They were super nice and very personable! They worked with me to get my first new car and first electric car! I m so excited! The numbers were a little tight but they helped me out. This place is awesome. Highly recommend.

I dropped my car off yesterday morning at 8:10 for a scheduled repair. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. At the end of the day, I'm told it needs another part (nobody bothered to update my phone number so Tyler said he had been "blowing up" my old number) and they're working on it and it'll be ready "first thing in the morning." It's after noon and I just called again. Now I'm being told the technician got caught up working on 2 cars and he's still working on mine but they're shooting to have it done today. SERIOUSLY? I told Tyler several times I depend on my car for my job and he has repeatedly promised the car is almost done - since YESTERDAY. I don't care how good your work is when you lie to me and obviously fail to make my scheduled repair your priority. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a service department to stop working on one vehicle so they can start working on a second vehicle. A 5.5 hour job has turned into 12 hours and they still don't have my car ready. I've paid almost double by using them and have STILL been placed on the back burner, despite Tyler's empty promises. Very disappointed in Beck Chevrolet service department. I really expected more from a dealership than they have offered. I'll know better next time.

Not a pleasant experience. I wanted to look at cars. They wanted to go right into financials.
