This dealer has such a great service department. I have had a noise in my front end that several other dealerships could not fix and kept pushing me off. Not only did Beck's service department quickly diagnose the issue, they fixed it super fast. Kept me updated through the whole process. Other dealers should take notes on how these guys do it. They are professional and treat you like family. Justin my service advisor is extremely helpful and always calls me back or gives me updates. 10/10 service!

Today, 2/19/24, I took my 2015 Jeep Rubicon here to get an oil change, lube job, tire rotation. We were there on time for our 4:00PM appointment. I specified 100% synthetic oil to 3 different people. We waited 1 hour 15 min. for the job completion, only to find they did NOT use synthetic oil ( as seen on the work order/ bill). They do NOT check your differentials, or transfer case even to see if there is anything in them. They claim a 23 point inspection, but do NOT specify what has been checked. We paid $110.73 for this service, and now must take it to a reliable service center to have the fluids checked and/ or topped off. They also added the improper air to the tires, and now I must adjust them to the pressure I wanted that they were at.This place is terrible, and my reccomendation is you go anywhere else if you want your vehicle serviced properly. Remember, if you do not use the proper oil, your warrantee will be void. Be careful, they are very sneaky about hiding the type oil actually used, and you will not see it on your bill or work order.I went to a dealer thinking I would get it done orrectly, as my Renegade only has 13,000 miles on it. WRONG. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO QUICK LUBE, at least I would have gotten the right oil.

I took my 2018 Jeep Compass to Beck for an oil change in Dec. 2023. I had only 8030 miles after 5 years owning the car, so this was only the 2nd oil change it needed. They took the Jeep back for service immediately. After a quick assessment they told me it needed tire rotation and to have a software update installed due to a past recall. I consented and all work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was able to check out and depart in just over an hour. Thank you Beck CDJR service staff for an excellent service experience.

This rating could improve if they ever called back with an estimate like they promised. Definitely not impressed with service department.UPDATE: They did finally call back after 2 days. They refused to quote for what service I wanted and instead told me that they needed to evaluate things ("It could be the computer") before they could estimate the charge.All I asked for was a few ounces of ATF to be added to the convertible top pump as it was a bit low. The cost estimates on doing a search ranged from $65-$85 for the job.Not planning on ever returning to this place as they seem more concerned with fleecing the customer rather than performing what is asked. My rating of 1 stands.As a comparison, I will say that it would be like pulling in to get air in your tires and being told that the TPMS system needed to be reprogrammed and an analysis of the rubber composition of the tires had to be ascertained before they could add that 5 psi.Note: I would be happy to talk to "Owner" if that is who I will get to talk to. I am unwilling to talk to anyone in service again,

Mark was great, he listened to my wants and needs and was very honest about what they would be able to get me in. He took the time to go over everything and we made a deal that I could afford. While not my dream truck the honesty that was shown to me made the difference in my purchase. I feel like I got a really good deal with out the high pressure sales that most dealerships use. I would recommend Mark and Beck to everyone!

Beck is the Best!Exceptional service with integrity, honesty, friendliness and value. Words cannot truly express the gratitude I have for the entire service team at Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They have earned my trust for over 15 years and truly are like family. Justin the service supervisor see's that every detail and concern I have for my Ram and Jeep are addressed above and beyond. Lee their super technician fixes things right the first time and explains to me in depth what he did or issues he had to address. Dave the service manager, what can I say, a great leader and a great man and dog lover. Always active, engaging, friendly and positive, making sure things are taking care of. His interaction with his guys and caring is amazing. This small town dealership service is second to none, no non-sense or drama and they have the highest level of competance and professionalism with great spirit.Sure this place is busy and yea they are more then the local fixit mecahnic guy but this is a real business, reliable with highly trained and knowledgable factory authorized staff.Get it done right, get it done at Beck.Thank you team Beck!

Duane & everyone in the parts department was so helpful. Buying out of state is so scary, but they got us our part in a timely manner. Customer service was absolutely amazing. If you ever need any parts, I highly recommend using them.

