Mike Pinner is so helpful, he is honest, understanding & so kind to me today! He listened to me, took his time & he was patient with me. He s just really a great person to go to at Beck! It was truly a blessing in disguise!!! Thank you so much! My second car & absolutely in love all over again. I just didn t think it was possible for me & he made the decision just better for me! Also he made it less stressful & easy! Thank you again so much!

Easiest time ever buying a new truck! They had exactly what we wanted. I called ahead and they had it waiting at the price quoted. Jennifer Attanasio was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

I think Beck Nissan s Service Department exploited me by hundreds of dollars. I brought my 2017 Armada in because it had some error lights coming on which prevented the cruise control from operating. They charged me $450 for two hours of labor, which I suspect involved plugging in a code reader and seeing the three electrical components, two switches and a relay had failed. Each of these was a small plastic, plug and play part that is replaced as easily as a fuse. For each of the parts they charged me an inflated price compared to genuine Nissan parts online. They told me they had to order the parts so there should not be much of an inventory charge. To dispose of these three plastic parts that combined would easily fit in the palm of your hand they charged me an additional $30.Finally, their free multipoint inspection did not identify that my seatbelt light for the front passenger seat remains on. They did not bring this obvious error to my attention. I m not impressed by their value or quality of work.Beck s email response to me (#2964) on April 16, 2024Erich, we regret that you are unhappy with our service department.. You were given the quote of what the repairs would cost up front and you agreed to them. After you had the service performed is when you found the pricing cheaper and called and spoke with Austin. He did offer you 2 to 3 oil changes or credit on the next service but you refused the offer. Thank you again for taking the time to send in a review. We hope you will consider us again in the future. Take care.My response on April 16, 2024Thank you for your response. You re correct, I was given a generic quote when I dropped off my Armada. Of course, a precise estimate was not possible since the cause of the problems was unknown. I note that your response does not refute any of my statements regarding excessive charges for labor, parts and disposal. When I went back and spoke with Austin, my recollection is that he offered me an oil change. Your current statement that Austin offered me three oil changes acknowledges that you knowingly overcharged me for the service and are now trying to obscure that point.

jennifer a. was my sales person and id have to say i've bought numerous vehicles in my day. this was the best experience buying a vehicle i ever had. she was personable, accommodating, and helpful at negotiating an equitable experience for both of us. next time i buy a vehicle i'm going back to her. i was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff at beck nissan. if anyone ever asks me where to buy a car i'm sending them to beck nissan and jennifer's desk.

Purchased two cars there today. One for our granddaughter and one for us. Our salesperson was Jennifer, and she went above and beyond to make the process pleasant and enjoyable. We were surprising our granddaughter with the new car, and Jennifer made sure it was truly a special occasion. She had the car placed in the showroom with a bow on it. Everyone at Beck went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our experience.

Went in to test drive and get some ideas for when I was ready to purchase my new vehicle. Anita Spears was so good and helpful, I signed on the dotted line and drove off with a gorgeous Outlander! I went to my appointment and those people don't even said good morning to me, and they charged too much , if you used, your debit card as credit,they charge you 3% and they forse you use debit. Even you paid hight price for simple service .

We went into Beck looking for a safe, nice, reliable and upgraded vehicle to bring our son home from the hospital in October (our first baby). Mike was AMAZING!! He was so friendly, wanted to explain all details to us and made us feel welcomed while there! He assisted all of our needs and made sure we LOVED the options before signing any papers! He helped us with getting a Nissan Pathfinder and we could not be more happy. Thank you for all of your help!!He also helped my sister and her husband get two nice vehicles as well!! I needed out of my current vehicle. I needed a better gas mileage car. My situation had a few factors. I found this dealership online. I live in Winter Haven and dealer is 2.5 hours away. After two days, sales Anna Charles communicated with me by phone, email and text, I was able to get the perfect car. I couldn't be happier6 dealships couldn't help me but this place did. It was worth the long drive. Thank you all so much for helping me get into my practically new 2022 Nissian Altima.

Buyers please be aware. I bought a certified pre-owned car in April 2023 from Beck Nissan in Palatka. It s now October 2023 and the car is back at the service department for the third time. They sold us a car where the airbags had been cut and deactivated.They allegedly fixed that problem and two days later the coolant light on, and they say that they can t detect any codes. My husband and I spoke with Me. Buckles and only thing he said was basically you can trade the car in for another one. Well, how can you when you re upside down in the car you just bought 6 months prior. Long story short, do your research when buying cars from Beck Nissan. They also told me they buy their cars from Enterprise rental car and we all know how people treat rental cars. Hopefully this review helps someone, because at this point my family and I are screwed with an unreliable car, but still have to make the payments. I usually don t buy local and this is why.

The repair service department at Beck Nissan is an awesome team. So many issues with my car, problems with my warranty and cost. Yet through all my issues and worries they were so kind, patient and went above and beyond trying to help in any way they could. I really appreciate all of them and all they did for me. You all are so awesome!

Best service ever for a car purchase and I have experienced many. Had the pleasure of having two great sales associates, Anna and Jennifer. Both were very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. The GM and finance manager were top notch straight forward people. I highly recommend Beck Nissan great people to work with.
