A lot of reason why this place looks like a junk yard. I called to check a part for my enclosed trailer and completely have a smart mouth. So I visit cause I was very close coming from middleburg and the guys face attitude sucks completely.Doesn t even know the price of new part and won t install a simple 5 minute part on your trailer. Screw off and replace with new one and screw back on. Never ever would recommend this place.

Needed a new 7 point connection installed on my truck. It was completed in about 20 minutes. Very Happy with the service

I will use Marty s for everything trailer related from now on. I called every auto parts store to see if by chance they had a set of brake pads for a boat trailer. Some did but the wrong ones, the one that got me was NAPA in Green Cove said come on up we can match them and we ll when I got there, they had no clue what I was talking about.Thank you Marty s for knowing your stuff and having it on hand. Brakes work great.

I've come to this store 3 times now and brought someone with me on the last two trips and we were never asked if we needed help and we were actually looking for a number of things that they had in stock. However, I just find that going to Home Depot was more welcoming and their customer service is always above and beyond. And actually, the prices on their doors was almost equal to the doors that you carry, and they're brand new. Also they're very knowledgeable about the products. One thing for sure, you get exactly what you're paying for. I won't be going to this place again and wouldn't recommend anyone.

They got me a great deal on a trailer! I've had warranty work done sense and they did spectacular, the moved efficiently and new exactly what was the issue and how to resolve it. Definitely worth you're time. They are competitive with pricing and quite knowledgeable.

Marty is the BEST look no more for a great trailer place. Everything you will need he will help you with anything tires, hitches, trailers, repairs the works. Marty and his staff are the best. he also keeps used cars for sale always has a great selection.

I've worked with Marty for almost 3 years, and have always found him to be punctual, professional and courteous. As a personal trainer, my knowledge of trailers and accessories is very limited. Marty takes his time understanding your needs so he can recommend the correct product and will not try to sell you anything you do not need.

Great guy running the place. Rides a electrical scooter. Very helpful and professional. Got a good deal on a 16 foot trailer. Have everything I needed for my 8 ft trailer. Lots of used stuff it's like traveling America really meet.

I stopped in 15 min before closing. I called before hand and their customer service was great. They had the trailer hubs that I needed at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Marty's Trailer Depot has everything you need from small parts to major repairs. His staff has been knowledgeable and great to work with and repairs have been done on site. I love the efficiency and the convenience.

Hrricane DORIAN was coming and I needed a 60 ft cord made for my generator. It was short notice but he helped me .He was very nice . He cares about his hometown people as well as all people. This was my 1st time here. I will give him more business should the need arise.

I bought a axle,two hubs, two springs an two shackle that an employee told me was the one I needed.I came back 3 days later to exchange shackles for larger size.I was shocked after buying all the parts an just wanted to exchange for next size.The employee said I can sell you new shackles but can not exchage.i paid cash an was not handed a receipt.my bad for taking his word on what shackle I needed to get. He was was very snooty an had no personality.So I went to tractor supplies an they had every part that I purchased at a lower price. will not do bussiness again with Marty.The wow part is it was only a $10.00 part.very bad customer's service.I iwill share my exsperiance with all my 800 co workers with just a touch of a botton an they can decide where they would rather shop for trailer parts.in my option this is very Poor bussiness procedure.thanks for reading my review an everything happen just as I wrote.

The manager was a nice guy the mechanic was a Piece of work bad attitude had my trailer there 7 months ago they had put a automatic lift on the tongue for me didn't work right then had to take it back then now 7 months later the whole thing quit took it back to buy another one and have them put on come back after him saying that it was fixed and it wasn't fixed then he tried to charge me a $125 an hour more to fix something they broke guy has serious attitude problems would not suggest he does any work for anybody mental issues or serious

From a simple hitch to a full line of trailers, not sure what you need for your business, there's only one call to make. That's to Marty!

One stop trailer shop! Great selection of onsite inventory. From trailers, to tires, hardware, lighting, and wiring! Tons of industrial electrical supplies!

Cleary knows what they are doing, but will try and upsale everything. They also don't have any kind of catalog for custom trailers, and are very vague on cost and details. They also outsource custom builds.

A large variety of things that may be needed for utility trailers. Prices are high but i payed what they were asking for what i needed. It saved me a lot of headaches from trying to find someplace that was a few dollars cheaper

These fellows here treat ya right! I've done business with them a couple of times! Things have been wrong when I got home and instead of them trying to argue about it like some businesses do they make it right! That's how ya do business right there! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Third time I ve gone to have a trailer repaired & im sick of the rude you got an appointment? What happened to we ll get to it when we can. Go ahead & drop it .
