These guys really took care of me and my vehicle. Brought in my Truck for some work to get done, they staff spent plenty of time with me explaining and helping me understand what was needed. They fixed the issue timely and made sure that I was informed the entire time. No surprises, and my truck rides like new.I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Phenomenal repair service center. They went above and way beyond to fix our truck. We are a hotshot driver so we needed help NOW! They even stayed way past closing time to get us back on the road and it was the mechanics anniversary. He gladly stayed late and did a fantastic job. I highly highly highly recommend them!

Had way to many bad experiences at this place. Won't be taking my car back here. Bad service and bad attitude. Get second opinions and don't trust your personal items left in your vehicles.

I was referred by a few people in the area to go here for auto stuff and where I purchased my truck I was told I had 2 free oil changes with this location. These people did my free oil change and left the drain bolt loose. On top of it the mechanic had issues raising the truck on the lift. I do not recommend. My other free oil change I will not be wanting it. I rather do it myself.Service: Oil change

Poor customer service and communication. I had called several business es in an attempt to save money.....Family Auto very reasonable for an oil change, check. I made an appointment several days in advance. My 1:30 appointment had me waiting at 3:00, with nothing completed, car still in parking lot. My two children were with me. They did not inform me of delay, or apologize for the wait.....I will not return to this business.Service: Oil change

They are TERRIBLE!!! Don t even, go find somebody else! Had my car for 3-4 months for engine repair, got the car back, and it stopped working in less than a week.
