As long time customer, I have always loved the service until yesterday. Sat there 45 min past my appointment time. When I finally said something, the boy running the show said he thinks appointment times don't really mean anything, just like at a doctor's office. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode. There is absolutely no point in making an appointment if they have no intention of keeping it. Otherwise you might as well just show up unannounced. Am I wrong? This kid said I was!

Good workers, good job but pay attention to the guy in shop quoted 2 different prices but hey maybe he was having a day?? Owner responded but I am not buying the card fee...10.00 difference in price....

My husband tire on this truck went flat. They had 2 for a Great price and Jacob put them on super fast! Definitely will go here again!

This place came highly recommended to me and they were right!!! My second time here, always great and fast service. Excellent employees who are informative and helpful and nice. Excellent prices as well and had plenty of tire in stock for what I needed. Everyone at my job uses Rick's and I'll stay a Rick's customer for life!!! And a warranty on used tires!!! Cant beat that anywhere in town!!

Extremely helpful employees and good prices on good used tires. EDIT: I have to change my review due to my last experience. My wife's car needed a tire replaced so she went there her self. She instructed them to replace both back tires just so they match although they would be removing a good tire. She left there with worse tires than she came in to the shop with. One tire had been in an accident and was missing chunks of the sidewall. When I to the car back to the shop, I was "greeted" by Steve who told me "you don't get to tell me what you get", angrily. He then tells me what I'm going to get is my old tires back and money back, which is what I wanted. I will never come back to Rick's no matter how desperate I am. I went next door to Amy's tires and got 2 very close to new tires for the same price and no hassle.

Went there to check tire prices for new tires. Everyone was friendly and quick to help me. I purchased 2 new tires for my van. They mounted them and balanced them. I got out of their driveway and less than a half mile away, I had lost the weights off one tire. I went back and they apologized and fixed the problem. Nice guys.....

Never had a problem here in my years of using ricks until today always in and out and they always have what I need today on the other hand sit there with the truck jacked up while we watched david I believe was his name laugh talk tell jokes have a good ole time everything but get our tire done while five other cars were in and out super disappointed today

The owner and staff are very nice. And even though they were really busy we were out of there in less then 10 mins. They also offered us a 7 day warranty on a used tire. Thank you guys.

It's a small family owned tire place. I've been a repeat customer at Rick's for more than 10 years. Many of the non family employees have been working for them for years as well. They are my GO-TO tire store. Loyal employees and loyal customers equals an awesome place to do business.

These guys are so nice! I called to see if they had my odd size tire in stock. I was in a pickle in town with a gouge and frayed steel showing through.while checking my others found hole in sidewall! They got me hooked up with two used tires and ordered me new ones. All a God thing!

At first they thought they didn't have my tire but as we were about to pull out they found one and came running to my van. Whole process took about 15 minutes. They were super friendly and did a great job.

They are still in business, I am not sure why some one posted they were not. Great service and pricing. Very helpful and friendly, reminded me of how business was done before the big box stores. I will recommend them to family and friends!

Rick and his staff know a lot. I have many transactions here: rotations, spares, in-between tires, new etc. Solid business that can save you time and money. They go above and beyond my expectations.

Read that they had "great prices" but when I walked up to the people standing outside and asked if they had the size I needed, they stood there and stared, wouldn't say a word. I waited a minute to see if they were going to help me, but they just went back to what they were doing and continued to ignore me.. so I went right next door and got what I needed from them instead. Thanks for nothing!
