I bought 4 RV tires and very pleased with the service and communications. Helpful recommendations as I was deciding on best tires for my trailer. Convenient appointment. Nice people! Relaxed and friendly place. They did a nice job and no surprises. I'll come back for my truck tires when the time comes.

Had a customer go in for a warranty job where they stripped the bolts for his vvt solenoid housing from a valve cover job. Customer got it back and the area still leaks. After inspecting the new repair both bolts that were stripped were cut so the threads would still barley catch. This type of work is expected from a shade tree mechanic ,not a reputable in town shop, is there no such thing as honest mechanic shops anymore ? The owner seem like a nice guy and can t blame him but cmon what kind of mechanics are working here.

Great pricing and friendly staff, always pick up the phone when you call. A struggle with any other tire shop in town is getting them to at least talk to you which should be the bare minimum for any business. Will always go here over any tire shop because they will always make time for you! Allen usually answers the phone when I call and he is always nice, patient, and understanding. All tire shops in Putnam County need an Allen. Thanks for your amazing service!

Been here several times. Both vehicles didn't make it back home(30 miles) before having something go wrong with repair they just completed. They did make it somewhat right, but why does it take a couple attempts to do simple repair?

we tried to do business here but they were too busy for us and when we went to retrieve our vehicle we were completely ignored. we were in a taxi charging me $10 per minute and nobody could even communicate to me whether or not they were getting the car and pulling it up front. all in all, a very frustrating experience from the get-go will not be coming to Goodyear anytime soon

Definitely the worst service I've experienced ever in any business. Was needing service on my vehicle. Dropped vehicle off, next day. Don't know when they can do work on it. That's understandable to me, what's not understandable to me is being treated with disregard, and disrespect. No one should have to get to a point of anger to retrieve a vehicle. So, example ask for vehicle, ok. Then guy goes into office for 20 minutes. No one in lobby, except employees, that are in personal conversation. They forget about me. Ask for vehicle again. Nothing. Then have to start yelling then amazingly the guy decides to get vehicle. Guess he forgot. If they just would have treated me with respect, and said hey it's going to be a bit, or something no problem. The work I needed was not cheap work. These people don't care. It's obvious, like a bad fast food restaurant service.

Been here twice for diagnosis.1st time $500 for spark plugs2nd time $500 for a cooling fan.Spark plugs and cooling fan were found for cheap.Spent $250 for everything and had another shop install.Ridiculous service charges!

My tie rods needed replacing the brake drums and my brakes were giving me issues and I was worried about stopping quick enough. They offer the best service! They are reliable! They technicians and the customer service is totally awesome! They're always friendly and respectful which is very appreciated! They give an estimate so that you can choose to do the work or not do the work before they ever do anything. And I really love that I can go there and feel like I can trust them to do the work right without issues. They are extremely busy so sometimes it takes a little time to get it done but it is worth the extra time and effort! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else unless I didn't have another choice. We stayed in a camp ground in Palatka,FL. and as we were leaving I noticed we had 2 screw's in one tire and one screw in the second tire on one side of our camper. We asked the park ranger if he knew where we could go for help and they recommend St Johns Super Center. I'm glad they did because they went above and beyond to help us. Michael Redburn was the best because he made it easy for us and made sure we were taken care of, all at a reasonable price. I would give them 100 star's if I could. Thanks For All Your Help

The people were very nice but .. I had my car towed for a diagnostic after it randomly just stopped accelerating & cut off on my way to work(I travel for work so was only in the area a week) they came to me and said it needed a new engine valve cover and new spark plugs. Said nothing else was wrong with my car but it needed new brake pads(already knew that), charged me about 500$ for that plus I paid over 100$ just to have it towed there. The very next day check engine light was back on(again I travel for work so wasn t in the area to take it by) THREE DAYS after paying to fix it, it randomly died again while driving. Towed it to another shop to be told my engine was seized, and how ANY mechanic who is diagnosing a car that randomly cuts off but all lights are on SHOULDVE properly checked the engine and they would ve seen my engine was flooding and that could ve been fixed before it fully seized. So very disappointing I paid all that for spark plugs and cover TO HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ENGINE. Not to mention I was charged for 4 spark plugs and from what I was told they were not all new by the other mechanic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There is not enough space to tell you how great this service is. They take excellent care of you and follow through in what is needed to be done . They can be trusted, which rates high in my book. They are really nice people. Always kind and courteous. Prices for service are extremely reasonable. They have great service and give free advice, if asked. They will let you know if something needs checking, will check something on request, and will give a reasonable estimate. I have been to their business twice. I have felt really great about their service and their work ethics with customers. I got new tires the first time I went and had my oil changed twice. Went to have transmission checked which was OK but they said the car needed to have the spark plugs replaced. I agreed to what they said was necessary. After it was done, I checked and found I was over charged with what the dealer would have charged.. Went to complain about overcharge and they called dealer to verify my complain , They refunded me $70.00..Too bad they did not give me the honest price in the beginning. Shop around for best price before you agree to any work.Service: Transmission

The staff here is nothing short of wonderful! I was only in town for work and needed to have my brakes done and oil changed before heading back to Louisiana. I called several shops trying to get an appointment but none of them could accommodate me on short notice but St. John's managed to fit me in. Not only were the prices a lot cheaper then I anticipated, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need! I highly recommend St. John's Super Service Center!!!Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

5-1-23 UPDATED AGAIN, I wanted to say, nothing has changed. These guys ARE THE BEST. They're GREAT, you can TRUST them. They're RELIABLE. They're HONEST. I am so THANKFUL that GOD led me to Goodyear tires and the owner, BILL!!!UPDATED FOR THE NEW YEAR 2023, Over a YEAR LATER AND IT'S STILL 5 STARS EXCELLENT SERVICE, thank you Bill and Robbie and the gang!
