On 3/17/24 I pulled into your business 5minutes before closing. First of all I did not realize you closed at 4:00 pm on Sunday. Your employee walks right by my truck and closes the bay door half way over the bed of the truck in line, then walks by then takes his time walking back by to tell me sorry were done for the day. Okay I have to make a 20 point turn to turn around to get out of your establishment, while another truck is turning in from the highway. Not a dealership truck either, he pulls up and lady comes out, puts info on truck and opens bay door. NO WORRIES WILL NOT BACK.JANICE JONES

My wife took in our car to be cleaned at 2pm on a Sunday. They close at 4pm. The reason I gave 2 stars rather than one is because the manager did her best to make kt right by giving us a free car wash. All though in my opinion the car was barely washed to begin with. They have different packages to choose from when having the vehicle DETAILED, and with this being a new car for us, we paid for the highest package they had, and we were really expecting the car to look brand new once they finished. That just wasn't the case. Instead the kid working on the car drove it over and said, "it's done, but I wasn't able to get the bugs off" By this he meant..he didn't even try. The car aas littered in bugs, and it took the manager to go out and scrub fhe car by hand, which should have been done to begin with. What should have taken 1.5 hours and ended up taking 2.5 hours because it wasn't done correctly the first time around. So cool, the bugs were finally removed, but unfortunately when I saw the vehicle after they closed, I noticed that there was no DETAILING that was done, just surface cleaning, as you'll see in the pics. The window was smeared, the chrome had streaks, and lifting the trunk up there were leaves and debris still there, you can tell it wasn't even touched in some areas. We will get our free wash, after that forget this place.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I'm posting this for my husbands truck. He has a dually, so it can't go thru the car wash, we have to pay extra to have it hand washed. That's fine. (Suppose to cover wash, dry, tires, vacuum interior, clean windows, crevices, scent, and wipe down interior)But when we pay $65 to have it done, it should be DONE, not walking around to see dirty windows (inside AND out) tires not done, and having to move the back seat to vaccum. My husband asked them to clean the back window and the guy said that's on the outside, SO we paid to have the outside cleaned, too! Asked to have the rims wiped down, we were told it only includes tire shine!!?? Seriously?? We will be sticking to the trucker car wash, Blue BeaconI took a couple pics but its hard to see on some of them....

I will NEVER come back to this place; to have my car detailed again. I have been here several times; and every time they never get my third row. They maybe wipe out the big stuff in the seats. But no vacuum and no wiping down. I pay $53 everytime. And i have to bring it home n still vacuum n wipe it down. I ask if they can get the dirty finger prints off my head liner from my children and i think they make it worse. So from now on I'll keep my $53 & do it my own self.

Few problems:1. I Purchased $16 option because of the bug wash, their employee put no effort in scrubbing the bugs off, he swiped the brush one time on the front and the back. Old, dry dead bugs require more than one scrub to be removed.2. The same employee did not instruct to put the gear in neutral, so my car got pulled while I was pressing on the break, with my gear set on drive....

I live out of the area but when here I always bring my car. To me for the price and the job they do you cannot beat it. It's a little bit of a wait sometimes but worth it.

Palatka Auto Spa is the place to go to to get your car sparkling cleaning inside and out I have used them since the day they have opened and I've never went and found any broken equipment trash anywhere it is a very well kept place if you're looking for a place to get a sparkling clean shine on your vehicle this is the place to go

Would not go back. Had to ask them to rinse soap out of truck bed. My still on mud flaps. Bed of truck not clean.

Car wash is great. But I paid 65.00 to have my car cleaned inside and it was awful. Came home spend an hour cleaning it and washing windows. They never vacuumed in the back window where it was covered in dog hair. The kid who was on my car was more interested in watching what everyone else was doing.. so very disappointed

Outstanding service & they have an optional monthly plan that is a really good deal if you use their services twice a month or more. Definitely worth talking to them if you're in the Palatka Florida area.

Horrific idea of a car wash. Paid $18 for exterior only. It left both bugs and dirt all over the front and sides of the car. Came home and spent an additional 30 minutes getting a few bugs off both the windshield and front bumper. Dirt left at the bottom on both sides. The kid doing the drying off gave me the thumbs up that we were good to go. Worse cleaning job ever.Service: Auto detailing

The car looked ok, but the back seats weren t wiped down or anything. Honestly just going to save myself the money and do it myself as the package (which was $70) seemed rushed and half done.

When the car wash is opened and working does a good job. Lately we have visited several times only to find the automated car wash was being fixed. So we cancelled our subscription and will pay when we go instead. Wasnt worth the $40 a month for a maybe it will be opened when we are in palatka. Got our truck washed because it was caked with pollen. When the dryer guy started to wipe it down there was still pollen so they sent us thru again.