After searching multiple dealerships with no luck, no one in north Florida had any Jeep inventory (or very little at best). I finally discovered Beck on a Sunday and was contacted first thing Monday morning by an outstanding salesman named Jonathan Garcia. Don t let this little giant fool you, he s the nicest and most polite person you would meet. Test drove multiple cars and he gave me time to make my decision, no high pressure sales. They closed at 7 but stayed after hours to finish the deal. Jonathan has followed up twice with me since the deal and I could not be happier!Update' almost 2 years later and I gave the Jeep to my daughters a college graduation person and Shen decides to have it wrapped, because she has always wanted a pink Jeep.Anyway, once the Jeep was finished and returned, we noticed a few electrical issues (new battery, mirrors, washer fluid, etc). My daughter wanted to take her Jeep the wrap place and have them fix it... I said absolutely not! I took the Jeep back to Beck and service manager Brian Moore took excellent care of us. When we picked the Jeep up I was in disbelief than Brian had everything repaired under warranty! I am amazed at level of -top notch service we received. I had a wonderful experience at beck Chrysler. Never once felt pressured and got exactly what I wanted. I truly never thought I d be able to get a brand new vehicle but they made it happen. I worked with Adam and Jeremy and I highly recommend them!

We arrived at the dealership at 1:30 pm on Saturday. We purchased a truck. Our sales person was Skyler Lammers. The entire process was done and we were out the door by 4:30 p.m. We received awesome service from Skyler and the general manager, Toma Dean. They were very pleasant to work with and there was absolutely no pressure to buy from them. We walked in the door with a set price in our mind and they were able to accommodate us. I went in to get my first service done on my Jeep. Which I did not buy from them. But let them know that I wanted them to do my services. They took care of me like I was family. This service department is the best I ve seen in my 50 years of dealing with service departments. Dustin was outstanding and showed only the highest level of respect and support. I ve never seen anyone like him.

.My experience was all online, but it was not very good at all. Having been in the car business as both sales manager and salesman , I thought it was one of the weakest experiences i've ever had with an auto dealership. I received a very low ball offer. There was absolutely no follow-up at all even though I requested a call back. They pulled 3 hard inquiries without my knowledge. Surprised by the lack of professionalism by such a large group.

I just had the pleasure of working with Beck Jeep dealership and specifically with Adam, and I must say that my experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had by a mile. I've been going to this dealership for over 8 years now. I've had issues with them all along, but unfortunately I don't have another dealership within reasonable distance. It started with me trying to make appointments for oil changes and not being able to reach someone on the phone or having them tell me I don't need an appointment. It got so bad that I would drive to them to make my appointments. Afterwards I get these dealership surveys which Beck calls and emails me about repeatedly before they arrive. When I give them 3 stars due to adequate customer service, they call me and I have to explain what happened while they try to convince me they need 4-5 stars for their dealership requirements.I normally do oil changes during the week, but recently I made an appointment for a Saturday. They only had 1 guy working the booth and he was buried 4 cars deep. While I waited, I walked the parking lot and was approached 4 different times by sales people, but they only had 1 guy working service. Given Saturdays are appointments only, I didn't expect the service delays or lack of staffing.For the past 3 years they've been sending me letters about purchasing both my trucks. "Inventory is low, we can pay you cash for your truck". We have 2 Rams and I get these letters all the time. Recently we decided to sell one of our trucks, so I contacted them. They made it sound like I was inconveniencing them and there was low interest in buying my truck. I told the guy "well, why are you sending me all these letters if you're not interested". I sent them all the information on a Wedneday, followed up twice on Thursday with the salesman telling me he would have a quote later that afternoon. I didn't get a response back from them until Monday afternoon, 4-days later and it was the lowest price ($6k lower) out of 6 other places I checked. Now I'm on their sale solicitation list and they're contacting about buying a vehicle when I'm trying to sell one.My latest BIG issue has to do with them not reporting my vehicle's history to Carfax. I've been having one truck serviced by them for 3 years. They did regular oil changes and also replaced the a/c evaporator. When I went to have my vehicle appraised by another dealer, they pulled the Carfax and not one entry was listed after all the service I've done with them. This significantly affects the value of my vehicle and was a huge disappointment given I expect more from a dealership. I found it interesting the local Tire Kingdom had made entries on my vehicle's Carfax, but there were at least 7 Beck service/repairs missing on Carfax for this vehicle.Time and time again, they come across as being inconsistant and flat out disorganized. Their communication has a lot of flaws. It takes a lot of effort from the consumer to do business with them. I don't recommend nor would ever buy a vehicle from them.

Looking to buy a new truck, but wanted details before I drove an hour to this dealership. I was told multiple times by the Facebook group that I would have someone call me shortly, but nobody could even give me a approximate time. At the end, nobody called. I called the store myself for more info, nobody was any help, and was told I would be called back shortly, and never received a call back. From the looks of others reviews, this is a normal thing here. Crazy, I thought they were in the market to sell cars...
