I purchased a car on 2017 Kia forte. I love my car. I went in with a budget and the sales team was wonderful. I couldn t ask for better people to work with. Jared helped me from the parking lot as I was getting out of my car all the way through the sale of my car. It didn t take all day long, it was helpful kind and became a friend

I ve had 2 extremely pleasant encounters with Tyler Rich from the service department recently. My fianc� and my vehicle both needed repairs that required an additional warranty company. Tyler handled everything, made sure I had a replacement vehicle that covered all of my needs and had us both back in our vehicles in a timely manner. Very impressed!! Thank you Tyler.

My experience was enjoyable. Sales and finance were very professional. Michael Bates even sent the truck back to be re-detailed as he was not 100% satisfied with the look. Took plenty of time to make sure I was familiar with all the truck features and setup the personalized features for me. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend Beck Chevrolet.

After having a very bad experienceat a different Chevrolet dealership. I took my 2019 Chevrolet blazer to beck Chevrolet gotta tell you from the moment I walked in. The greeting the Hometown feeling the honesty showed through everybody that I spoke with they fixed my car. Quicker than I expected. Finding the issues and terminating the problems with my blazer for half. The price that I was to be charged at the other dealership. I would recommend this company to any and everybody very honest, very dependable. They truly have a great big business with a small town effect. They still believe in coming out from behind the counter. Shaking your hand and getting to know you. It was a pleasure doing business. And I will definitely be back.

Good friend of mine purchased a truck with confidence from this dealer only to be given a vehicle riddled with electrical issues due to previous flood damage. Multiple attempts made to allow the dealership to make right, yet multiple times truck was sent back to owner with the same issue, leaving him stranded at one point. Obviously vehicle wasn't thoroughly gone through before put on the sales line. Beware of dealers like this just eager to get anything with 4 wheels out the door.

I went to this dealership with high hopes, but left utterly disappointed. The lack of compassion and care from the staff was palpable from the moment I stepped onto the lot. Not once did anyone follow up to find a vehicle that suited my needs or budget. It felt like their only concern was to not deal with me. Customer service was non-existent, and the cold atmosphere made the entire car buying process unwelcoming and stressful. I was a prior buyer but now I hope this company reevaluates how they treat customers because, with this approach, I can't imagine they'll be earning any repeat business.#UtterlyDisgusted

Had no problem with the repair I took the car in for. Out of the blue I was told they found a dead cell in my battery, which was not anywhere near the problem I bought in in for. I went to a local battery place the next day to have the battery tested. They couldn't find anything wrong with the battery.That's what got you a not so good review.

I picked Beck Chevy to purchase a truck for my son. The truck that he picked out was a 2018 GMC Sierra, the sales person was outstanding at getting the deal done. The Finance Manager was also outstanding at completing the deal. A couple days after the purchase the truck began to have a couple issues. The truck would not shift and top speed was 35mph. This left my son stranded in Jacksonville and he had no clue of what to do. He called the dealership and spoke with the sales person which immediately sent a tow truck to bring the truck back to the dealership. Once at the dealership they told us that they would need the truck for a couple days and gave my son a car to drive while his truck was in the shop. After a couple days the truck was ready to go!! we picked the truck up and off he went. In about four days the same issue happened again. The dealership sent a tow truck once again and the truck was back in the shop. The dealership gave us a car to drive while the truck was being worked on once more. The service representative called and said that they would need the truck for at least four or five days to resolve the issue. After a week the truck was ready to go again. We picked the truck up and praise God we have never had another issue. I have said all of this to give praise to all the people at Beck that helped with this and never gave up to make things right with our purchase. Through it all everyone was kind and courteous. In my opinion you could not ask for a better place to purchase your next vehicle. Stop by and give them a shot when you are looking for that next vehicle, you will not be disappointed. We had are transmission serviced but we also go to the GMC service department for are oil changes as well they always provide excellent customer service, the technicians are very knowledgeable and I never have wait long!!