The very first thing I asked was would my wheels be clean when it was done . I was assured that they would . NO, they were not ! I drove back around and some guy sprayed them , told me that they were clean and they sent me back through. I paid for the expensive one. When they sent me back through, they did the cheap one, hence, it took off the wax and tire shine. Of course , another misrepresentation. My wheels were NOT remotely clean. I am 65 years old and had to come home and clean my own wheels. My car is a PT cruiser. No fancy wheels. Very poor Place to do business. Don't Waste your money or time

Had a free voucher and upgraded for $13 to do tires and bug treatment. Worst car wash ever. Tires did not get cleaned, bugs still on car. Got to the end and there was no one there to open the mirrors back up. I got out and fixed them and a guy walked over and asked if I wanted him to dry the van!

As far as car modern day car washes go, this one is definitely lacking when it comes to self serve. They definitely do not have enough self serve vacuums for you to vacuum out your car. The vacuum nozzles are somewhat outdated for 2018-2019. You won t be able to completely vacuum out your vehicle. The nozzles will not maneuver under your seats or in the crevices next to the seat we are the majority of the dirt and grime falls. The vacuums also do not provide enough suction to pick up dog hair, dried mud, or dirt that is in hard to reach places. The vacuums are placed far apart and unless you re okay with moving your car over another spot you ll be dissatisfied with this one stop shop. You ll need to move over in order to get your entire car vacuumed as much as possible. The only upside to the price that you ll pay is they do make sure your vehicle is dried before exiting the wash.Good: for a quick wash - 7-10 minutes dependingTerrible: for inside self serve detailing.Very pricey to have the employees detail your car.Location: Ducked off, but it s the only newish one in the area.

I feel over time the staff has gotten lazy. I used to go in everyday and now that I ve traded my car in an got a newer car I feel it s is dirtier after I get out of the car wash. I finally called and spoke to someone and they said give it a week. I ve made them aware that I haven t gotten tire shine on one side of my vehicle and that the bug guts normally come off but they stated that the power washer was broken and that it was fixed but I still did not notice a difference I think anyone who may go here may find overtime that the quality of service continues to lack. We pay every month for what ?? All this money they make and they can t even maintain their machines. This is no good and very bad for business also you may notice your hood gets scratched.Service: Auto detailing

Absolutely fabulous job!!! We flew from Texas to purchase a used car in Keystone Heights. Unfortunately, the car was extremely dirty inside as well as out. I mean an absolute mess. The car had been sitting in a yard for 6 months and the previous owner was a mechanic who cared more for the mechanical maintenance than the aesthetics. We could not fathom driving this car all the way back to Texas in it's current state. We called several detailing places and most were closed or closing due to the weather. Auto Spa told us to come by and they would see what they could do. I was not expecting much, but boy did they surprise us. They put in a lot of elbow grease. I was amazed how clean they were able to get it. They really put in a lot of effort, more than I would have ever expected for a $49.95 detail package. This car was seriously dirty when we brought it in and so clean when we drove it out. Not to mention they were extremely courteous and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely bring my vehicles to them if I lived in the area. Top notch service. Thank you Auto Spa of Palatka!!!

This was my first time at this business. My vehicle was washed by hand because I have a mobility carrier mounted on it. The staff did a first rate job getting into the hard to get to areas. I didn't get a full detailing as this was a Customer service gift from Beck's Auto just down the street. The staff are both friendly and professional. I would encourage anyone needing a great car cleaning to come here. They have mechanical washing also.

They are fast and efficient. I like how they get the water that the blower didn't get off the vehicle afterwards and free vacuums after you're wash. Sundays are only 5 dollars for a wash. This place has great deals and does a great job. Definitely worth the money.

How simple. I drove up and got in line and there was a line.. Then a young lady. Checked my car and folded the mirrors back.we eased up to a young man that locked us on the track and sent us in with an " Enjoy the ride". There was no problems and it didn't take long and we were trough. We were treated by another pleasent attendant who wiped down the windows and wished us a good day. All the attendants were very polite and thurogh. I am sure I will be back.

This place could be a nice car wash if they added a wheel and tire scrubber rims always remain dirty and very little love bug prep.. Even when you tip the workers you still get subpar results!!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Paid 50$ for the interior detailing and it literally looks like you told a child to come in and wipe it off. It's not clean they didn't get the inside of the cup holders didn't get underneath the carpets, barely wiped anything down. They told me it would be 2 hours and they didn't even spend 20 minutes in the car. I'm not sure what kind of service others have been offered but this is NOT quality of any kind. I'm taking it to another detailer to actually get it cleaned because this isn't it.

Great location and they do a good job of cleaning your vehicle, I have two vehicles on the monthly plan and take both of them there at least twice a week, the employees are always friendly and professional and they do a great job, definitely recommend giving them a try
