The initial sales cycle was superb. Joel was great. The sales manager s style wasn t exactly my cup of tea, but he was pleasant enough. Car could have been better prepped for delivery and the deal processing resources were an army of 1, so from agreeing on a price to exiting the dealer was a 3 hour process overall a decent experience.

Joe Breedlove help me trade in our car for a newer one. He was 100% so understanding and helpful during all of this, especially while my kids were running all over in the office! He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the transaction and really helped me achieve what we were trying to do. If you need to get a car, definitely ask for Joe!

If you are in the market for a car or truck, I highly recommend that you contact Joel Price at Beck Ford in Palatka. I bought a very slightly used car from Joel and found him to be very friendly, honest, and transparent during the entire process. He is quite the opposite of what one would expect from a car salesman. There was no high pressure pitch - he just gives you the options and does so in a professional, straightforward manner. He even let me bring my dog into the dealership while we went through the lengthy purchase and trade transaction. Give Joel a call. You will be glad you did. And I love my car!

I was super pleased that the service dept was able to work my car into their busy schedule. I had a oil leak and they were able to determine the cause and remedy! Rex, was super helpful in explaing to me what was going on! He explained in terms I could understand and I left feeling satisfied that the issue will be resolved!! Thanks Rex!!

Michael in Service was very informative in letting us know what our issues were, how long it would take to get the required parts and how long it would take to have the service done. Once our parts arrived Michael phoned to schedule a time to come in. Once we arrived our vehicle was taken in right on schedule and we opted to stay put in the waiting area and take advantage of the coffee and wifi to get caught up on some work. During the time it took to get the work done Michael kept us in the loop with updates and just as promised, very close to the estimated time given to us our vehicle was ready and we were back on the road.

I have had my 2018 F150 in my dealership in Illinois for trouble with starting after a long tow with no luck. Once in Florida I started reviewing dealers and Becks had great reviews. I call them and they got me in as soon as I was in the area. The check in went smooth and after an hour they had the starter replaced which they said they replace 2 to 3 a month for this problem with the 5.0 engine.

My salesman was a gentleman named Harold and I told him exactly what I was looking for and instead of trying to sell me something he already had on the lot, he went out and found what I wanted in just a few hours and then gave me a very good deal on the car. This is one of the few times in my life I walked out of a car dealership that I felt very good about buying from them. I would reccomend them to anyone looking to be treated fairly.

Would leave a 0 star we purchased a truck and it broke down within 30 days of purchase and the manager was not willing to help in any way. Said we can bring it and and see but can't promise anything we like 3 house away and its in the dealership shop near us. My husband and I have purchased over 8 cars the past 10 years and NEVER had this happen. Extremely disappointed and we wont be back. Not even made the 1st payment on this trach and have to pay 4,300 to get it back running.

We recently purchased a Lincoln Corsair from Beck Lincoln Ford in Palatka FL. The prices were better than any of the large Lincoln dealerships and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.Our sales rep Joe Breedlove was wonderful, he worked hard to get us the best deal for our new vehicle.We drove almost 2 hours away to visit Beck. It was worth the drive!

Just purchased my first truck with my fianc� from Joe at beck Ford Lincoln.Let me tell ya about these boys! Theyare kind, understanding, flexible, and honest. We told them our budget and what we needed, and they did just that! We unfortunately ran into hiccups (with insurance), and not once did they make us feel like a burden to be in their dealership (even after hours!) I will recommend them to family and friends. Worth my hour drive.

If you are looking for a Ford, you need to visit Beck Ford and ask for John Vayo. He spent 4 days with us evaluating a new car that was perfect for us. Whether we looked at Ford or Lincoln vehicles, he treated us wonderful and never pressured us into anything. Thank you John, and thank you Beck!

My husband Shea and I spent quite a long time looking for a Ford Transit Connect that would suit our needs. We finally found one online and immediately reached out to Beck Ford in Palatka. My husband spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Joel. From this point forward, Joel, their incredible finance guy Akira and his amazing team made miracles happen for us. We were able to get our awesome vehicle yesterday and are beyond thrilled. We were very hesitant at first to walk into a dealership due to bad past experiences with pushy and condescending salesmen but these gentlemen were honestly so easy to talk to and knew just how to help us.
