicle to drive. I have never had a problem with them being slow. I had my car back within an hour. I also went in the morning when there wasnt a ton of other cars there.

Got there a little after 2:00 and was told No. We can't do an oil change. I had to ask the reason why told be told they were too busy. Instead of the guy which I think was the "manager" being more informative and professional. Smh. Horrible horrible customer service

If you re in a rush don t bother, actually if you have anything planned for the day don t bother. These fellas are super slow at changing tires and changing oil. They work at a turtles pace and not any faster. Take your money somewhere else. Walmart is a JOKE .

I just went to get my oil changed at 6:20 pm on a Friday and the posted hours are from 7am to 7pm and the guy tells me sorry we re done for the day . I will definitely never come back for an oil change and will tell everyone I know to stay away from here since they don t want business.

Did a full synthetic oil change and it was done very well, at this Walmart the staff and mechanics were very competent. Job well done, oh by the way I'm a retired field service mechanic for Caterpillar.

Went there twice to get an oil change and they told me both times it would be 2 to 3 hours before they could even get to my car. No happy at all with the amount of help and service right now. Looking for another place to go in Palatka or maybe Gainesville or Ocala.

Waited for over and hour and a half and then was told they couldn't do the oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper S because they are not allowed to remove the windshield washer reservoir so they couldn't get 2 the oil filter(which I provided). Pure waste of time. Ridiculous.
