Seemed pretty busy when we came in.. The tire was done in no time. Mounting my tire on my wheel/car. Fast and friendly service.

Coming from a business back ground. I wouldn't recommend these people to put a wheel on my kids bicycle. Completely ground off the paint on my brand new wheels. To say they had to to get the weights to stick. No no. Bs. I've done it for 25 years or better. Never do you grind a brand new wheel to the aluminum to put a sticky weight on. Complete joke. Tried to charge for a alignment when I walked up to the truck you can see one wheel over here the other way over there. Manager was a joke. He told me you can't see a alignment with your eye that's why I bought this however much machine. Lol. don't take anything nice here. I have pics and whatever else. Completely incredible

I dropped in to get rid of a shimmy and a pull to the right while cruising in our Town and Country here lately. They are bustling with business (every day) took me in and had my problems fixed while I waited. They are fast, efficient and fair. It s enjoyable to have a go-to like Toby s

I have been going to Tobys for 20 years. They have done all my wheel alignments, balance, rotation, brakes, pads, resurfacing rotors, oil changes, ball joints. Very friendly and down to earth.

We were headed to St Augustine on our honeymoon. Turned a corner and got a bolt in the tire of our rental car. We were able to put on a donut and then look for a tire shop. The first one we stopped at said it would be 4 hours. Right down the road was Toby's. They heard our story, patched the tire and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. What could have been a really bad start to our special trip was saved by the amazing staff.A small business with a big heart! Thank you!

This place is very affordable and had to leave truck for new tires was ready next Day!! The guys that work there are very professional and make you feel like your part of their family I would definitely give 5 stars to Toby's and recommend him to anyone. He's really dependable and honest!!

This place is where you need to go for pit alignments for heavy vehicles. I have a 2006 Chevy 3500 van, with a couple of 'minor' customizations taking my weight to nearly 11k pounds LoL I'd been looking for a shop that could do a pit alignment. Pits are harder to find, but horse country, trucking country, y'all were ready professionals for something heavy.Toby's pricing was fair for the alignment and rotation. I will definitely be back for additional future work!! I appreciate a fair garage that does great work!! I've already shared this garage with a couple of friends

Front desk guy was very busy and didn't offer a welcoming. I stood there while he finished one call and answered two more before a mechanic came out to assist me. Everyone was pleasant but that man needs to remember the customer service part. However listening to his calls he knows his stuff!

Highly recommend coming here. Honest people who do a great job on your vehicle. Fixed all my problems and the extra ones they found. I feel safe driving knowing it is all good now. Their pricing was very affordable.

Very impressed so far, I called today during lunch time and I was advised that the person that I needed had just left for lunch. I received a response phone call within the hour with a quoted price and additional info about service time frame. Fingers crossed that their mechanical service is as good.

Great work! Staff is nice as well. I advise to have and ride once you drop off your vehicle they stay busy. Overall really reasonable work and price.

Toby's staff was very friendly and helpful. I got great customer service and great service. I priced 4 other places in town and Toby's had the best price overall for my brakes. I'd definitely recommend you to others

Great place for tires. Very comparable on there prices and everyone is so friendly. It is a first come first serve in the mornings. They have a great selection of tires and the ones they don't carry, they can have them the next day for your. Place is clean and has plenty of parking. Besides tires, My girlfriend and I had brakes put on our cars and they worked perfect. Best place in town.

This is the best place in Palatka to go to if you need any alignment or tire work done! The workers are quick and courteous, and they do not try to pressure you into buying things you don t need. Work is done in an efficient manner, and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend Toby s Alignment!!

The people that own and work here treat every customer like family and I have never had any problems with the various work on my car. One of the few great alignment shops left that don't overcharge and are always fair. I'd give it 6 stars if I could

I had an incredible experience today at Toby s Alignment. I was walking into a meeting just down the street from the repair shop when I heard my truck tire hissing air. I realize that if I went on with my meeting I would come out to a totally flat tire. My meeting contacts referred me to Toby s Alignment. I went straight there and when I got there Troy took a quick look at my tire, pulled out the screw, plugged the tire and within 10 minutes I was back at my meeting. It only cost me 10 bucks and my meeting was a success. Extremely grateful...Great job!!!

Toby's is a place with a hometown feel. The folks here courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. They have helped me with not only regular vehicle service, but also an on going restoration project of mine. They are always there when I need them. Thanks guys
