Today the service manager called me and said "they wanted to make things right". I went back to Becks, and they put the correct oil in my Jeep, checked my drive fluid levels, and appoligized for the errors of my previous visit. They went to great effort to make it right and I commend them all. I was not charged for the synthetic oil price increase either. As good an outcome as could be expected.

My Beck Chrysler ExperienceStarting with my initial phone call the Beck sales team was stellar. Jon, my salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat. Our discussions about my 2 trades and Jon's endless patience with all my questions quickly inspired us to head over and see what could be done. After our 45 minute drive over he had both trucks prepared and ready for test drives. He answered all my annoying questions and ultimately was a fun guy to deal with.Jon's knowledge and positive personality made me feel at ease, which at a car dealership is sometimes hard to do. Our trade offers came back a bit low, but overall the market is what it is, and profit is understandable.Simply put, Jon is an asset to their organization. He instilled trust in me in Beck as a dealership and in him personally. I'd like to thank Jon and Beck for a positive auto sales experience. We will be buying more cars/trucks from them in the future. If you're in the market, head to Beck. They'll take good care of you. Thanks Jon.

The service team at Beck was awesome! They saved the day when I was in town visiting and my check engine light came on, preventing me from being able to make the 10 hour drive home. They got my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed up in a jiffy and kept me apprised of the situation the whole time they had my vehicle. I can't thank them enough for their rapid service and accommodative scheduling!

Had to have an oil change & a tire pressure sensor changed-the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they didnt put AIR IN THE TIRES-like duh dude!Prices are average for a dealership(would be nice if they gave discounts for loyal/regular customers!)Their staff are awesome too!I highly recommend them

I would avoid this place bought many vehicles from them and they are taking advantage of truck people, Homer and PJ tricked me into buying a Tradesman for my Longhorn. Purposely avoided me for 3 days to correct the issue before being finalized. Mr. Beck would of fired them. Handed it all to my attorney have fun with that PJ.

Horrible service honestly. I left my car there an walked home an before i got home they had already call an left messages an told me I needed a new Engine an told they called me back an quoted me 10k for a used engine 140,000 what a joke sorriest place never bring or buy a car from a place like this

This is the worst dealership I've ever been to in My Life. I used to buy cars from them they were very good people but all that's changed. Don't believe if you have a problem with your car they'll fix it they won't. They're all just a bunch of liars.

Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a new or used car. Their prices are unbeatable so there is not much used to try to negotiate and there's nobody in Jacksonville can even come close to their prices they have an excellent inventory all of the sales people are great. You can look at other places but I guarantee you will wind up back at Beck. I have bought two Jeeps from them and nobody can match their price. Every other Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Jacksonville hates them because they know they cannot beat their price.

I was very interested in a vehicle. Called them back to let them know. No one ever returned our call. Saw on CARFAX that it had been sold. A call would have been nice.
