Justin and his team had great communication, great prices and even delivered the boat within two days of my first call. I will absolutely do business with this company again in the future. My fianc� and I went here to get a motor put on our boat. The owner was very insightful by running through all of the different motor options and the price differences. He really cares about his customers and aims to help them achieve their goal. The customer service here was excellent and I would recommend if you are looking to stop now because this is the place you need to go! 10/10!!

Never met a better dealer/service center! The techs are pros, Really cares about you not the sale. Walked in ready to pull the trigger on a new 90 and left with a 60 and was able to keep a bunch more money in my pocket. even offered used motors instead. no rush not pushy will be my go to dealer form now on

When I first came to River City Marine Justin was helping me purchase a new motor. He made the financing process super easy and got the motor on quickly Brand new XS had oil pump/timing chain failure after only 19.5 hours. Local dealers in my area couldn t even get the defective motor on the computer for about a month.. Justin got the boat in three days after I called, got it on the computer, pulled the defective motor, got it shipped back to Mercury, and .handled all of the paperwork as quickly as Mercury would let him.New motor on the way and will be back on the water as early as the weekend

We purchased a used pontoon from Justin last February. After months of going back and forth, different things being wrong with the boat, bimini, carpet, engine, holes in the pontoons, and promises of them being repaired, and the boat being at Justin's house, we were finally promised that he would deliver our boat last month. We waited and waited and Justin didn't show at the scheduled meeting time. When we texted him to see what happened and where he was, he said he was done with the frustration and couldn't do this anymore he would give us our money back. Which he did, but he strung us along for almost a year. He took advantage of us for over a year. If you are looking for an honest and reliable boat/repair shop, this is not the place to do business!

I bought the cheapest boat they had and was treated like I bought their best. They made sure I was happy with everything. Give them a chance I sure they work for you the way they worked for me.

I took my honda 40 to river city after taking it to another boat dealership who said they could not make it run correctly and still charged me to work on it, Justin at river city found out there was a small part missing in the head of the engine, replaced it and my motor is running like a Cadillac.This young man knows his stuff !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

I blew a tire and pulled over next to River City Marine. One of the employees came out and put on my spare time for me when he saw what I was dealing with. I couldn't be more thankful to have pulled up on the right corner. Thank you!
