I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up some parts at my son had sent me for I had no idea what I was asking for or looking for I told the customer service person there what my son had told me that I needed to go pick up and he know exactly what I was talking about showed me where it was at and walk me through the whole process of the store and back up to the sales counter and checked me out I was very happy with the customer service there as I was totally lost on what I was doing and he just jumped right in to help me and made it a very pleasant and happy experience I will definitely go back to O'Reilly's Auto Parts next time I'm sent to get something that I have no idea what they're talking about thank you so much O'Reilly's Auto Parts salesperson if you are an excellent and positive experience too that store

As far as I am concerned a good place to get parts this is usually the only place I can get parts for my 1984 Jeep CJ7 and the parts are usually cheaper in price than any other place I would definitely recommend going to O'Reilly's for all your parts needs

I called o reillys and asked if they had OBD1 this lady who answered the phone said yes so I drove an hour from my house to go use it like she said I could and when I got there they told me they didn t have it when I told them they wasted my time and gas they laughed and said sorry. Hire people more educated on cars and trucks

They are the best. That's why I only go to them. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I saved 30.00 dollars because I had bought an item that had a lifetime warranty. The staff reminded me that, so I wouldn't have to pay

The guy behind counter lied to me about something being in stock... So I drove 25 miles only to told I can have it at 4:30... Did not have it in stock... You had one chance.. they lost my business and I spent a lot of money there

In my experience @ O'Reilly Auto Part's, Palatka, Fl. I Was professional advised on several issues pertaining to the questions I ask. I felt I was treated respectfully, professionally, yet with sence of kindness that left me feeling as thou O' Reilly's and all there with in, we're family. I would most definitely recommend O'Reilly to anyone thus, returning there again and again should I need to.

good folks very helpful but O'Reillys tends to run a little expensive. ie: Bought wipers and almost fell over they were 35 bucks for the pair...Yes saw the same kind at Walmart for about 16 give or take a buck.

The great service and fair prices I get at Palatka O'Reilly's now has them as my go-to auto store in Palatka. The associate named Alan ( not me) is a great asset to that store. All of the associates go out of their way to help me.I once had a very dangerous issue with a wheel coming off of a just- purchased vehicle after a prior owner " modification" and they stopped everything they were doing until I had the parts and wheel secured again. They put my SAFETY before all sales.

Great group of people. Always go out of thier way to help you and if they don t have the part on hand Martin or Steven will find it for you. Tracy and JR are huge help if you go in there on a Sunday. Dean and Ryan will always find the hard stuff for you. If you need something automotive these folks will get you there.

I'm not much of a fan of O'Reilly's, based on years of experience. But I did buy a battery there in April of 2020. It went bad like totally bad in March of 2021 and they had to replace it, with a lot of grumbling but they did replace it. That replacement battery went bad a week ago not even 4 months, and this time they really grumbled but they did replace it, claiming that it was so totally destroyed that it was unusable for any purpose. That's weird because the problem turned out to be that my brake lights wouldn't go off due to failure of a little switch part there on the brake pedal.I bought their battery because it was way cheaper than advance or even Walmart, and maybe that is an issue. One of the counter guys at O'Reilly's said you know everybody gets their batteries from the same place. I said yeah but they make those batteries to each customer specifications, so every place that sells batteries are not getting the same identical battery. Oh well, I have to give them props, they did replace them.By the way, when their second battery failed in March of 2021, it was giving me fits with my transmission. To be precise, the car was bucking like a bronco. When I got to O'Reilly's to replace the battery, I asked them what they thought about the problem with the transmission. One of the guys said sounds to me like you need a new transmission because the battery and the transmission are not connected. This is funny because my mechanic told me of course they're connected, with modern cars all this stuff is connected. And then he chided me gently for listening to anything that the goofballs at a parts store have to say about mechanic type things. Lol. Hope this review is helpful to folks.

I never do business anywere else! Most of the staff is 2nd to none in my local store! See JR when you go in! Hes the best! Tracy is right up there also! This is just to mention a few! I wish i knew everyone's name to add but unfortunately I dont! Keep up the work guys!

Nice to go into a part place as a woman and not get treated weird or have the men assume you don t know a thing. They are friendly and very helpful. The always answer my questions and I leave there with knowledge to tackle my problem.

Awesome place to shop at! They were quick and they helped me put the windshield wiper blades on right there. That's why I always shop there they're very helpful!

this is the only auto parts store I shop at to do all my own Automotive work. Every time I go in this location I always get what I need. I love the fact that if it's early enough in the day they can order the part and have it later that evening.

I own a shop in Hastings and this is the only place I buy parts they always have the right parts at the best price. Traci the manger is always there to help when needed! They have a great staff