My friend bought a flood damaged preowned Ford F-250 from Beck Chevrolet, and after a few attempts to fix it, the truck continues to have multiple issues. The fact that his entire dashboard is out, and his trailer that he has attached to it, doesn t have working lights on a pitch black country road is absolutely abysmal. I would definitely run as far as you can from this dealership unless you want to be sold a lemon. I say this as someone who is currently in the car business, and these shady business practices are what give the rest of us a bad name. Do yourself a favor and don t do business with Beck Chevrolet.

They need to change something instead of slapping stickers on used cars calling it certified pre owned and not looking at them at all. Sold me a truck with no brakes and tons of electric issues.

There has been a couple of issue's come up with our Chevy blazer that required attention and Blackie and the service dept have been aces, top marks for this dealership. Professionally handled every step of the way and going above and beyond general attention

Tyler the Service advisor and Clint the technician were an absolute breeze to work with. They took great care of my truck and resolved my issues quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail is unmatched here by them both. There is a reason I drive 1.5hours to have my service work done only here. A+

(Pre-owned)0. The entire process with this company gets 0 stars from me. Sales, service, each experience has been unimaginably bad. I learned a very expensive lesson going to this dealership and I did not need a lesson I needed a reliable car which is what I did not get. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I had a low tire pressure warning and it was about 4:20 in the afternoon. Tyler and Brian were fantastic in getting me in quickly and assessing the tire. Told me I needed a new tire, looked and confirmed I had tire coverage and put my donut on. They ordered a new tire and put it on for me the very next day. Very pleased with the communication I received as well.

My vehicle broke down and I needed to get back on the road. Trevor and Mike got to work and in the fastest I have ever seen I was back on the road with exactly what I wanted, vehicle, price, etc. Amazing customer service, Hassel free, no aggressive up sales. I told them exactly what my expectations were and they nailed it!

Dealership tells nothing but lies and exaggerates in my opinion. Go to trade truck in that's 2 years old to buy new truck they lie about the price we have a 2-hour Drive each way and then when we get there there change the price by over $100 a month and come up with nonsense when all the paperwork should have been ready to go all they do is lie there we went there two years ago and they did the exact same thing figured we'd give them one more chance that's two times have changed the price when we go in there to buy the car that's okay we went to another dealership and bought the truck today thank you for nothing back Chevrolet you jerks

Great service, and great pricing. Truck was detailed, fueled up, and ready to go when we arrived. Even most of the OnStar setup was done. Took us 10 minutes to sign, and everything was electronic. Kinda cool! Thank you Kassidy!

BEWARE:Bait and Switch. I purchased a beautiful lifted 2020 Silverado 2500HD truck from Beck in December of 2020 for $66k dollars. Why did I choose Beck, and why did I drive almost 4 hours to buy the truck, because it was being Sold as a Certified Preowned Vehicle , as it was a one owner truck with only 6k miles on it. 4 months later, my local Chevy dealership informs me that my truck is NOT a CPO truck. I was not only in shock, but pretty P Od as well. My sales person, Kassidy was super helpful in the sale, but would use the But is it a CPO truck like ours? Anytime I would mention a different 2500 that I was looking at. I ve been calling them since Saturday 04/24/21 to address the issue, and nothing has been resolved. No one ever returns my call or helps. Corey finally took on the task of trying to fix it on Tuesday, but never called me back. I called back today 04/30/21 and he states that they cannot CPO lifted trucks and that nothing can be done about it. How is that even possible?! Beck Chevrolet was the one who listed it and sold it to me as a CPO truck (This was the Finance Managers truck previously)! I informed him that I would file a complaint with GM about this and would also notify my lawyer so that Legal action can be taken for falsely advertising and selling an almost new vehicle as a CPO, when in reality it is not. He stated that Mark (GM) would be informed and to expect a call from him. All I want is for my truck to be Certified as a CPO, exactly how they listed it and sold it to me. Legal action Is next If no resolution (and call) is made.
