Beck has always treated us right. Family has bought 3 vehicles from beck and every experience has been outstanding.

The 2014 Ford focus TCM is under an extended warranty for 100,000 miles were 10 years which my car falls under both. My TCM went out on my vehicle coming back from Tampa airport last August at 4:30 AM it was a harrowing experience. I brought my vehicle to Backford and was told the TCM module on back order and it could take nine months to a year before the part come in. So while I was out a vehicle I was able to locate a used TCM and asked if it could be put in my vehicle they stated they could not do that there but I could have it towed back to them once it s installed and they could reprogram it and that I would be reimbursed since it s under the extended warranty . Two weeks later I was notified since it s a used part I would not be reimbursed anything. The used part went out on me three months after being installed. So my mechanic was able to find a brand new one I called back Ford again and they said to have it installed and bring it to them to be reprogrammed again and I paid those times for all of this. They even asked me where did my mechanic find the part I told them I would give them his phone number and they could talk to him to find out. So after my mechanic installed brand new TCM then had my car towed back to back Ford and to have it paid to reprogram it again I was told last week that I will not be reimbursed for anything again because I should have brought it to them and low and behold they said now they can get the TCM part. Which I was not notified at any time . So not only was I out of a vehicle for months and out of cost now they will not reimburse what is covered under an extended warranty. Ford put this vehicle out knowing that the TCM s were bad in the vehicles and had many lawsuits against them and even buy backs so they put an extended warranty under it. And now this company will not honor what I have had to put into this vehicle with my own money that is under an extended warranty. Please reconsider buying a Ford product I know that I wish I did . The only thing I know to do now is to seek legal counsel just to recover what I had to pay to have this vehicle fixed that was all I was asking. Please do your homework before buying a Ford product.I have also contacted better business bureau and Florida lemon laws.It s a shame ford puts their customers through so much.Service: Auto maintenance

Everything went exactly as planned. Only wish they had USB ports in the customer lounge.
