Mike and Kay are great people to work with. I can't say enough about the attentiveness and quality of service. Mike was able to locate a special request vehicle within a day and delivered to the dealership within two days. I trusted his gut and I love the Expedition he found. Easy financing and out the door with ease. Thank you guys for working with us. Matt and I are satisfied customers and will return for future purchases. God Bless!!

From the very first contact to the handshake at the end of the transaction before I left to drive 9 hours home, Mr. Mike Maloy at John Jenkins was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I am super pleased with the truck and the transaction as a whole. The truck was detailed and ready when I got there and it is everything they said it was plus some. A huge thank you to Mr. Mike and the John Jenkins crew for a awesome experience. I would drive back today without hesitation. A+++

I highly recommend John Jenkins for your next vehicle. I went to a lot of different local dealerships and out of town but no one helped me as much as they did. For them it was about finding the right vehicle for you that you d be in love with, not about how much money it would put in their pockets.This was my first car purchase and they made it so easy for me. They make sure to break everything down for you so you know what your signing and getting into. They turned my nightmare of finding a vehicle into a dream.

I never get five star reviews but I had to for this dealer. John was the best working with me on my purchase of a truck. He carries only top quality used vehicles and it shows. I would recommend him to everyone and I will never need to go anywhere else but here.

I highly recommend John Jenkins . I m a repeat customer for a reason (this is my third vehicle I ve purchased). They re always looking out for your best interest and it s never just about the money!! Decent people, Excellent service, love the car, fair prices, 100% percent satisfied, will definitely recommend to people, and buy my next car from them.. if you are looking for a place to get a good vehicle stop by they dont sell bad vehicles and don t believe and never would do it. I went into John Jenkins very nervous and anxious about purchasing a new vehicle but Mike and Kay made us feel so comfortable and educated us about our decision. Not only did we get into the vehicle we really wanted, we walked away with the terms and financing being spot on for our budget. Cannot recommend John Jenkins enough! I will certainly be back :)

Was probably the best experience I have ever had a car dealer. No pressure and they hide or add a bunch of junk you don't need or want. Straight up with the price and fast and easy. Will be back for more.I'll leave the sticker on for a bit

My wife and I bought this 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road from Mike at John Jenkins Dealership in Palatka yesterday. This truck replaces my 2007 Tacoma. We got the best deal after hunting for 4 days. The best part is no dealer fees and no over priced tag transfer fees. Thanks Mike and crew.

Everyone at John Jenkins is amazing. I have purchased from them in the past and had a great experience, this one was even better. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and they made the process smooth and easy. If I ever need a vehicle again in the future I will go here again. They always have great vehicles for great prices and their customer service is perfect!

My husband Desmond & I had an awesome experience today at John Jenkins!! Mike & Kay were extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable! Mike is a very honest man and was willing to answer any questions we had! Our car buying process was a breeze, no hassle and only took about 3 hours from start to finish! I would highly recommend! Ladies and Gentleman, if you are looking for a gently used vehicle without the hassle and no dealer fees, then look no further. John Jenkins Inc is the place for you. You will find quality vehicles along with quality staff. If you do not see what you are looking for, let them know. They will do their best to find the perfect vehicle for you. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We drove over 50 miles one way to look at the vehicles on their lot. We told Mike that we were interested in owning a Chevy Traverse and he found one that suited our family s needs. My purchase of a truck this past week was the 4th purchase of a vehicle for my family from John Jenkins Inc.. Doing business with these folks is always a pleasure. Mike and John are great people. They are honest and genuine and they treat you like family. I live in Jacksonville and never even consider shopping for a vehicle up here, John Jenkins is always my go to.

Found the truck i have been searching for, looked for almost 5 months, contacted Mike at Jenkins when i saw the truck advertised. He was very helpful and sent me the info i requested within a few minutes. After careful consideration, I ask Mike if i could send a good faith deposit to hold the truck until i could make arrangements to go look. we are 3 hours plus from their dealership, and i work . Mike replied No, He told me he would hold it without a deposit, Unheard of these days, My wife and i drove there today, the truck was exactly as Mike said, even a little nicer than i expected. Purchased the truck, super people to do business with. Honest, Helpful, and courteous. Love my new (used) Truck. i highly recommend them.

John Jenkins is a great place to buy a vehicle without haggling and they give great deals without the need for "coupons". I came in looking for a certain vehicle that they didn't have on the lot and less than a week Mike found one for me and had it ready for me to get. Mike did an awesome job with working with me and met all my expectations in finding my truck and making it such a pleasant experience buying from them. I'm so in love with my truck and experience that I've been telling everyone I can when they see my amazing truck. I will always return to them next time I get another vehicle. Thanks again Mike!

We drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from Mike at John Jenkins. We spoke on the phone and set up the entire deal before we made the trip. His communication was excellent and the price for the vehicle and trade was very fair. Honesty and communication are all that you can ask for and Mike delivered. Great experience!

I was not familiar with John Jenkins, but my grandmother has purchased several vehicles over the years and always trusted and believed in John. In fact, she won't deal with anyone but John and he was incredibly accommodating.This time around, I was the one needing a vehicle. I needed something simple but reliable and affordable and John Jenkins came through again for me and my grandmother. Friendly, supportive, open and honest, and a very smooth transaction. We were recommended to this dealership by a friend and had an exceptional experience. The whole staff is top notch and and our representative, Mike was knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased in every way from the first time we looked at the truck we bought, the trade in process and the closing of the sale. He was fantastic. In fact, he noticed some things on the vehicle that he didn't like and he fixed them before we took delivery and we didn't even have to ask. They made the whole process comfortable. We were so impressed we came back 3 days later and bought a second vehicle and the experience was the same. One of the absolute best car buying experiences that we have ever had.

I drove nearly 2 hours to look at a truck here. They had an even better truck there that I ended up purchasing. Every vehicle on the lot was very nice and of good quality. The office was busy but the wait was worth it. The staff was fair with negotiations and no hidden fees, gimmicks, or games from those paving dealerships. I d recommend anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to visit John Jenkins.

I first visited John Jenkins about 6 weeks ago as they had a nice GMC with very low mileage. Gorgeous truck but I didn t move fast enough. We met Mike and I was immediately impressed by his honesty and the types of trucks they sell. They only sell quality! . I ve been looking for a nice used truck for my son so I kept visiting their website . Sure enough, a great Tacoma appeared and we pounced on it this time! Mike and John are class acts! I will definitely buy from them again!
